I booked my flight in skypicker online from kuala lumpur to dubai! Once the booking was made, they wrote me back to add additional payment cause the price online is higher and the flight is not available! They ask me for additional 86€, so that they will find another flight for me. I refused cause that's not actually my fault because that's is the price online and the option was not accurate in my time availability. They told me to refund my money back and they said I will be able claim it 7 to 10days! I waited for 11days! Still I haven't receive the refund till now! They said that the refund money was voided by their financial office and now they ask me for so many questions and many things to make the refund? Where do I have to go for this matter?
Help me, 2 years, didn't get my refund. So what's is the solution?
Long story short, I made 2 booking changes in less then 24 hrs and lost got NO tickets. I was scammed for over 3, 000 US dollars. kiwi .com. Gave me the impression that they were going to resolve the dispute and only returned me 500.00 a month and a half later.

I cancelled a flight 1 1/2 yrs ago due to COVID and still have not received a refund. They claim that they have been trying to work with the carrier (United) but I haven't received any updates unless I contact them.
