Sleep Country Canada review: Absolute fraudsters

This company is truly the most deceitful and dishonest company I have ever encountered. The salesman lie thru there teeth just to make a sale.

My first visit was beyond disparable, the salesman when he found out I was not going to buy a bed but a few pillows just passed me off to another person, just left me standing there looking stupid. I decided to leave, giving the company another chance, I felt a entire company cannot be as bad as the south common in edmonton location. A few months later I decided to give another location a chance. I went in there and purchased a few pillows.

The salesman this time I thought was very helpful with my pillow selection, he said I had 90 days in which to return my 200 dollar pillow, if I was not happy they would gladly exchange this overpriced pillow. So with this I parted with my money, and left the store. Approx 60 days later I started getting a very sore neck and headaches from this pillow, so based on my purported warranty I returned to the store where I bought this pillow, only to be told that salesman does not work at sleep country anymore. They proceeded to tell me there is no pillow warranty and obviously I was misled.

I was told when you walk out of the store a pillow is a final sale, so the store refused to do anything, except they did there best to sell me another overpriced bamboo pillow.

This company is all about high pressure tactic selling, lying to make sales and manipulating a customer because there commission based. Beware of this store they are trained to lie to sell there overpriced garbage pillows.

I will never set foot in a sleep country again, be forewarned they will lie thru there teeth to part you from your money.
