Spanos Motors Product damage

I purchased a vehicle from spanos Motors. It was bought over the internet. I was informed it was in mint condition with just 3 stone chips. I had it shipped in an enclosed trailer. When it arrived the whole front end needs paint and the bumper is cracked. Spanos was notified they said they were going to rectify the situation. The general manager stopped the repairs

Spanos Motors Infiniti G35

Avoid this place. I looked at one of there cars on autotrader an 06 Infiniti G35 Sedan. The pictures looked great. I talked to a salesman Jack Rabeaux. He assured me the car was in excellent shape and that he had driven it and everything was perfect. So we agreed on a price and I flew from Louisiana to Florida. When I arrived they said the car was being detailed. After an hour of waiting I was beginning to get frustrated. I told Jack Rabeaux that I would like to go see the car. We drove to the detail shop and the car looked totally different than it did in the pictures. They had installed a carbon fiber wrap over the dash to hide all of the cracks. The carpet on the passenger side was completely worn through all over. Several plastic trim pieces were missing throughout the car. The previous owner must have been a little person because it had pedal extension bolted through the floor which they had not removed. I talked to the slimey sales manager and he gave me a load of bull crap. Had to do everything in my power not strangle him or the salesman. Well anyway flew back home without a car. So after my review I was contacted by Rick Clemons. (General Sales Manager Spanos Motors) He inquired about the experience I had at Spanos Motors. At first he seemed very genuine. He asked I send him the expenses for my failed trip to Spanos Motors and he would reimburse me if I took down the negative reviews I posted. Well I sent him copies of my credit card statement which included airfare, cab, hotel, rental car and gas for the rental car. The total came out to $703.33 Two days later I receive this email from him. "I apologize for the delay in response, but I was out of the office yesterday. If you would be open to it I'll get half of your cost covered in return for removal of the negative reviews. Again I regret that we had this issue and I'm certain if my normal OVE/dealer to dealer representative had dealt with you, we would not have had this issue." Sincerely, Rick Clemons General Sales Manager Well once again another employee of this dealership has lied. Now he only wants to pay half the cost. As I said before avoid this place.

On 06/18/2013 I bought a 1999 Jaguar XK8 from you guys, the same week the car presented an engine problem and an engine message was displayed on the dash, I call you guys and they took the car for repairs the same month, after one week you returned an allegedly fixed car with a "new" car battery; After three more week and only 200 extra miles the same engine problem appears. Obviously you did not fixed the problem, after a great frustration with the car purchase, I took the Car to the Orlando authorized Jaguar dealer where they changed the "throttle" and fixed the problem ones and for all, but charged me $3, 000.00.
I send an e-mail to Mr. Alex Spano's asking help in the payment of the Jaguar repairs, after three weeks a Spano's manager call me asking me to send the repairs bill, what I did with negative results until now.
I thought The Spano's Motor dealer was more professional and reliable, but obviously, is not. Beware when you buy a car at this car dealer.

Spanos Motors Sales team / Management

My wife and I wasted 2 hours at Spanos Motors today. We went in after finding a car on your website an 03 BMW Z4. We spent the entire time trying to make a deal on this vehicle. We sat and filled out paperwork with the salesman, turned the keys in to the manager to appraise our car and even filled out applications. The car was in the main garage with about 40 other cars. After we finished our applications, they decided to try and pull the car out front, it took two guys to get the car moved. They finally pulled it out front for us to drive and just before we got in the car another salesman looked at the car and told our salesman that he had the car sold to a woman in South Carolina. Two hours into our car buying adventure at your dealership we get nothing for our time. Not even an apology from the manager on duty. He did not even come to explain a thing, he was too busy watching the Daytona 500 to even greet or apologize to a customer. How could all our paperwork cross his desk and him not even say a word about this car being sold. He was clueless and unprofessional. We are extremely unhappy with our car (not buying) experience at Spanos Motors.
