I bought a pair a Skechers for work from Cheshire oaks when I tried them on they were fit me well, next day I wore the shoes at work the left foot was confortable the right one was to tight and were making my toes sore... I took them back to the shop and the manager told me that he can not exchange them as I wore them outside...so now I stuck with a pair a shoes that I can not weare and I must say customers service was appoling...now is not about costumers satisfaction is all about selling. Skechers are proud about making the most confortable shoes well the ones I bought were not confortable...hope you proud of your shoes and customers service skechers one thing for sure never going to buy shoes from you again.

I purchased flip-flops in the Grande Prairie, Alberta Sofmoc store. They cost me $47.24 including tax and when I walk in them now which is not even a month later they squeak so it's very embarrassing to have squeaky shoes after I paid that much for them.
Also I've almost went headfirst because the tow part flips and then I trip while I'm in the shoe. They are quite hazardous for me. I'm just wondering what can be done from your end. I do not have the receipt but I do have proof of purchase for May 26 on my bank statement. I was only visiting in Grande Prairie so I don't have a way to just go to the store to return the shoes or see if they will do anything in the store. I'm six hours from them and we do not have a store like that in Red Deer, Alberta.

I purchased shoes while in Florida in February. Never wore them till the middle of match and had noticed the seam where the mesh attaches to the leather is fraying and coming apart. I don't have my receipt anymore and I live in Canada. Is there anything that can be done for me. I always by sketchers and own at least 20 pairs and had never had a problem with them. Thank you in advance.

From the day I bought that shoe. Within a week only I informed the dealer that the thread is coming out of the shoe they said that its natural bt within a month the treada were coming out and out of the shoes... And when I when complaint to the dealer they sent a mail to the company and company replied that repair the shoe... So it means that by purchasing the shoes of rs.7000 I will get my shoe repaired from the company whose complaint is occuring after 6-7 days of the purchase. I think I took the wrong decision by buying this brand. So if no futher actions will be performed by the company then I hv to move towards futher proceedings

I have a torn Achilles' tendon and bone spurs and have worn gowalk 3 for the past two years. I went to get new ones and the gowalk 4 are inferior to the 3's. Please go back to a good thing and bring the gowalk 3 soles back. The soles have cushions that are great for people with feet problems. Thank you. I can only walk in these shoes. I have recommended these shoes to everyone with foot issues.

I have recently purchased a pair of sketchers from the sketchers outlet in aurora oh 44242. They are the most uncomfortable pair I have ever purchased from your brand. I have always purchased your shoes for work and just every day comfort. I have only had for a month and I can longer wear them for 8 hours standing work shift. I just want to express my disappointment in the quality and comfort. I would exchange them if I was able to, and purchase another pair of your sketchers. I just want to express my disappointent in my recent purchase.

I had purchased a pair of Skechers go walk back in March of 2016. I loved them. They were so comfortable that I actually blew the sides out of them cause I wore them so much. I needed a new pair of shoes for work, (I am a foood service attendant) so I decided to get another pair of Skechers but I knew they had to be no slip. I purchased my new shoes at the same store (SoftMoc) that I purchased my GoWalks. I wore them around the house as suggested by the sales person. They seemed to be ok. I wore them to work a couple of times and again not to bad. It wasn't until I had to start doing more walking and running around at work that I noticed that my shoes were killing my feet. There is no cushion to them at all. I noticed that another co worker has the exact same pair as me. I asked her if they were comfortable and she no, they kill her feet. She even tried putting her orthotics in and they still hurt her feet. I am unable to return them because they have been worn and that is the store policy. I therefore am out 98.30 canadian. Not a happy comsumer.

I don't tease go walk for for Mother's Day this year 2017 there is a hole where the tongue at the end is sewn together. I'm very dis-courage to you about my shoes because they're not gonna last me as long as my go walk to did and I'm stuck with them because they were a gift and they're tearing up and my husband paid a lot of money for the shoes that's garbage now .

I loved these shoes and have not worn them very much at all. Because I fell and broke both of my ankles. Well now I started back to wearing them again. And now they broke. I would sure love a new pair like these or similar to these. These shoes help me to be able to work my calves which have become very weak due to two broken ankles.

I purchased go flex walk from alpha one mall amritsar on 28/5/17. I faced a big problem as they are not comfortable .I am suffering from cervical pain and footache.its my requeat to change the article . I went the showroom twice but they are not serious with our problem .please help us as we are your routine customer.

I brought a pair of shoes in the month of feb 2017 and it got teared off and the shopkeeper refused to replace stating that you have purchased the shoes in sale and hence no warranty will be aplicable.

My question is if it is a clearance sale how come the quality of the product is compromised and if no warranty is applicable why it was not informed at the time of sale.

Received as a Christmas gift Dec.2016. Didn't start wearing them until mid February due to winter weather here in Ohio. Where my big toe is, is wearing thru. I was in a Sketcher store with my husband, he was looking for shoes and I ask the clerk if they have had any complaints about the shoes/fabric I have and was told "no". He said to bring them in and they would exchange them at no cost. Two days later I took them in and he wasn't working. The female clerk told me that was considered normal wear and tear! I argued the point that they were only 3 1/2 months old and my daughter paid good $$$. The manager came along and agreed to discount another pair 20%. I found this unacceptable because I can go to Kohls, Shoe Dept, Shoe Sensation, etc and get them for less than that. Dont get me wrong...I love Sketcher shoes and sandals and have several pairs, but I am definitely disappointed with the fabric not holding up on this shoe! After examining the newer styles it appears the fabric is thicker inside the toe of the shoes. That makes me think there may have been a problem.

I have bought 3 pairs of Sketchers shoes, on 05/05/2017, from Skechers C/O G R Associates SCO 02 Girdhar.Market Bupindra road, out of that one pair Go walk model, which I have bought for my mother, after using that pairs for just four days she hits shoe bites as shown on photograph attached with the complaint, please arrange for the change of model of shoe.

I have 4 pairs of Sketchers. They are so comfortable. My issue is that they smell so badly. Why is this? I have slip on shoes in several styles & colors. They smell so bad after I wear them. I don't have that problem with any of my other shoes. I spray them after I wear them or I put sneaker balls in them. They still smell. Can you tell me what to do please.

We purchased Shoes from very renowned brand Skecher shoes on Feb 26, 2017, costing Rs 5999 from " Skechers Retail Pvt Ltd" C-4 Trillium, Circular Road, basant Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab.

its just three months and shoes got torn from below, which infct staff members agreed for defect when showed to them. and they asked to visit showroom after seven days. but now they refused to exchange the item.
we really dont expct frm such renowned brand, if theu gonna do dis wot will other small brands do... we r extremely disappointed as for us value for Rs 6000 got Zero now..

I have worn sketchers shoes for over 10 years at work unfortunately these are killing my feet not only did I spend quite a bit of money on them I was only able to wear them for a few days and have been an agony so I since then have purchased new shoes .
I can't say that I have had a problem before but being that I spend such a great deal amount of money with you and have over the years I'm hoping you will make it right.

My daughter purchased a pair of skechers for me from san francisco and sent it to chennai, india, where I live. This was an online purchase in september / october 2016. I tried them on for the first time last week and found that both the shoes in the box were for the right foot. I figured this out a few minutes before leaving home to catch a flight and hence could not document with photos. The shoes are in chennai and I am in nigeria right now.
Could you please let me know how I can get a resolution for this problem?

Bought a pair of boys sketchers light ups size 1 Super Z Strip the 3rd week of February 2017. by the third week of March 2017 the sneakers had tears where the bunion of a foot would be. Please see attached picture of green and black sketchers. The shoes cost me $45 plus tax at Kohls department store. Then on April 6, 2017 I bought boys sketchers size 1 and 1/2, different style. Please see the orange and back shoes in photo. Again in a few weeks the shoes had holes thru the first layer of the skin of both shoes. I paid $52 for the second pair of sneaks at Off Broadway Shoe store. In the picture the shoes look quite worn out in part because I aloud my child to wear them during soccer today in a muddy field. They were already too beat up looking for school.
1) I would like to see these shoes better made. Boys sneakers should last at least 6 months, not weeks. 2) It would be nice to get a monetary incentive to purchase your product again. At this time, I am a very disappointed consumer and may never want to give Sketcher another $1.00 of my money.

I had purchased a pair of sketchers and had only wore them 3 wks and the inside of the shoe where the memory foam is at the front of the foot ripped and is pinching my foot...I always wear sketchers and never had this problem! This is the 2nd pair of the same kind and I really like them. Is there anything u can do to resolve this matter? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi sir/ madam, for your info, I bought a pair of skechers shoes on 29/4/2017 at gurney plaza, penang, malaysia. I'm thinking to buy a pair of comfortable shoes as I will be travelling to seoul, korea from 4/5/2017-10/5/2017 and my friend recommend me skechers shoes. On 4/5/2017 morning, i'm very happy to wear my new skechers shoes to seoul, korea, after few hours wearing the shoes, my foot has wound. I plastered my foot and continue my journey, on second day of my trip, my foot getting worst so I have no choice and buy another pair of new shoes in seoul, korea. As i'm only back on 10/5/2017 at night so i'm only able to make complaint after reached home. I hope skechers will look into this matter as the product material has injured my foot.
