I went this morning to sm lanang premier, our home. Upon entering I already noticed there was no customer at all. Literal, everyone was just standing, chismis and some are working on Xmas decors. I approached these group of sales ladies doing the decors and asked if they were on sale. One girl Said, no, but sm Davao is. So I asked if how much percent and if it's for all items or prestige etc. She replied to me, we don't know, if you want you go there and check and ask. So I said, do you know how far sm Davao is?! So I said why don't you call and ask your branch. All of them were pointing to each other cos no one wants to call! So I told them if they are all disable that they can't call. No one dared to help or assist until I really got so mad. Please note again that no other customer was there except me. I highly suggest all of these staff should be fired out! Ayaw nila mag trabaho then get out. FYI, sm matina is more than an hour away from sm premier lanang. So please tell me if you won't get mad. Thanks
Lagi na lang over maningil cashier niyo sa hypermarket. Ang .50cents ginagawang katumbas na piso? San napupunta mga overages na yun kung nakakailang .50 sila sa maghapon. Monitor it please. Maybe next time i take the complaint to authorities
Disney item pants bought in SM Moa, cant it really be replaced in SM bicutan due to branding?
I believe once bought in SM, it can be changed in any of its branches.
