When I purchased my bed I talked in length with the salesman about the frame I had. I needed to know if I could keep it or not. I even had a picture of it. He assured me that all I had to do was get rid of the drawers and it would work fine. Well delivery came and said no the frame would not work and had to be dissassembled before it could be installed. I explained to him what my saleman said and he informed me that it happens all the time. They say that to get their sale. I had the bed frame totally removed and scheduled deluvery again. Of course I had to wait until they could get to me. I had a date scheduled for oct 7th and they inform me 3 hours before they were due to be here that it had to be rescheduled again. I got different answers from different people so I know somebody was lying. Meanwhile no one could make it right and get it to me like they promised. Meanwhile I have had no bed to sleep in for 2 weeks. I was told that sleep number does this to get prepaid and then have your money until you cancel. Im looking into the legality of this. You made money off of my money and you dont refund that. Doesnt sound on the up and up to me. I tried hard to speak to the delivery manager and could not get through. I was told that delivery does not have a manager. Maybe thats why its ran like a zoo. I have already contacted better business and am in the process of filing an official report. I will never recommend sleep number to anyone. Not only is it important to have a good product but you need customer service also and you do not have that. Ive seen it for myself I also think I should get interest on my money that you have been using
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE ANY APOLOGY AND A DISCOUNT OFF OF THE BED TO TAKE CARE OF THE TWO NIGHTS I HAD TO RAVEL AWAY FROM HOME IN ORDER TO SLEEP TTHANK YOU LISA REISINGER
