My name is Ken Page and I can be directly contacted at [protected]. I have purchased many items from Spencer's over the years with no issues. We recently purchased a complete new GE kitchen and all was going well until we recieved our refrigerator. Upon delivery we noticed that two doors were damaged. The Spencer's delivery people ordered two new doors to fix the issues. Once the doors were delivered, we contacted GE and had to talk to multiple people to get someone to approve them to come out to replace the new doors. We called the Spencer's on Ray Road in Ahwatukee for help, and they told us that this is our issue, they just sell the products they do not own the support of them. We finally got a GE technician to come out and we surprised to find out that one of the two replacement doors was again damaged. The GE technician told us that we would have to call the Spencer's store to order a new one. The Salesperson in our store was very rude to my wife actually saying that he was wasting his time with this issue as it is not the store's fault for these problems but that they belonged to GE. I am sorry but if I buy a product from your store, it is the right expectation that I am delivered a quality product. If that product breaks down at a later date, then that is what the warranty is for. When the product is delivered damaged by the store it is my expectation that the store will take all necessary actions to fix.
Desired outcome: I want the Spencer's TV and Appliance store on Ray Road to take full ownership for all communications with GE to get my Refrigerator fix.
