I renewed my MVL on the sapomvl.co.za/PostOffice website, paid in full for the vehicle license plus delivery fee of R75, and was informed via mail the payment was successful and that deliver will take place within 3-5 working days. This was on the 26th of February already. Till date I have not received any deliver on the said vehicle license, NO response to any of my queries or updates on when the vehicle license will be delivered. I have tried to call the call centre on several occasions, to no avail, as you hold on for over an hour, and NOBODY picks up the phone. I even visit our local post office to try and see if they can assist me, but they can not do anything on the motor vehicle license, as it is issued/registered with Head office as they say, and can not cancel the transaction at the local post office, to refund and renew my vehicle license. I have been driving around with an expired vehicle license now, and can not afford to pay a second time, and even if I could, nobody can provide me with the license, as it is "locked out" on the system by head office due to the online application, and yet I am not getting hold of anybody. I even mailed the CEO, to which disappointment my mail was read by the CEO as I received a read reply back, but even the CEO did not even bother to try and assit me in this matter. I am fed up and desperate to get some help and advise on how I can obtain my renewed vehicle license. Poor pathetic service of SA post office is to say the least
Desired outcome: Renewed Motor Vehicle license to be delivered, or money refunded back into my account, and locking of license removed in order for me to renew locally

Eventually the local post office called me I had to go there had to pay extra as I had incurred charges as they only started the application 2 months later, maybe you can try going to your nearest one
I have received an email stating its on its way to our nearest post office after 2 months of waiting. This online thing is stressful, never again. Thank you for your response
