SmartStyle review: Im complaining about the lady at the walmart on pinhook at smart styles

I went in and the lady nieka bell was the one who was doing my hair she discussed with me that she would have to see if she could comb out my hair are cut it because it was so natted well as she was combing my hair out she stated she wouldnt need to cut it because as thick n natted as it was it wasnt to bad to where she couldnt comb through it well after she combed it out we went smoke a cigarette then she procedded to put me a perm I was explaining to her that the brush was stickingme in my scalp that she was using she said she had to use it because manager would fuss well halfway through my hair im really burning im telling her that at this point if the perm dont take its fine its burning extremley to bad she kept going to where im sweating eyes crying she still tryna work it in I got up because I said I couldnt take no more she said yea its because of her coming it out and she wanted the perm to take she then say you might burn afterwards a lil while for me to remind her to sign a paper which I didnt I have pictures of my scalp and the back of my neck its been over a week I still have scabes and my scalp is still irittated I missed out on pictures due to this
