Hello my name is Patrick Young. At about or around 2:15 pm I entered the store to purchase a snack for my ride this evening. I picked up a bag of Jalapeno chips and approached the register and sat the item on the counter. The cashier the canned to the register and picked up the bag of chips and attempted to scan it. For whatever reason, the barcode didn't scan. The cashier then asked me to get another bag for the chips. In response I ask if those aren't ringing up. Maybe the next bag would do the same. She stood there looking at me as if I was a problem.
The cashier didn't acknowledge me entering the store, nor when I reached the counter. I've never encountered her outside of Shell. Yet this isn't the first time I've gone to the store and felt as if I needed to leave and was unwanted. 6900 Monticello Rd location

I'm not sure what disciplinary action is needed but I don't intend on returning to the store ever.
