We are so disappointed in Sharper Image customer service that we will most likely never order anything from them again.
In a recent Christmas order, we never received one of the 3 ordered items. There was never any communication from Sharper Image that the item was on backorder. We had to call to find out why it had never arrived.
Then one of our gifts on that same order was unusable by the recipient, so it was decided to return it. However, upon requesting a return, we were told it could not be returned because one of the items on that order had not been received. Hello...it was on backorder from the company!
We were told we had to wait until the last item was received in order to return the item we did not want to keep. Then we were told they would mail us a return for the item we did not want to keep. That would take 7-10 days. There were unable to email a return for the one item, but they could MAIL IT? Have they ever heard of Amazon, where you just mark online what you want to return and you can readily print the return, that minute!
We are totally disgusted with this company! They are totally out of touch with the way most upstanding/legitimate companies operate today in the USA.
Recommendation: Do not buy from this company!
