3/3/25. Purchased 2 sale items that were listed on their own store app. Did not get the sale prices. Customer service tells me the items are not on sale. Proceeded to show them items listed on their app on my phone. Sale is good till 3/8 and today is 3/3. Even has pictures of the specific items. Refused to give me sale price. They have no explanation why it’s on the app but not on sale. This has happened several times in this store. False advertising if I have the proof right in my hand. Just want someone to know this continues to happen in this store. Someone should be held accountable to the public.
Desired outcome: It is their responsibility to make sure advertisements are correct.They should honor sale prices in their own sale papers app and coupons.Not the 1st time this happened.What can consumers do??
