I am attempting to enjoy the sky coverage of the laver cup. Can nobody stop petchey talking? He clearly suffers from verbal bowel problems and is spoiling the tennis.
For someone who never actually 'made it' in the game, he is one of the most opinionated mediocraties on sky sports.
I subscribe to sky in order to watch and enjoy sports, not to listen to this clown's idiotic verbal meanderings.
There used to be an unwritten rule - no commentary during a tennis rally!
Mark petchey just keeps on rambling all the time.
This is the second time I have complained
My next move is to cancel my subscription to sky sports - but at least I won't have to endure this [censored].
Mark Petchey is the biggest gas bag in tennis commentating. Having achieved nothing as a pro, he fills his rants with inane and trite comments and will simply not stop jabbering! Get him off the air, please!
Is this the dagger? The moment felt like a painting. A luminous piece of skill. Intellectual samurai. All examples of rubbish spouted by Petchey in Women's US open final. He's an idiot who thinks he's a genius. Awful.
I absolutely agree! Mark Petchey has that infallible ability to absolutely ruin the tennis being watched by
his stupid, annoying know-it-all fatuous remarks. Please get him off?
We must totally agree with Christian as we are literally suffering watching tennis on Sky and recently on Prime video. We think he would be a brilliant analyst, but definitely not a tennis commentator. It's not suitable job for him as over many years he hasn't managed it at a professional level. This is one matter, but another matter is that we are paying quite high price for Sky and I cannot see any reason why we should listen to a commentator who doesn't consider who have to listen to his comments. Someone must help us and him too! Thank you.
Very. Annoying.
Please tell petchey to calm down a bit , I Carnt concentrate on the tennis I’m watching with his constant chatter box style commentating
Petchey poisons tennis viewing. That grating, monotonous rubbish prevents the viewer sharing the ‘being there’ experience because Petchey is xxxx all over it. He detracts from the experience. Either put commentators on a separate channel, insist that commentary is confined to between games or sack Petchey.
