Dear Team,
This is to inform you that today I had an extremely difficult experience in snap fitness Whitefield. I am an annual member of the gym and had given my feedback to the general manager Raghav on last week Thursday, post which one of the trainer Kishore came and harrassed me on the floor .
Please take out the video footage off the gym between 8:30 am till 9:30 am of the harrasment today and request you to audit the gym on the peak hours during morning and evening.
My concerns were:-
1. My PT session was not handled properly, so I asked for backup trainer from manager which went un-addressed and instead of giving solution he refunded 6k ( I paid 7000 ) saying that he is not having any spare trainer to give PT.
2. General manager is absent in morning
3. Trainer who harrassed didn't apologise today.
4. Dietician is not proactive.
5. Not enough trainers during peak hours . While giving PT session no one is wearing PT jacket.
6. Not enough kettlebells.
7. Not enough mats, and are old and stinking.
8. No concern of hygiene, and cleaning once people leave the equipment.
9. No proper ventilation in Sundays, as they save electricity by switching off AC's. No trainer on Sundays .
10. Please check the number of trainers and leaves they have taken to get the idea of the situation and there sincerity for customer health and money.
11. Too many card, duplicates of customers are lying in gym .which creates confusion and takes long time to find our card.

When entering the cardio room to use the scales the club manager spoke in a rude manner to me and asked me to leave the room, There was no sign on the door saying there was a meeting in progress, The tone of voice and lack of manners she used made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable I am questioning continuing my membership unless the problem is rectified.

I have tried several times to get in touch with the club I wanted to join. Nobody ever answers the phones and I called corporate no answer either. This place sucks. I messaged them on Facebook and no answer there either. I have called several times and nobody answers or I get a voicemail system. I never get to talk to an actual person and the staff at the gym is never there to answer the phones or sign up people for memberships. It's by appointment only, supposedly. But, nobody is ever there. Terrible place.
tanning beds
I joined snap fitness to enjoy the use of the equipment and to enjoy the tanning beds. The tanning beds were my family and I work out at are horrible, the bulbs are constantly blown and the other bed is out of order. I'm thinking about stopping my membership along with several other
Families that we go with. And find a fitness place that is clean and all equipment is working. I spend a lot and we deserve to be able to workout and tan with out equipment being broken. The tanning bed is dangerous it's cracked and we are scared to lay in it. Please fix the problem so that we don't leave the place that we love to work our at.

I am from Bangalore, India. I am writing to you to express my concern on the quality of the gym I workout in.

I would like to address each point in detail:
Hygiene:
A gym resembles closely to a hygienic environment. The management seem to not be concerned with the members sweat on the benches or the floor mats. The floor mats are by members are not cleaned and the next member either uses the mat with the sweat or have to use his personal towel to clean the dirt of another member.
They do have cleaners but they seem to not work as they are supposed to. They sit in a corner doing nothing but fiddling with their phones.
The washrooms and changing rooms do carry a foul smell simply because the lavatory does not function as they are supposed to. To counter the smell there aint any room fresher.
Equipment:
Barbell rods and dumbbells are out of shape, the rods are bent and the dumbbell does not carry any print. I believe we need to use our experience to guess the weight and work out accordingly.
The rods being bent causes imbalance and thereby can and will cause a fatal injury.
Dumbbells are limited to one pair per weight and the members often spend more time in the gym than they are supposed to by sharing their workout with another member.
Snap boasts on conducting High intensity, zumba and other activities. None are being conducted in this branch. The gym also lacks basic equipments for a high intensity workout, battle rope, tyre and a box.
Working out environment:
The gym has 4 "non functional" air conditioners. Given the humidity and the heat in our country, such an environment causes suffocation and you experience bad odour.
Manager and Gym owner responses to the above grievances:
Neglecting the concerns.
Walking away from the discussion.
Staying away from the gym during peak hours to avoid the members.

Cody Sestito, club manager, of the SNAP Fitness on 9 Durant Ave. Bethel, CT 06801 did not allow or offer any resources for my father to activate his Silver Sneakers membership. I explained multiple times during the course of Mr. Sestito's and I interface this am at approximately 9:45am on 4/24/2019 that I am my father's power of attorney, healthcare proxy, and caregiver, as he is currently recovering from a stroke. My father, a 76yr old elderly man, needs assistance. I had all the documentation, the silver sneakers member ID, anthem blue cross insurance, medicare ID #, as well as all of his proxy documentation in hand and explained to Mr. Sestito, that I wanted to activate my father's membership. Mr. Sestito replied, "I don't care. How do I know you're not doing this just to use the membership." He offered no other recourse for me at this point upon my inquiry for further assistance; not a regional manager, not a customer service number, not even an email address. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service SNAP FITNESS shows towards it's prospective members, let alone the elderly in the Silver Sneakers program.
constant harassment asking for money after cancellation of my membership
I cancelled my membership with Snap Fitness, Taunton, Somerset, UK club at the beginning of December 2018 and they had just taken payment from me for that month. They acknowledged my email and I sent the cancellation form off in the post to them. I thought that would be the end of it but I am receiving constant threatening emails and text messages from them saying that I owe money for January and February even though they acknowledged my cancellation on email back in December. I even had an upsetting email from them saying they would be sending out debt recovery. This is a terrible service. I did everything to the letter. It is causing me lots of stress. I have sent them two emails asking them to resolve this but they are not replying to me, even though I know they are getting them as they did reply to the first one I sent back at the beginning of December. Hi I joined the gym in the 7thjan due to my job of being a worker in a children's home I've not had time to go as much as wanted so I emailedto cancel never got a reply so spoke to someone the next day to which I was told I had missed y cooling off period also when I signed up I was told that if I did cancel I could hand my card for the door back in and get a refund as I would not need it if not a member I was then told that I keep the card there was me and my friend there who heard this as she joined same time as me and at to use my bank card to sign up as she never had her own so I have two direct debits due out. I have done my cancellation form but I'm not happy I was lied to nor I'm not happy I'm being told I've missed the deadline please advise on what to do
trinidad snap facility
The owner is trying to sell her business and has been offering a promotion for people to sign up. My family and I came in today and se real pieces of equipment are missing. She removed the calf machine. Lat pull down machine, cable row, a flat bench tricep extension and two spin bikes. She took pulled out frequently used equipment. This makes it very difficult to complete essential exercises for serious lifters. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

Cancelled my membership and had to pay an additional month, was billed again the next month and was told this was standard. I refused to pay both fees and have all correspondence in writing with the gym showing they lied but they have sent it onto collections. ACA want to do a story on this and others in similar situations. Snap head office never reply to the offence.
shortfall in pay
I taught boxing and Metafit classes in the Aberdeen branch of Snap Fitness. I always submitted a monthly invoice and always received payment by the end of the month.
In the final month I worked there, there seemed to be a lot of disruption to classes ending in all the external instructors being told we were no longer needed. Invoices in that final month were to be submitted weekly. When I received my last payment it was short. I notified Shaun Torrance and he said I would receive the shortfall by 11th of October, six weeks after I first notified him of the problem.
We are now past that date and I have still not received payment. Shaun now appears to be ignoring my messages.
Please could you give me contact details for whoever deals with pay for Snap Aberdeen. I would be really grateful for your help, thanks. Gillian
subscription and cancellation
Recently I had a bank statement that said snapfitness had taken £94 out of my account without my permission. I have spoken to the local gym I had been going to and they confirmed with me that I was in a 30 day rolling comitment with I had no idea I was in, but I wasn't informed that I had to come to the gym in person to cancel my subscription, I had no email or contact from snap fitness that I hadn't paid my subscription and I have been informed by a member of staff on Saturday 13th October that memberships that have not been paid over three months would automatically be cancelled therefore my subscription that I had no clue I was in should of been cancelled and the money should not have been taken from my account under new data protection law GDPR you are not allowed to take money out of an account whithout permition off the card holder. The reasoning for my absence from the gym is due to moving location from South Wales to London for work and with this £94 leaving my account I have been stuck without travel money for work therefore I am sure I should be due compensation for this incident that has happened

I was doing dead lifts and the staff member asked me not to let the weights down so hard I told her ok and proceeded to work out quietly .
When I was done I went to ask her what was going on because we've built a friendly relationship I thought she might be having a bad day .
Then I asked her what was going on and she told me I was being absurd and wasn't going to argue with me !?
I was caught off guard and told her I'm not either and she told me to leave I said ok but this is really weird you've always been pretty cool to me and then she said not to talk to her that I'm done there ?
I said your kicking me out of the gym for asking you a question, you can't just do me like that I didn't do anything then she threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave so I left . I would like someone to contact me in a Authoritative position.
I signed my husband up to the St Neots branch of Snap Fitness with Drew. This was on 31st July 18, my husband decided to cancel on 10th August 18 as the gym didn't suit his workout regime. When speaking to Drew in regards to cancellation at no given point was I told I would be liable to pay a further month, which Snap Fitness is now harassing my husband for payment which rest assured I am now in talks with my solicitor of this matter. I have spoken to Drew face to face about this matter and he was quite nonchalant in giving any assistance, wouldn't give me head office details as he is not "liable" to do so and the only other person i could contact was the owner who "wouldn't be interested". His whole attitude was disgraceful and as a representative for the company, it doesn't give much justice. I was only given some factors in regards to the contract when I asked about a leisure contract with a cooling off period and although it was 11 not 7 days there was no reluctance in helping just eager for the money blaming they are "following protocol". My husband was previously at this gym when Vikki Morgan was running it and I never had so much as a problem, even when we cancelled first time she was informative and assisting.
I have emailed through the website for someone to contact me to resolve the matter but not sure if this is correct.

The office is St. Neots England. Staff member Drew Davis. Who was recently appointed. Due to illness I had to suspend my account. I informed the previous manager Vikki Morgan of this by email (i have the email) I am a Mexcican resident from the UK. I have subsequently been threatened by email as he took my account of suspend to pay 40.45 GBP. Which I did and then cancelled my account due to his rudeness. He deleted my suspend extension email and me a liar, but i have the copy. This month I got charged an extra month, presumably a cancellation fee. I have paid this also. My account balance says zero. I asked someone to call snap fitness for me in St Neots about my account status to confirm cancellation. Whoever replied told him to [censored] off and that he will do what he wants and continue to send bills to [censored] me up at tghe registered address in the UK. This is not my home, but the home of an old lady of 86. If he continues to hassle this frail lady I feel the stress will kill her. I have escalated this to the UK police and the government MP BECAUSE HE WONT RESPOND AND CONFIRM MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND NOTHING FURTHER IS DUE. IS THIS WHAT SNAP FITNESS STANDS FOR? TERRORISM?

Hi, I am writing to make a complaint about Trowbridge Snap Fitness, I spoke to someone from there a few months ago and said I wanted to freeze my account the person said that's absolutely fine they would put my account on hold for as long as I need and to call back up when I wanted to start again, I have now been charged the full amount again. I have just rang up and spoken to the manager Dani who was quite frankly useless and clearly did not want to help at all. She told me that they only freeze the account for 6 months which is not what I have been told, she told me she would not be refundeing me and was very happy to loose me as a customer. I asked if I could cancel my membership and she told me I have to go into the gym to cancel I have got to my waste fuel going back to cancel which I'm not doing! I expect to be refunded this out of goodwill and a form emailed to me to cancel. I will be recommending anyone to not go to this gym from now on.

Our account was established on 05/12/2017 with my name as the primary member, K. Wright. This was a family plan for $79.95/mos.
I canceled the family membership by submitting the required paperwork in person on September 5th, 2017. This was the last time I entered the building, which is on record. However, my account was not canceled and I was charged from October 2017 through May 2018. I caught this when doing my tax audit.
When I called in May 2018 I spoke to a gentleman named Landon, who confirmed that my account was canceled as of that date (05/08/18). He also confirmed that Snap Fitness does not send out confirmation e-mails and that the previous manager for the Decatur location, who was in charge at the time of my cancellation submission, is no longer with the company. Calls have not been returned. I have yet to be reimbursed for the charges.
I was charged a total of $674.60 between October 2017 and May 2018 on my Visa:
