Support response 10/21 - tracking link should be there fri 10/22 Emailed back 10/21 and again on 10/22 Cancel my order and refund my credit card Support response 10/23 looks like your packaged was scanned today by FedEx. Please give your package another week to deliver. Once it delivers you can return it for a refund. They charged me 10/9 and want to hold the money until ? should I receive an item then return to them for credit? An item clearly lost by FedEx? Unacceptable and not a way to retain customers.

I purchased a mirror about 5 months ago and have used it very minimally. The mirror will not turn on and I have contacted the business on multiple occasions (email, text, messages) and no response. The mirror was *** I would like a replacement or some sort of accommodation based on the price of the item. I only used it a total of 10 times.

I placed a gift purchase through this company, the courier they chose never delivered my package, I emailed them as they don't have any number, I was told they would send out a replacement but it would take time, I went to the store and purchased the items there as this was time sensitive. They said I couldn't cancel as it's already in the system and I can return it back when it arrived. It arrived i sent it back and now their refusing me my refund. They charged my card and I don't have anything to show for it. This is unacceptable.

I made a online purchase and the item was never delivered. I reached out to simplehuman and was told once they ship the item it is not their responsibility. They took my money but I have not received an item.

I am still under warranty for my electrical garbage can that is less than 2 yrs old. Initially I was sent a top piece instead of a complete replacement due to the garbage not working. The top piece that they sent didn't work either due to the fact that each garbage has its specific top piece. After contacting them once again they decided to send me a new one. The box came to me badly damaged resulting in the garbage can having a huge dent in it. I've tried reaching out by text, call etc and no one has responded. I've sent pics and I've done my part.

SimpleHuman Haven't received my entire order and it's been over 6 weeks

Haven't received my entire order and it's been over 6 weeks. I ordered a soap dispenser and individual soap packs for the dispenser back on 4/1. Order number XXXXXXXXXX. As of today, I have only received the soap packs and have yet to receive the dispenser. Contacting their support has been frustrating at best (whenever they decide to respond, which isn't timely to say the least) and in their last response to me, they stated it would ship no later than 5/20. I never received a shipping notification on that date and sent another email to them for which I haven't yet received a response. The most frustrating thing about this whole ordeal is they still advertise it as in stock and ready to ship today on their website. It's been an awful experience dealing with this company.

I contacted customer service to ask about receiving a discount code which they issue to customers after registering products with a serial number. I purchased a number of their products in the past and registered them to get a discount code for future purchase. After receiving a discount code for a recent purchase after registering it, the code expired in one week. I wanted to apply the discount to the other items aside from the item that got me the code. *** was the Customer support the entire time who took 3 days per email to reply. Before resorting to emails, I tried the chat on the website which stated I was reaching them after hours which wasn't the case. I took screenshots which showed the time I was attempting chat. I tried this for a few days in a row and got the same response from the bot after entering all my information to proceed. Same automated message every time ( You've reached us after hours ). Fast forward to 3-5+ replies from *** I am not getting the discount applied to order. I then go to website to proceed with a return. Then the website shows an error with processing the return request. I take a screenshot of that as well and send to ***. She was the only one who replies and sends me a link 3 days later ( the usual response time ) throughout the span of received emails. It states if there are two orders you have to send them separately. It didn't provide me with two separate return labels. I printed two of the same label it seems that you can't do as I learned at the post office with the two boxes. I go home and email *** again. She replies 3 days later and tells me now I'm past the return window and she's not sending me another return label when she probably could've provided the two labels, seeing how the website was not functioning properly. Then she makes it seem like she's doing a courtesy by offering me a credit only after I return the items back to California when there's a return location same province I live. Unreal

SimpleHuman I contacted on 11/17 because my sensor trash can was not working

I contacted on 11/17 because my sensor trash can was not working. Was told trash can would be picked up and a refund would be given. On 11/17 I contacted Simplehuman stating that my sensor trash can was not working. They told me they would send me a box and they would have FedEx pick up the large item from house on 12/1 and once they received my return they would issue me a credit. Fed Ex never came the entire week of 12/1. I contacted Simplehuman several times letting them know that the large trash can was boxed and sitting on my porch waiting for Fed Ex to pickup but Simplehuman never responded. On 12/5 I took the trash can to Fed Ex myself and shipped it myself even though it was much too heavy for me to be carrying. I have not heard one word from Simplehuman and I have not received a refund.

Purchased trash can in January. Didn't open it right away unfortunately. After 2 weeks of using it, noticed the whole inside and rim was rusted. There's a warrant so I contacted business and they refuse to honor their warranty. Instead blaming me for moisture. It's a garbage can. And I can assure you there was no water, moisture or any cleaning products used in the 2 weeks I actually used it. They refuse to stand by their own warranty. How does the rust end up on the rim as well. There would not be sitting water or anything.

I have reached out to the company several times including *** but have not heard back. I have a total of 6 of the automatic foaming soap dispensers and in the past month 3 of them have completely stopped working. They will not power on at all. I purchased them this past October and the store will not allow an exchange or return and said I need to go through the manufacturer. I hope you can help me exchange them.

SimpleHuman refuses to honor their 2 year warranty on the Foam Sensor Pump I bought one week ago. I bought a SimpleHuman Foam Sensor Pump last week from ***. It was the last one available. When I set it up, it wouldn't foam the soap. I tried all of their remedy actions, multiple times, but the pump still does not work correctly. I contacted their customer support to request a warranty replacement and was refused. I was told I needed to take it back to *** since I was still within the return period at the store, and then I would have to buy one off their website for $40 more once they became available. Bought the 10L in-cabinet can container last year and it smells really bad all the time even when empty...I have washed it and tried everything but its defective plastic that needs to be replaced ASAP its unusable... Contacted chat and was only offered a new lid and absorption kit...I want a replacement unit...worried for my health and cleanliness of house...its unusable...i even soaked it in baking soda and warm water as requested... Please send complete new unit ASAP

Awful customer service and even worse products! Have purchased 2 different products to give the benefit of the doubt and they are garbage. They stopped working and no one in this company is available to help. There is no phone number to get in touch with customer service and even thought their products are pricey they stop functioning after a couple of months of use and no way to get them repaired or in any way get assistance for replacement. Sent texts, messages, tried to get on touch via chat and no response.

I purchased a SimpleHuamn stainless dish dryer a few years back. Recently I discovered that the dish dryer is not actually stainless material, it was just metal coated with a plastic layer to make it shinny. This is a false marketing technique to mislead consumers. I contacted SimpleHuamn with reference ticket ***, they offered me an 80 dollar gift credit and disappeared. Its dish dryer cost more now because I'm guessing it's using real stainless material. So I want either a true no-cost product replacement or a full refund of my purchase with tax. $80 Plus 10%.

SimpleHuman I ordered a pet food container from SimpleHuman in November and received my product in December

I ordered a pet food container from SimpleHuman in November and received my product in December . As of April 4 2022, a dent appeared at the base of my product. Nothing fell on it or hit it as it is in a secure location right next to another one of their Pet Food Containers. I reached out to customer service in hope they could replace my container since I've had it less than 6 months and they advertised a warranty, however, the warranty is useless as it doesn't cover any damage to their products. I've been a loyal customer of SimpeHuman. I have 4 soap dispensers, a trash can, and two pet food containers, but the best customer service could do is offer 20% off as if I plan to purchase another one when my product didn't even last. I'm very disappointed by how they handled it and it shows that SimpleHuman clearly only cares about money and not their customers.

SimpleHuman I purchased a sensor mirror at the cost of over $300 in 2020

I purchased a sensor mirror at the cost of over $300 in 2020. The illuminating component of the mirror stopped working within 3 months of purchase. I have have had several conversations wtih customer service on this and have shipped the product back to simplehuman for repair. they have had it for over a month with no response back to me. I also have purchased several automatic hand soap dispensers which have stopped working. Where are the products made? They have great ideas and designs but the products stop working asap and are very poorly engineered. I have not reached out to customer service on the hand soap dispensers. These experiences will impact my spend with Simple Human moving forward. I would like the company to send me a new mirror (although I am concerned about long term functioning of the product after reading the other reviews of their products). If a 2nd product fails, I will want a full refund.

Received a simple human *** as a gift three years ago and the plastic lid broke under their five year warranty Contacted company through their chat function and was told the product was discountinued and they don't have a replacement part. They offered me a *** credit towards the purchase of a new one which is totally unacceptable and not what their warranty says. "In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, at simplehuman's sole discretion, we will either provide new or refurbished replacement parts for your product at no charge, or replace your product with an equivalent new or refurbished product. If there is no part or no equivalent product available, and the product is under warranty, we may provide a prepaid return label and arrange a repair, then return the product back to you. Repairs are generally processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of receipt."

SimpleHuman I placed a large order for a gift from simplehuman directly

I placed a large order for a gift from simplehuman directly. I paid a higher price to order directly from the company in case I needed to deal with a warranty issue. I received shipping confirmation with date and was charged, The delivery came and went with no packages received. I followed up with Simplehuman only to discovered that my order status changed to 'can't deliver'. I attempted to contact Simplehuman but they do not have a phone contact and my email and form resulted in no reply. I contacted FedEx and was told they received a bad label and that Simplehuman has not replied to ship. The package has not moved in over a week! I expect an immediate refund and Simplehuman wants me to wait for the package (they don't know when it might arrive) and they want me to ship it back before I get refunded The package literally there at the local FedEx. This is the worst customer service and after I receive a refund, I will contact Complaintsboard.com and submit a complaint to warn others about Simplehuma.

I've reached out to simple human via text, email, and chat and the agents have yet to respond in a serious manner or help with my issue. I originally purchased a simple human sensor stainless steel trash can from them in the last year which comes with a nice warranty. Sadly when issues arose like the lid not working, sensors not working, battery area not working or powering on, and dc plug area does not power the unit on either...simplehuman asked for the serial number and a brief video. I provided both to them multiple times and the resolution was a new lid part...that does not fix all the issues and malfunctions that are happening with this trash can...which is covered under warranty during normal use. I expect a replacement trash can not just a part that still doesn't fix or solve the other 3-4 issues. I've tried for about 3-4 days to get them to respond answer anything...they blatantly ignore a customers entitled warranty claim and continue to make excuses when they actually do respond.

SimpleHuman I purchased a 40L stainless steel rectangular touch-bar trash can from this company in 2015

I purchased a 40L stainless steel rectangular touch-bar trash can from this company in 2015. The serial number is: ***. The product registration number is ***. My trash can broke a couple weeks ago and so I contacted the company because they advertise a 10 year warranty on their website (see attached photo). The company said that this particular trash can only has a 5 year warranty and they no longer have the parts to fix it. I indicated that one of the main reasons I purchased this trash can was because their company advertised a long warranty period. I followed all the instructions asked of me (e.g., sent pictures and then a video of the problem), but in the end, they refused to fix or replace the trash can. When I pointed out the false advertising on their site and ask that a manager review my case, they said a manager did review the correspondence and that there is nothing more they can do. I believe they should provide a new trash can of the same type, given their website advertises a 10 year warranty.

SimpleHuman Product was never shipped, calls went unreturned

Product was never shipped, calls went unreturned. Employees never followed up with me on shipping status. I ordered a trashcan from simplehuman website on May 4th, I was told that it would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive within 1-3 business days (Express shipping). On May 6th- 2 days after my order was placed I called, messaged and emailed the business. I never received any information except it will be shipped this week, we are sorry for the delay. On Thursday a representative said that the product was in stock and should have been shipped Tuesday, he said that he would look into the matter personally then get back with me, he never responded. On Friday I called again...I received the same response, "I don't know why it didn't ship, you should expect it to ship next week. Let's give you some free lines for a trashcan that we can't send you." Seriously? What a joke, I've owned their products for 12 plus years. Their customer service and shipping is horrendous. Now I get to wait four 6 more days in a refund...

SimpleHuman I purchased a SimpleHuman dish rack on May 4 with the following 5 year warranty

I purchased a SimpleHuman dish rack on May 4 with the following 5 year warranty. "We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last in tough environments like your home - for years. We stand by our products. If something goes wrong, we do our best to help solve the problem." Around March 15, 2022 i noticed rust on the metal case and several cracks in the plastic base drainer that caused it to leak and damage the marble counter. I informed SH via their website that I wanted a replacement for the defective dish rack and it was still under warranty. I also sent the Amazon purchase receipt to SH. I was told that the item was discontinued and they offered me a $40 credit that could only be used at SimpleHuman. I told them I wanted a replacement dish rack and if the only model they had available was a newer model, they should replace my defective, discontinued, still under warranty dish rack with whatever dish rack they have available. It's not my fault they discontinued the model I purchased while in was still under warranty. I wrote to them: Simple Human is an unethical company that does not stand by its products. i purchased a dishrack in 2018 where the main plastic component cracked and the metal parts developed rust. this is in addition to the drain spout also breaking. i have sent in receipts, answered multiple emails, and you will still not simply replace it with another comparable dishrack since the original one has been discontinued - perhaps because it breaks and develops rust within 4 years. you have offered a merchandise credit which won't even cover half the cost of a new Simple Human dish rack. i have also sent screen shots of your warranty where you state you will replace a defective item with an equivalent item. you are not honoring your own stated warranty. They stopped replying to me. I am hoping you can help me reach a satisfactory resolution to this. Thank you

SimpleHuman Situation: I've been waiting to receive my product from SimpleHuman but have not been able to receive it

Situation: I've been waiting to receive my product from SimpleHuman but have not been able to receive it. Background: - My original order (order #***) purchased through SimpleHuman's official site on 12/5 was shipped with the carrier OnTrac. - On 12/17, OnTrac marked the package as 'Delivered to the Doorstep.' However, the package was never delivered. - I submitted footage of it not being delivered to their customer support team and received assistance from their official Twitter account. - I requested for a full refund or a replacement if delivered via FedEx to a FedEx location. The associate informed me that they will send out a replacement (order #***) via FedEx and have it shipped to my requested FedEx location. - Evening of 1/12/22, I received a notification that the replacement product has shipped and will be delivered to the requested FedEx location through the carrier, OnTrac, by EOD Friday, 1/14. - I immediately contacted FedEx and was informed that they will not accept and hold this product as it is being shipped through OnTrac. - I reached out to SimpleHuman support (case #***) and was not able to resolve my issue through their chat with their customer support agent, ***, and requested to speak to support over the phone. - I spoke to Sophie and followed up on case #*** and was informed they'll escalate the situation to their manager and get back to me via email. - After escalation, I was informed that they will contact Ontrac to ship the product back to them so that they can reship the same product back to me via FedEx as originally intended. Assessment: - SimpleHuman has the same product available on their site and can ship tomorrow. - I am going through the appropriate means to receive support, but I am getting no where with their customer support team. Request: - Own up to their mistake and ship me the same product as originally ordered and not require me to wait longer. - Or provide a refund.

Ordered "in stock" soap pumps and it's been over 2 months later with no shipped items. Company "***" refuses to refund my money. On 4/2 my card was charged $90 for two automatic soap pumps that were stated as being "in stock". Simplehuman order number: *** On April 8 they shipped my order via FedEx, or so they said. A tracking number was provided but never picked up / shipped. FedEx tracking *** A month passed by so on May 8 there were no soap pumps shipped so I requested a refund. On May 15 "***" emailed back the following "Hello ***! Thank you for reaching out to simplehuman. Once you place an order, we are unable to cancel or modify it. To check the status of your order, please click on this link: *** We do offer free returns within 45 days of receipt of the product. To begin the return process, please click on this link: *** If you need to print more than one label, simply go through the form multiple times until you have printed the desired number of labels. Warm Regards, simplehuman Customer Support That was never disclosed upon ordering and why are my in-stock items not have shipped? Other than the obvious they are waiting for an overseas shipment to arrive is my best assumption. My follow up email on 5/15 to "***" Un - Delivered goods. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit company On 5/22 his response to me: *** (simplehuman) May 22, 1:58:13 PM PDT Hello ***, Thank you for your inquiry. At this point in time, our couriers have informed us that they are experiencing a system-wide delay of 3-5 business days. This has also affected our shipments. We are currently waiting for the couriers to pick up your package. You may see movement on your package sometime this week. You can check the status of your order here. Please note that due to the overwhelming response to simplehuman products during this pandemic, our response times to calls and emails are much longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Warm Regards, simplehuman Customer Support Warm Regards, simplehuman My response to "***" on 6/7 bear in mind I gave them weeks to ship the items since the last email "This is the last email to refund my $90. I will open a case with the complaintsboard.com and rest assured I will never do business with your company ever again. Also, it's the not couriers it's your company. I have done most if not all my business online and your company is the issue. This is ridiculous. Hold my money hostage is what you're doing. REFUND NOW I'm not requesting Im telling you. This is ridiculous."

Chat room very very rude saying product wasn’t simple human telling me no filter available I will never ever buy a product from this company again please look at pics showing where filter goes name stamped on cover vey vet rude read the transcript below if you don’t know your products how can you sell them
