This company lies, sell you a phony product. When you return it they charge you restocking 30% fee. Their free shipping isn’t free, they charge me triple the amount of the carrier. I paid 8000 and got $1000 back

The Complaint board and BBB have no way of assisting me as the consumers . Yes they need to face consequences . I don't know how many people they've done this too. I hope I'll be their last of victim.
I've reached out to General Attorney Of Georgia, The Consumer Protection Divsion and made a report . Under Georgia Fair Business Pratice Act , Section 10-1-390. This company fit every criteria under this code ! Misleading , Misrepresenting , advertising & selling & products they have No knowledge about . FRAUD define as an act deliberately , Unethically , intentionally misleading for benefit . Terms and conditions on their website contradicts , also differentiate at every phase after purchase.
I ask for a refund 1 hour after I recieved the product! The refund experience was so bad !
Lisa is only one who process returns. Shes the only one that can assist me . Who is An extremely tricky , shady, calculated person. I call , email and text everyday for 12 days asking her process this return.
On the 12th day she finally responded by email . Stating I have 14 days after recieving the product to make a return .
Realized at this point I have only 2 days to make this return. Immediately called Fed Ex Freight Carrier . Wow ! FED EX FREIGHT DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS ? LISA HAVE HAD TO KNOW THIS ! Sneaky .
I realize after weeks of researched , they do not manufacture, nor do they have a warehouse , they don't even have a storefront ! So how is it possible for them to charge me 30% restocking fee & storage fee and shipping fee... if they didn't store it , ship it or stock it ? Come on .
