I went to our local Smart Style in Decatur, Alabama on Friday, September 8, 2023 with the intention of getting my haircut. The stylist informed me that she was the manager and sole employee of this salon. I showed her the photo of a bob hairstyle with layers and even kept it open on my phone to guide her. When I got home and took a good look at this NON layered,BLUNT cut I just sobbed. Bear in mind that she had about 4 other people come in while she quickly chopped my hair into this blunt mess, and told them all she'd get to them eventually and so on. I finally called her the next day, and she said to come in Monday and she'd try to fix it. Would not give me an appointment time. So, I showed up Monday. She was already in the middle of doing what looked like a perm,and informed me that she was going to do 3 people ahead of me. At a out that moment another lady showed up, and the stylist (I use that term loosely) informed me that I now had 4 people ahead of me. I've went there a long time and she's the rudest and worst hair cutter I've encountered. REGIS, aside from one woman not being able to cut everyone's hair that shows up, how long is this going to be allowed to go on? It seems like you don't care about the customers or the workers since she admitted on the 8th that the workers before her had all quit and left. On top of her antics, I then had to go pay another salon to try to repair her damage. Somehow I don't see this changing till people get tired of waiting hours for the only employee to get to them,and if YOU don't care, probably not even then.
Desired outcome: One woman can't handle a whole salon.
