No greeting. Nothing when I walked out. Found a pair I wanted to try on. Had to find the 2 clerks by the registers to ask. The only contact. Went and out back and walked out. Very poor customer service. Worst ever. Have been in 3 times. And was never acknowledged this time. Horrible store.
Green bay, wi Military ave. Store. [protected] your people should be be reprimanded for extremely poor service. What was worse. I was the only shopper.
skechers elmwood shopping center - rude customer service
I just left the Skechers at Elmwood Shopping Center in New Orleans (2/13/2021), transaction 013754. For years I've only purchasd Skechers tennis shoes, they are the best. I walked into the store, located the shoes I wanted to purchase and didn't see any on the shelf below the display. Up above, I looked through the shoes and located my shoes in my size. I was the only customer in the store at the time, and the lady on the floor stayed busy doing what she was doing and never offered any help or assistance. There was a store ladder with handrails right where I was shopping, so I climbed the ladder to get the shoes I wanted. There was nothing on the ladder indicating it was not for customer use. Once on the ladder, the lady on the floor said "you can't be on the ladder". I got down off the ladder and asked for her to get my shoes for me. She got the shoes, handed them to me and promptly moved the ladder from where I was. There was nothing nice about her demeanor toward me. After trying on the shoes and making certain they were what I wanted, I asked the same lady to get me a second pair since they were half off for the second pair. She responded that all they had was what was on the floor and there were none in the warehouse. It was evident that she did not want to wait on me. As I stood there looking at my second pair on the shelf, I pointed them out to her and she reluctantly moved the ladder back to where I was and got my second pair. As I was checking out I told the lady at the cash register how rudely I was treated. She was polite, said it was her last day, and listened to my complaint. I will continue to purchase Skecher shoes but will find someplace else to shop from here on out. This lady that was on the floor has no concept of customer service and will continue to cause you to loose business at this location if she treats others the way that she treated me. It took me quite sometime to locate my shoes on the upper shelf with her just down the aisle from me. Had she at any point offered assistance I would never have climbed the ladder to get the shoes myself. I don't need anything in terms of a resolution, I offer my experience only so that you may suggest to your staff how to treat a customer properly for the benefit of your business at this location.
Sketchers work boots
I got a pair of Sketchers brand work boots for Christmas. Started wearing them Dec 27th. Comfortable and nice...maybe two weeks into wearing them ( just to work, driving and regular terrain) I notice the sketchers logo on the bottom of the sole fell off. Not too worried because it wasn't ever seen but today, not four weeks after starting to wear them, the sole seal completely disintegrated off of one shoe. In the middle of my work day. Poor quality if a boot shoe disintegrates and why? Because it's cold? That's ridiculous. Sketchers are officially garbage shoes for this customer.
Tennis shoes
I bought these tennis shoes in May 2020 at kohl's and you can see they are in good condition except the back of both shoes have worn off. I don't wear these every day, only when I exercise which is several times a week.
Women's boots, style "Performance on-The-Go-Joy 15526."
I am enormously disappointed in a pair of Skecher women's boots that I purchased back in October, 2020. However, I didn't wear them until a few weeks ago.
I ordered them to use as winter boots, since they are made of suede with a pile lining. However, the soles are EXTREMELY SLIPPERY on even the slightest bit of snow on pavement, and are therefore COMPLETELY USELESS as winter boots. The first-time I wore them, after there'd been an immeasurably small amount of snowfall, I nearly fell and had to pick my way gingerly back to my front door.
I would like a refund.

Oct 18 2020 made an online purchase of a pair of men's Max Cushioning Elite SR shoes size wide 10 black. Find these shoes uncomfortable to wear because of the total lack of arch support and limited toe box. Of course shoes have to be worn to determine comfort. Sketchers shoes can only be returned if unworn or defective. Never have seen a shoe manufacture that would not support their product without first trying them on. It's beyond logic why anyone would purchase shoes online without trying them on after received. Sketchers is not the manufacture I will support or recommend.
Intimidation by manager
This incident was on November 8, 2020. A store employed yelled across store wanting to know where was my mask. I responded that I could not wear due to medical reasons. I bought a pair of Sketchers Shape-Ups for my husband. He tried them on, wore them around the house and then they disappeared into his closet, never to be worn again. When COVID hit, that gave us more time at home and he went through his closet and got a big pile of stuff to get rid of & the Sketchers were in the pile, still new in their box. It had been too long to take them back to the store and stores were all closed anyway so I sold them on eBay. The buyer sent a message when they received them telling me that they received them, wore them out to take a walk around the block and that the soul of the shoe just disintegrated and fell off. I contacted Sketchers and they refused to help with a replacement. Only offered a coupon for 30% off another pair. I will never buy Sketchers again. If they don't believe in their own product enough to stand behind the pair of shoes, why should I spend even 70% of my hard earned money to buy their cheaply made shoes again? Not to mention, I am not only out the original cost of the shoes but also selling fees, shipping fees & having to refund the buyer in full for selling a defective product.

I was at skechers tiong bahru plaza & the staff said to enjoy the trade in shoes & get 40% off I need to go to concept store.
On the official website anchorpoint is listed as concept store in black & white. I took a taxi to anchorpoint & staff said "no we are not."
Company needs to be sued for listing the anchorpoint store as : concept when actually it is not. This means the company is lying/cheating.
Order
Order placed last week. Order # [protected]. It has an assigned FedEx tracking number [protected] but has been sitting in Bloomington California since 9/19/2020 but is still showing a delivery date for tomorrow 9/25 to Pennsylvania. My concern is the charge to my account without merchandise in hand and I cannot imagine that this will actually happen by tomorrow.
New sketcher is coming apart at side/sole
Very disappointed in my new sketchers. Just got a new Sketcher shoes about six months ago. It's a very nice pair and use is for special occasions (Going out. But this pair of Shoe is starting to come apart at sides between shoe sole and shoe sides. Trying to glue sole to sides with glue.
This is my 4th pair of sketchers and really liked the quality/nice style of previous 3 pairs.
However, Issue with this pair and I may not make any future purchase.
Did not receive my shoes - customer service nonresponsive
I placed an order on July 1. I received all my shoes less one pair. I did not realize it at the time as there were many pairs of shoes. I later found out it was sent separately but I never received it. FedEx tracking says it was received but I never got it. I want my shoes! I was not offered my money back. They do not having an in-service phone number and they do not answer emails. I have tried getting touch with them 7 times. No reply. I want my shoes. I also placed another order and my $40 in reward points were used against it and somehow it got canceled without them telling me. I paid for it through Afterpay and Afterpay is the one who let me know. I was not reimbursed my $40 in points from Skechers. I believe they are running a scan and stealing people's money. I want my reward money returned to my account and I want my shoes that are missing. I also want my order reinstated.

I placed my order 4 days ago and have not received any indication that my order is being processed and shipped (outside of the generic confirmation email I received directly after placing the order). Moreover, I emailed to inquire about the status of my order yesterday and have not heard anything back. Sketchers had the money deducted from my checking account the moment I placed the order, and now it taking days to put the shoes in the mail? Wow! I don't recall Sketchers being this slow and you can rest assured this will definitely impact my future purchases with Sketchers. At this point I just want to know when I can expect delivery of my shoes.

I bought a pair of "Slip Resistant" Work Shoes from Shoe Carnival in Terre Haute, IN that have absolutely no traction. I fell while working due to this manufacturing defect. I bought a pair of Skechers dress shoes not to long ago, about 3 months ago from Kohl's. This would have been the second time I worn them. Went to put them on the they are all cracked and peeling. only thing they are good for is working the yard. Guess I'm out the money I paid for them. I purchased a pair of shoes at Skechers in Evergreen Park, IL on August 1, 2020 at 17:47:21. I wanted two of the same shoes, same shoe size 10, knowing that when you buy one pair the second pair is half off. The store only had one size 10 and I asked if their store in Burbank, IL had the shoe in my size. The sales person called and Burbank said they did and agreed to hold it for me and I was asked my name and I gave it to her. I paid for the one pair of shoes at full price knowing that I will get the second pair at the discounted price. I was told to just show my receipt and give them my name. When I arrived at the store in Burbank about 2 hrs., later they did not have my shoes. They had given them to another person who had came in before me saying that they were there to pick up a pair of shoes, this is what Burbank sales person told me and the sales person from Evergreen Park because I called her and told her what had happened and that I was very upset. Meanwhile while I was on the phone talking to the sales lady at Evergreen Park, she was apologizing, and talking to the sales lady at the Burbank store, the one who gave my shoes away, another sales person in the Burbank store (who said his name was Alex) asked me if I wanted him to place the order for the shoes online and have it sent to me free of shipping because there was no more size 10 in the store, I said yes. I continued to express my frustration to the sales ladies explaining to them that they should have asked the person's name instead of just giving away my shoes that should have had my name on them and that would have prevented all the frustration that I went through; the time it took me to drive the distance as sick as I was. Alex then told me that he was not going to order anything for me, with an attitude. I asked why not, and he said I was giving him an attitude therefore he was giving me back the same attitude. I became even more frustrated and asked for my refund on the pair of shoes that I had bought at Evergreen Park. I got my refund and I let them know I was going to submit a complaint. All I want to know is: what happened to customer satisfaction. He took this personally and all it was about business. My family and I have been buying Skechers for years and this has left a bitter taste in my mouth and with no choice but to shop somewhere else. I feel like I should be compensated for my frustration.

bought a pair in late february right beore we were told to stay inside. then the store closed. when it reope ned, they refused to take back the shoes for store credit. need help thank you the other shoe is also coming apart i am not happy with the manager of the store, i feel the shoes should have lasted
more than they did. please help me the shoes are my sons. and he paid $64.95 not a cheap price either
Women's D'Lites work boots
I have been buying Sketcher's boots for years now. This last year I bought 2 pair of D'Lites boots:, one grey and one black. I alternate wearing them each week. The grey pair is perfectly fine, but the stitching on the black pair is coming apart on the toe seam of the left boot. It looks like the leather was cut too close to the stitching and the leather split away from the thread. This is defective and poor workmanship. I have worn both pairs equally.
I wish to return the black pair to your warehouse and get them replaced. I am hoping that this is just a one pair fluke and not an ongoing issue with poor and shoddy workmanship because I really do like the comfort of these boots, but not if they will only last a few months.
Velcro strap on the S Lights Girls Flower Petals Purple Multi color Sneakers
The Velcro strap closure has completely worn out and my 5 year old has hardly worn these shoes. No matter how hard we try to push the velcro together, it just comes off each time and her straps just flap as she walks. I am definately upset with this purchase. I, myself, have been a Sketchers wearer for many years and was hoping my daughter would be one as well. I guess not.

Sketchers have been my shoe of choice for quite some time and I currently have numerous pairs of them. However I purchase these shoes within the last six months and the seams of these shoes are coming apart. This is a shoe I wear when I want to look more decent, using my older Sketchers for around the house. I have never had any issues prior to this with Sketchers. Will have to find another comfortable shoe that holds up a lot better than this. The workmanship on this pair of shoes was horrible.
