Good day!
I want to file a complaint for my very disappointing experience today with your HERE TO SERVE slogan that the company has been promoting about.
Savemore Talisay is nearby our residence which makes us a regular customer. This makes me even furious because they have taken a lot of customers like me for granted but I don't think anyone had taken the time to let your company know about numerous encounters that we as customers have felt this numerous times.
I am working in a customer related industry (an international cruise line) and that makes me more aware of the actions that should be considered when customer satisfaction is at stake.
Time: 1030am
Only 2 lanes is open for payment with 15 plus people standing by... I saw one customer in the prestige lane making the payment. I went to this lane and asked if I could pay there considering that in a very well establishment they should have made way to accommodate their customers who will pay all the same prestige or not.
The lady cashier making the prestige lane told me she will be complained by prestige customers if she accommodate me, which I replied to her, there was only one customer and she left already but I also thought that she's available noe to process my payment why would she refuse? Maybe just lazy to anticipate this kind of situation. She just don't care about the customers. She ignored me and left me standing in front of the lane to make my payment. I took a picture as my proof to show the management that there is only 2 lanes at almost noon time and they are not doing anything to live the famous slogan HERE TO SERVE! As the last cashier was disrespectful I was furious as a regular customer who always make my grocery at savemore despite the other supermarkets nearby. As I believed I will be more taken care of this huge company!
The security guard approached me as I was taking the picture, he was very rude telling me I could not take pictures!? If I was to check his Facebook I will be shocked as how many pictures he has taken in the same establishment, but because I'm going to make my complaint he told me not to do so.
Furious I went to the bills payment section to make foreign currency change, and as to my another dismay, nobody is there to accommodate me as well, at 10:49am... I have been there several times on different day of the week and I always get the same response, OFFLINE, THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS NOT YET HERE! Wow! So much for HERE TO SERVE!
So I am hoping that by letting you know what is happening in your savemore Talisay Negros Occidental branch you would make sure that everyone there gets a thorough training as what is customer satisfaction! And it's a shame to say HERE TO SERVE when customers like me feels otherwise!
The items in your supermarket (it may not be all) but could be found in other supermarkets nearby, but because you are SM we thought that you could uphold to your company's high standard that people are expecting to find.
Thank you and I am expecting that SERVICE would be instilled in your staff at this establishment not discrimination! Prestige or not we are all paying the same amount that we purchase from your store!
