Dual c4 360 smart bed and flex fit frame
Bought the bed in november didn't get it till january tried it for two weeks didn't like it and tried every setting didn't work called sells manager who sold it to us at that time he said if we didn't like it was returnable come to find out only the mattress was returnable. He lied about the return policy. That everything can be returned with supplies in short demand you would think the company would take everything back I guess that's how they rip people off will not recommend this sleep number to anyone. I give them zero stars

Complete bull! I’m not a travis kelce and can’t throw my money! I paid over $8000 for a glorified air mattress! I made this investment, “investment ha” because of my back. I’m a mother of 3 and after natural childbirth, my back has never been the same. Every morning I would wake up so soar that I knew my mattress was contributing to my misery. I was so hesitant in spending soooo much on a mattress but figured I need to invest on myself and my body. Biggest mistake of my life! Within the first month I was questioning my purchase. Before my trail ended, I hated the bed. Tried to return and customer service is a joke! Shouldn’t have customer service name associated! They were complete [censored]es! Basically responded with “oh, all your telling me is your back hurts” compassion much?! My daughter still sleeps with me so I also bought “waterproof” mattress pad, ha! Joke! Guess what! She peed this morning and my mattress is soaked! People don’t have these crazy funds laying around. If they do, there in debt. I have severe anxiety and won’t get in debt. Therefore, $8000+ of our money was funds we had saved. I want my money back! I want this bs bed out of my life! I purchased this full crap on 12/04/2020. I wish I could back and never made this purchase!

One of the ugliest brain fragmenting beasts that tortured me had an obscene over done bed with about twenty buttons. The beasts in the network are all worthless and had put every natural resource on this planet into a deranged poison crisis with their sodomite raping slums.
The beast tried to pawn off this abomination to me while I was still brain fragmented completely. These freaks would have been medically executed under insanity laws. They are inbred/hybrid freaks and cannot function in any capacity. The bed would have been filled with parasites. I am an abstinent heterosexual.
I am sure these disgusting false beds are made by torture prisoners like everything else in idiot sodomite USA. Just like everything else, these indigents destroyed the bedding and furniture businesses.

King split king c4
We purchased this bed in 2017 in Washington DC. From the start had issues. We paid a small fortune for it and never had a good nights sleep. My wife has refused to sleep on it for several years. I continue to sleep on it, because of the price we paid. It sucks. I wake up every morning hurting. I am prior military and purchased i5 to sleep soundly since I was never able to do so with the military. Now, I am retired and cannot afford to replace it

Sleepnumber and the upsell
We were so disappointed with my new (2/19/22) California King Sleep Number P6 Smart Bed with the FlexFit Base. After paying $5,358 we found out the only way to control the FlexFit adjustable base is with the attached remotes. In the store when we were trying one out the sales lady controlled everything from an Ipad. We were told we could also use our Cell Phone as well as the wireless remote to accomplish this. This was not the case however. I wish we would have waited until that feature was available to purchase. We were very happy with our older Sleep Number but wanted the Flex feature. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did ! I wish we could return this bed until they get this problem solved.
Up Date 3/1/22 – After multiple complaints “Bret” called from sleep number and tried to Upsell me. She told us we could get the base that we wanted if we paid the difference in price. This is a perfect example of trying to upsell a customer. Beware…Don’t get scammed like we did……
Desired outcome: Give me the base that they said they told me in the store. We really do like the bed, just feel like we were ripped off.
Bed
We bought a sleep number bed in 2020. Was delivered the beginning of october. By august of 2021 the bed was losing air on one side. Felt like you were rolling downhill. I finally called in november to ask what was going on they sent me plugs to see if it was the mattress or the pump. Finally called back in february to let them know the results. Figured it was the pump. In order to get a new pump, it cost $125.00. It was not covered by the warranty in full even though it was a bad pump that started acting up before the year 100% warranty. Bad customer service if you ask me. Of course, had to buy the pump so the bed is useable. Why buy this system if they don't stand by their product 100%.
Desired outcome: reimburse me the pump cost.

We had delivery scheduled for today (Jan. 6), 1-3. Even received a call yesterday confirming it. Waited until 4 and no bed. Went online to chat with a customer service specialist. After 90 minutes, I'm told to call delivery. I call and am on hold for 45+ minutes. When I finally get a representative, I'm told that there has been an issue and delivery is now Jan. 18! WTH?

I purchased a sleep number bed about a month ago. It came defective, and loses air overnight. I spent over $4000 on it. I've called customer service 5 times (1-3 hour wait each time) and I have had the call disconnected twice already. Only once did they call me back and apologize.
I received a defective bed. I only want a working bed. They are now asking me to troubleshoot it myself, which involves sleeping on it. I've moved to a guest bedroom as sleeping on a mattress that deflates will kill your back (and I'm 30!). Not really sure why it's my job to troubleshoot given it's 30 days old and came broken.
Mold underneath in center of bed
I love my sleep number bed and I've raved about it to everyone that would listen. Recently while moving our bed around noticed a wet spot underneath in the center of the bed. That makes sense my husband and I been suffering from stuffy nose and coughing each night for the past 6 months. Now how to get this resolved? I spent a lot of money on this bed, and wanted to enjoy it many years. Please let me know what the next step it.

Headboard and frame
I purchased a Sleep Number Bed 8 years ago. The bed was fine. Until I purchased a bed frame and headboard. Manufactured by Barnhardt Furniture located in North Carolina. Sleep Number is the distributor and sales reps for Barnhardt Furniture bed frames. The frame lasted barely 3 years before it completely collapsed and would no longer support the bed. Couldn't sleep in it. 8 weeks of emails, pictures of the broken support slats, copies of purchase receipts, and many complaints. Well, they outlasted my patience. I can only advise any further customers who have thoughts of purchasing anything from Sleep Number they look elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Sales people who have no idea about the products they are selling. Save your money and spend wisely at some other bedding company.

Spent over 5k on a bed. Delivery shows up without the air tubes or the power cord for the pump. The drivers called the warehouse ...I talked to the supervisor and he promised me someone would be calling me within 30 minutes to expedite the parts for delivery. 45 minutes later I called the local store where I made my purchase ...Was told they called customer service on my behalf but wee not able to escalate my situation to a manager. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was apologetic and professional...however they said my priority date to get my parts installed is October 7th...almost 3 weeks away...some priority! Extremely disappointed! Brand new bed and can't use it...I made arrangements from my busy schedule so that they could deliver my bed ...They didn't even bother to check the order as they were loading on the truck...too many suits and not enough common sense. Over 5k! so very disappointed...I will not be recommending this company to any friends...family... etc...I don't care how good the product may be...They completely dropped the ball and didn't care enough to call me back...

I purchased my sleep number in 2017. The first month it seemed like a good purchase. Since then, it is awful. I paid 6k for this piece of junk. It feels like I am sleeping on a bed of rocks, no matter the setting. I purchased a bed topper, however, that has not worked either. I have come to the realization that I will need to purchase another bed, NOT A SLEEP NUMBER. Wish I could sue you for false advertisement, your product is very bad.
flex 2 base
I bought this on May31 2021 and the flex2 base is still in the boxes. I can not get anyone to set bed up. This is my 4 Th. attempt to get it set up. Help! they are saying nothing can be done until Sept.1 2021

This was a dream to lay on in the store. Got it delivered and first night miserable. Kept rolling to the center (they apparently have a fix for this) and was too hot (they don't have a fix for this) and we feel every movement like a waterbed (they don't have a fix for this) and my wife does not like the lift for the head. Have an unresolved problem of mattress sinking in middle.Have dealt with numerous c/s people for 4 yrs. with no help whatsoever. The c/s people are totally incapable of offering any suggestions or help. The man I spoke with today said that the beds were made to sink in the middle after 3-4 months of use! I spent close to $3600 on this thing, I was told to sleep on the number 35. I think it made my hip almost come out of place...it has not been right since...probably never will be. I put number to 100...still not firm enough. I went into the store in Montgomery several times..I was told they would contact headquarters...never heard a word. I called them myself...they would not do anything. I just threw away that money. I would tell anyone..do not waste your money. This is one of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life.
I would have been better off to go to Walmart and purchase a air mattress with a pump to inflate for $100 bucks. Mind you I paid over $3600 on 2/26/19..1st payment 3/20/19...on auto pay...never missed a payment ..I still owe over $2300...what a rip off. I have good credit too...

I need help solving a nightmare!
I've been a customer for about 15 years. I wanted to upgrade as my bed was getting old. I didn't really know what I wanted, but you said it was refundable. Well, my bed now is king size so I thought I'd try queen size. W-E-L-L I couldn't adjust to a smaller bed, so I wanted a king size again. Well, Ii found out the frame wasn't refundable, just the mattress. So I've had this queen frame in the spare bedroom for over a year now and paying it off with Synchrony Bank. PLEASE~ is there any way we can work together, maybe to use my frame for a trade in or some other way to solve my problem. I'm miserable sleeping in my old bed & looking at the new frame just starring back at me!
