Good day
My name is Brook and I am filing a complaint to store location 5145 Peachtree Pkwy suite 453, Norcross, GA 30092. I went into the store on December 07, 2024, at around 7:30 pm to make an exchange on some cool night pajamas. When I arrived, the associates did great me and asked how they could assist. I noticed the lounge wear and jeans and was a little taken aback by the wardrobe and wondered if soma dress code had changed. (however, shrugged it off) I explained I needed to exchange, but I really needed to use the restroom. They smiled and responded they did not have a restroom. I informed the associates that this was not true, as I was a former employee there for 8 years. They then said it's not public; after being shocked by my response) and I would have to go two stores down. I handed my merchandise to my cousin and asked if she could do the exchange so I could find a restroom. The exchange was completed however I was informed by my sister who came in while my cousin exchange that they laughed at me because she informed them, I did not make it to the restroom. I felt humiliated and did not go back in the store, as I did not make it to the restroom.
I will be finding another soma to go to. As a former employee, I never would have treated a customer this way.
