SM Supermalls review: food

This morning, i bought a Turon at the supermarket's kiosk. I was hungry and so excited to have a bite of the turon, but to my dismay it wasnt the turon i was expecting it to be. It was smothered with too much sugar and the banana was overripe that it looked like mashed banana. I called the attention of the food attendants but they cant give me a good answer they just looked at my turon. I didnt know how to react, they didnt offer to change it coz they know the quality of all the turon there is the same. i wouldnt want to get my 20.00 as well as i it is already there recorded. I just wanted to call their attention so they will improve the quality of the product they are selling. I just let it pass and was okay with the thought that somebody called their attention and hopefully they will improve it the next time.

Again, this afternoon at the same kiosk where they are selling roasted chicken. I bought 2 whole chicken for dinner but again i lost my appetite when on my first bite the chicken didnt taste good AT ALL. It tasted nasty. As if it was prepared not yesterday but a couple of days ago. My 7yo kid even asked if the foul smell came from the chicken on the table. That is how bad the condition of the chicken is. I was already home and night time already so I decided to write here. I dont how you will treat this complaint but im hoping this will not fall on deaf ears.
