Mixed Feelings on Simple Kneads Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread: Small Loaves, Good Quality, Soy-Free
I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the loaves from Simple Kneads. I mean, I heard they were small, but these were like, teeny tiny (check out the pics, y'all). And for the price they're asking? I'm not sure if I'll be shelling out for this again.
But, I will say that the quality of the bread is pretty good. I've only tried the sourdough so far, and it's definitely moist and has a great consistency. It's way better than other gluten-free options I've tried. The taste is a bit bitter, though, and it doesn't really remind me of sourdough. But, it's still the best gluten-free bread I've had.
One thing that really sold me on Simple Kneads was that it's soy-free. It's hard to find gluten-free bread that doesn't have soy in it, so if I can't find another soy-free option, I might give this another shot. Maybe if I'm really jonesing for some bread.
Amazingly Delicious and Healthy Sourdough Bread from Simple Kneads
I was on a road trip from Florida to New York and decided to look for some healthy food options. That's when I stumbled upon Luna's Living Kitchen in Charlotte, NC. Let me tell you, this place is AMAZING! They serve the most delicious sourdough bread that I have ever tasted. One bite and I was hooked! I couldn't wait to get my hands on some of their breads to take home with me.
I am the founder and owner of Blue Harbor Holistic Spa and Acne Center, which is located in the Northport Wellness Center on Long Island. We have over 30 holistic practitioners, including nutritionists, and a huge clientele base. I am definitely going to recommend Simple Kneads' products to everyone! Their commitment to producing healthy and delicious breads is truly admirable.
I am a huge fan of Simple Kneads and their sourdough bread. It's hard to find bread that is both healthy and tasty, but they have managed to do just that. I can't wait to try more of their products and share them with my clients. Thank you, Simple Kneads, for making such amazing breads!
Disappointing Gluten-Free Bread from Simple Kneads: A Review
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Simple Kneads' gluten-free bread. I mean, I tried three different kinds and they were all pretty dense and crumbly. And don't even get me started on how they disintegrate if you try to toast 'em. Plus, the flavor was just kinda meh. Like, I get that it's gluten-free and all, but come on, guys, we still want it to taste good!
Now, I will say that their customer service and website were both pretty easy to deal with. But honestly, that's not enough to make me want to order their bread again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
If you're looking for some good gluten-free bread, I'd suggest checking out Schaar. Their bread is top-notch, and their GF chocolate cookies are seriously to die for. But if you really want to be blown away, you gotta try Trader Joe's GF bagels, raisin bread, and whole grain bread. Toast those babies up with some butter and you'll never look back.
Oh, and don't even get me started on Udi's. Their bread is like frozen bricks, man. Like, I get that they're trying to make it last longer or whatever, but come on. We're trying to eat it, not build houses with it.
Unacceptable Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Simple Kneads
I am extremely disappointed with Simple Kneads. I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and have not received any updates or responses to my emails and messages. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, but no one has bothered to reply. I have even called them multiple times a week, hoping to speak to a live person, but to no avail.
To make matters worse, they charged my credit card right away, even though I did not receive my order until almost a month later. I tried to cancel my order, but they did not respond to my request. This is unacceptable customer service.
I will never shop from Simple Kneads again and will make sure to let others know about my experience. If they want to grow their company and be reputable, they need to prioritize their customers and respond to their messages. Taking their money and not delivering on their promises is not how a business should operate.
My advice to Simple Kneads is to improve their customer service and communication. It is basic customer service to respond to customers and keep them updated on their orders. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their business.
Simple Kneads: Delicious, Healthy, Vegan, and Gluten-Free Bread!
I gotta say, this bread is the bomb! It's so dang tasty and I love that it's made with all kinds of healthy ingredients. Plus, it's vegan AND gluten free, which is like finding a needle in a haystack these days. I mean, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease back in '07 and then I went vegan in 2016, so finding bread that I can actually eat has been a real struggle. But now that I've discovered Simple Kneads, I can finally enjoy sandwiches again without feeling like I'm sacrificing nutrition.
Now, I do have one little suggestion for the folks over at Simple Kneads. It would be super cool if they offered an option to buy the bread unsliced. Don't get me wrong, I love the size of the slices they have now - they're perfect for sandwiches. But sometimes I just wanna cut off a big ol' hunk of bread and dip it in my soup or stew, ya know? Just a thought.
Anyway, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Simple Kneads for making such a fantastic product. Keep up the good work, y'all!
Peace out,
Sara
Gluten-Free Bread Review: Simple Kneads - A Bread Lover's Dream Come True!
I got this disease called Celiac and I love bread. I been looking for wheat and rice free bread but not grain free. I found Simple Kneads and they got a lot of different breads that I can eat. When I toast it, it's really good for sandwiches and it tastes like real rye bread. I like to eat it with nut butter and honey, cheese, eggs, fish, meat and bean spreads. I order 4 loaves and keep them in my freezer. My daughter who doesn't have Celiac comes over on weekends and she likes it better than the wheat bread my husband keeps in the freezer. I got a toaster that I only use for my bread so I don't get sick. It's a little expensive but I love bread so it's worth it to me.
I wish I could order one of each kind of bread every time I order. Even if I have to order 4 loaves, I want to try them all.
Simple Kneads: The Best Gluten-Free Bread We've Ever Had!
Simple Kneads is the bomb! We were so stoked when we stumbled upon this bread at Weaver St Market in Chapel Hill. We had been jonesing for some good bread ever since we went wheat-free, and this stuff really hit the spot. We're all about organic ingredients, and this bread totally delivers on that front. Plus, it's just plain delicious! We've since moved to Tucson, which is a pretty cool foodie town, but we haven't been able to find any bread that even comes close to Simple Kneads in terms of flavor, texture, and quality of ingredients. It's a total bummer, but luckily we can still get our fix through mail-order. The website is super easy to use, and we had our bread in no time. We just have to make sure we have enough room in the freezer for all the loaves we order, because we can't get enough of this stuff! The price and shipping time are totally reasonable, especially considering how amazing this bread is. We highly recommend Simple Kneads to anyone who loves good bread!
Amazing Whole Grain Gluten-Free Bread from Simple Kneads - A Must Try!
I've been ordering from Simple Kneads for the fourth time now and I must say, their breads are simply amazing! I first discovered them at the Company Shops Coop in Burlington while attending a workshop. As someone who prefers whole grain products, I was immediately drawn to their Artisan Breads which have a wonderful whole grain flavor and texture.
Although I can buy gluten-free breads at a lower cost locally, they simply don't compare to the flavor and texture of Simple Kneads. I appreciate that they use whole foods as ingredients without the conditioners that most gluten-free breads have. Plus, it freezes well so I always put three loaves in the freezer as soon as I receive my order. I love all three flavors so it's always a tough decision to choose which two to order.
Burlington is not on the direct route to visit my son and his family in Raleigh from Central Virginia, but it's definitely worth the detour to stock up on Simple Kneads breads whenever we make the trip. Even my wife, who has been baking whole grain bread at home for decades, loves the taste and consistency of Simple Kneads breads. She's always delighted when I offer to share with her.
Overall, I highly recommend Simple Kneads to anyone who loves whole grain breads with amazing flavor and texture. It's definitely worth the price and the detour to Burlington!
Review of Simple Kneads Allergen-Free Bread: Soft and Tasty, but with a Few Drawbacks
I gotta say, I really wanted to give Simple Kneads a full 5 stars. I mean, this bread is soft and tasty, and it's the best allergen-free bread I've come across yet (and let me tell you, as someone who's allergic to dairy, eggs, and gluten, finding bread that I can actually eat is a real struggle). But there are a few things that keep me from giving it a perfect score.
First off, the loaves are pretty small. Now, I know this is par for the course when it comes to gluten-free bread, but still, it's a bit of a bummer. And because of the shape of the loaf, there are parts of the bread that are basically useless for anything other than turning into bread crumbs. I'm talking about the end pieces here, which are only about 2.5 inches wide. You can't make a sandwich or toast out of that!
Another downside is the price. Simple Kneads is definitely more expensive than other gluten-free breads out there, like Little Northern Bakehouse. And on top of that, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you. So if you're in a hurry for some bread, this might not be the best option.
And while the bread does taste good, I have to say that the sourdough doesn't really taste like sourdough to me. It's still yummy, don't get me wrong, but it's not quite what I was expecting. And the slices are pretty thin, too - only about 1/4 inch.
All that being said, I still think Simple Kneads is a solid choice for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. It's just not quite perfect. If you're looking for a more affordable option, or if you need your bread ASAP, Little Northern Bakehouse might be a better bet. But if you're willing to splurge a little and wait for shipping, Simple Kneads is definitely worth a try.
Gluten-Free Bread Review: Simple Kneads Delivers Quality and Flavor in Every Loaf
I don't really care about the shopping experience, all I care about is the product. And let me tell you, Simple Kneads has got a pretty good product. Sure, they could switch up the oil (safflower? Nah, try coconut) and maybe sprout it, but it's still better than most other gluten-free breads out there.
I was super excited to try this bread when it arrived, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I received my loaves in just three work days after ordering, which was pretty quick. They came in a cardboard box with careful bubble protection, and the loaves were double wrapped for air tight delivery. The loaves themselves were nice and round, precut to just under 1/2 inch thickness.
The texture of the bread is super moist and soft, and the flavor is surprisingly good considering the gluten limitations. I bought a four pack for $35, which included 2 sourdough, 1 Pumpkinickel, and 1 Quinoa Power. I opened up a sourdough first and froze the rest, and it was absolutely delicious. I opened up my second loaf today (Pumpkinickel) which was frozen, and the slices easily separated. I put two slices in the toaster to defrost and they tasted just as fresh as the initial loaf.
All in all, I think this is a really nice product. At $8.75 per loaf delivered, it's hard to beat when you consider the quality of this micro bakery and the obvious health benefits. I give it five stars. Well done, Simple Kneads.

Delicious and Fresh: My Review of Simple Kneads Bread
I recently tried Simple Kneads bread and I gotta say, it's pretty good stuff. I did have a little trouble with some coupon codes that I tried to use, but it seems like the site was saying that they had already been used up. That was a bit of a bummer, but I still ended up ordering some bread anyway.
When I got the bread, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh it looked and smelled. I will say that the texture of the bread is a little on the dense side, but I found that toasting it really helped to improve that. And the taste? Oh man, it's delicious. I especially love the multigrain variety.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Simple Kneads. The coupon code thing was a bit of a letdown, but the bread itself is definitely worth it. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
Simple Kneads Review: Impressive Delivery, But Sourdough Falls Short
I recently stumbled upon Simple Kneads and I gotta say, their website is pretty dope. It's easy to navigate and has all the deets you need to know about their breads. I was stoked to try their breads and see if they lived up to the hype.
When my order arrived, I was impressed with the delivery. It was on point and arrived in a timely manner. However, when I tried the sourdough bread, I was a bit disappointed. I gotta be real with y'all, it was not my jam. It had a bitter taste that just didn't sit well with me, even when I toasted it up.
Despite my disappointment with the sourdough, I still think Simple Kneads has some potential. I'm willing to give their other breads a try and see if they can redeem themselves. Overall, I'm giving them a solid 3 stars for now.
Gluten-Free Bread Review: Simple Kneads Delivers Deliciousness, Despite Password Hassles
I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble getting started with Simple Kneads. I mean, I get that they want to keep things secure, but the password requirements were just too much for me. I couldn't remember it, and my phone didn't either. And when I tried to reset it, the email link just sent me back to the same page. Not cool, man.
But you know what? I didn't let that stop me. I was determined to try out their gluten-free bread, and I'm so glad I did. I ended up checking out as a guest with Paypal, which was super easy. And let me tell you, the bread was worth the hassle.
I got the Classic French bread, and it was seriously delicious. It had a nice crust and a soft, chewy interior. And the best part? No gluten! I have celiac disease, so finding good gluten-free bread is a real challenge. But Simple Kneads nailed it.
I also appreciate that they use high-quality ingredients and don't add any weird preservatives or artificial flavors. It's just good, wholesome bread.
So yeah, the sign-in process was a bit of a headache. But once I got past that, everything else was smooth sailing. And the bread? Oh man, it's so good. I'll definitely be ordering from Simple Kneads again.

Warning: Poor Customer Service and Undelivered Order from Simple Kneads Bakery
I ordered some bread from Simple Kneads back in September, but it's now October and I still haven't received it. I've tried to get in touch with the company a few times to let them know about the issue, but I haven't heard back from them at all. I even reached out to the shipping company, but they said they never received the order in the first place.
It's really frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, and it's even more frustrating when the company doesn't seem to care about fixing the problem. I wish someone from Simple Kneads would reach out to me and offer a refund or some kind of solution, but so far I've been left in the dark.
If you're thinking about ordering from Simple Kneads, I would definitely be cautious. It seems like there's a chance you might not get what you paid for, and if that happens, you might not be able to get any help from the company. It's a shame, because I've heard good things about their bread, but I can't recommend them based on my experience.
Simple Kneads: Great Bread, But Ordering Process Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble trying to order from Simple Kneads on my phone. I tried a few times, but it just wasn't working right. And then, to make matters worse, I couldn't find the ad again on Facebook! I couldn't even remember the name of the company! It took me a good while to finally track down Simple Kneads using my laptop and Google. But hey, I'm not one to give up easily, especially when it comes to bread. I'm really looking forward to trying it out! Hopefully next time I can use my phone to order, if I like what I taste.
Delicious Gluten-Free Bread, But Website Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I've been a big fan of Simple Kneads bread for a while now. It's just so darn tasty and gluten-free, which is a huge plus for me. I've even recommended it to my friends and family who are also looking for a delicious gluten-free option.
But, I gotta be honest, the website is a bit of a pain in the you-know-what. Every time I try to access my account to make a purchase, it's like pulling teeth. I mean, come on, all I want to do is buy some bread! It shouldn't be this difficult.
The sign-in process is a nightmare. I have to try multiple times just to get in, and even then, it's not always successful. And don't even get me started on resetting my password. I have to do it every single time I try to log in, and even then, it's hit or miss whether it actually works.
Look, I get it. Technology can be finicky. But, as a loyal customer, I just want to be able to buy my bread without all the hassle. So, Simple Kneads, if you're listening, please fix your website. Your bread is too good to be held back by a clunky online experience.
Disappointing Gluten-Free Bread: Expensive, Small, and Terrible Taste
This bread is not good at all. I've been gluten free for a long time and was really looking forward to trying this bread. Four of us tried it and nobody liked it. I don't usually complain, but I thought I should let you know that we are really unhappy with the bread. We're so unhappy that we're just going to throw it away and feed the ducks at the park. It's really expensive and it's only half the size it should be. Plus, it tastes terrible. I feel like I wasted $38.
Disappointing Gluten-Free Bread: A Review of Simple Kneads Bread
I gotta say, I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I gotta get something off my chest. I've been on the gluten-free train for about 4 years now, and I've tried my fair share of different breads. But let me tell you, the Simple Kneads bread I got was the worst gluten-free bread I've ever had. And I'm not just saying that to be dramatic.
First off, the pumpernickel smelled like someone had been smoking a pack of cigarettes right next to it. I mean, I know gluten-free bread can have a different smell, but this was just plain gross. And the sourdough wasn't much better. It had a super strong vinegar taste with a weird aftertaste that just lingered in my mouth. Not a fan.
I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from, but they must be eating a different bread than I am. The texture was all wrong too. Instead of being soft and fluffy like bread should be, it was more like it was undercooked or something. Just not a good look.
And to top it all off, I shelled out $38 for this disappointment. I was really hoping for something better, but alas, it was not meant to be. So yeah, I'm pretty darn disappointed in this product.
Disappointing Experience with Simple Kneads: Damaged Order and Poor Customer Service
I've been a loyal customer of Simple Kneads for quite some time now and I must say, I absolutely adore their bread! It's so tasty and satisfying, but you do have to pop it in the toaster oven for a bit to really bring out the flavor. Recently, I decided to place a rather large order with them, hoping to stock up for the holiday season. However, when my order arrived, I was quite disappointed to find that one of the boxes had been completely smashed during shipping. To make matters worse, they had also sent me the wrong loaf of bread!
Now, normally I wouldn't be too upset about this kind of thing. After all, accidents happen and mistakes can be made. But what really irked me was the fact that Simple Kneads has a guarantee that promises to exchange any damaged or incorrect items. So, I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to get in touch with them and sort things out. Boy, was I wrong!
I've sent them no less than seven emails, trying to get a response about my order. I've even tried reaching out to them on social media, but to no avail. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since their bread isn't exactly cheap. I was really counting on having this order in time for Christmas, but it's looking less and less likely.
In the end, I had to resort to contacting the Better Business Bureau in the hopes that they could help me get this sorted out. It's a shame, really, because I really do love Simple Kneads' bread. But if they can't even honor their own guarantee, then what's the point? I just hope that they can get their act together and make things right before it's too late.
Disappointing Experience with Simple Kneads Bread: A Review
I recently decided to give Simple Kneads a try after reading some reviews online. However, my experience with this company was not what I had hoped for. I placed my order on August 1st and after not receiving any updates, I started emailing them on August 14th. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them.
After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally received my order today. The bread was sent via priority mail and arrived in 3 days. While I was excited to finally try the bread, I was disappointed to find that it was just okay. It did not have the sourdough taste that I was expecting and was not as fresh and tasty as I had hoped.
One of the downsides of ordering from Simple Kneads is that you have to order 4 loaves at a time, which can be a large investment. Unfortunately, the quality of the bread did not match the price. I was expecting a better product based on the positive reviews I had read, but I was let down.
Overall, I would not recommend Simple Kneads to others. There are better options out there for those looking for high-quality bread.
About Simple Kneads
Simple Kneads offers a variety of bread flavors, including classic white, multigrain, and seeded varieties. Each loaf is made with a unique blend of gluten-free flours, such as brown rice flour, tapioca flour, and potato starch, to create a texture and taste that is similar to traditional bread. The bread is also vegan, soy-free, and nut-free, making it a great option for people with multiple food allergies or dietary restrictions.
One of the standout features of Simple Kneads bread is its soft and chewy texture. Unlike many gluten-free bread options that can be dry and crumbly, Simple Kneads bread is moist and flavorful. This is achieved through a slow fermentation process that allows the dough to develop its full flavor and texture.
In addition to their delicious bread, Simple Kneads is also committed to sustainability and social responsibility. They use eco-friendly packaging and donate a portion of their profits to organizations that support people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities.
Overall, Simple Kneads is a company that is dedicated to creating high-quality, delicious, and healthy gluten-free bread. Their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility makes them a great choice for anyone looking for a tasty and conscientious bread option.
