The Cape Canaveral Support Office is severely understaffed. People are waiting outside the door because the line of people (customers) is so long and moves slow. Spectrum service is poor in staffing the service centers, it's cable debt service is poor, and the price is 25 percent higher. It is taking way too long sitting here to turn in all the Spectrum equipment and CANCEL.

A few months ago we decided to hire a company to come and resolve some damp problems at our house. After searching online we can across Spectrum Waterproofing and Painting "Specialists". Gavin, the owner of the company came through, assessed the situation and said that he could rectify the problem. I cannot begin to explain what a bad decision we made!

Without writing a massive essay I can say that they had to return 6 or 7 times to fix mistakes they made. They painted the wall peach when our colour is green! They plastered a wall at the wrong angle! They used a 2cm down pipe for water! They were incredibly rude in person when we queried matters. The list goes on and on and on and on.

The most interesting part is that at the end of the day they then said they would come back and indirectly admitted that they did the wrong thing. 3 other credible waterproofing company's queried whether my wife and I did the work ourselves because it was so poor. We have now had to hire another company to come and fix the original problem and the mess they have made because we refuse to have Gavin and his team near our house ever again.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
