Spilsbury puzzles are pretty decent, but I have to say that their choice of shippers is very, very poor. They use FedEx Ground, which is just lousy. I placed an order on November 17th and it didn't arrive until December 23rd. Can you believe that? And that's just from Ohio to Washington! The order kept not being delivered, day after day it said it was on the truck but never was delivered. The outright lies on the FedEx delivery tracker were amazing! It took so long that Spilsbury reordered on December 12th. But guess what? It's now December 30th and that order still hasn't arrived. I mean, seriously, Spilsbury needs to ditch FedEx Ground ASAP! If you're thinking of ordering from Spilsbury, I'd advise against it. You're just not likely to receive your order.

I got an email from Spilsbury saying they were having a sale, so I decided to order 15 items on April 14th, 2021. Ten of the items were shipped on April 16th, 2021, which was a little slow, but I was okay with it. I finally contacted them on May 12th, 2021, and they told me that the other three items were out of stock.
What really bothered me was that they charged me $17.99 for shipping on all 15 items, but only refunded me $2.13 via a hard copy check. That doesn't make any sense to me. Why would they charge me for shipping on items they didn't even have in stock? It feels like they ripped me off.
To make matters worse, they were supposed to give me a free puzzle, but that didn't happen either. Overall, I was really disappointed with their poor service. It's not right to have a sale and let people order items that you don't have in stock. It's just not fair to the customers.

In addition, she also complained about the amount of "puzzle dust" that came with the product. Apparently, there was a lot of dust and debris that came off the puzzle pieces as she was working on it. She ended up putting all the pieces in a colander and shaking it to get rid of the excess dust.
Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of this puzzle. I wish I had read some reviews before making the purchase, as it seems that other customers have had similar issues. However, I don't plan on contacting the company to complain or ask for a refund. I'll just have to "eat" the $51 and move on.
As another reviewer mentioned, I would give this product less than one star if I could. It's a shame, because the painting itself is beautiful and would have made for a great puzzle if it had been better made.

How long will I have to wait? I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my order to arrive and there was never any sign of it.
Needless to say, I have a tracking number and I didn't use it till I understood that there was something wrong with my order. It turned out that it was false.
Ok, maybe it was a usual thing, so I called customer support. They confirmed that my tracking number was not working, but didn't help me out anyway.
Not even their representatives were aware of where my order was.
It's terrible. It was probably lost.

We bought 3 puzzles from the website www.spilsbury.com. It was big mistake, and now we would like to ask for the help. We placed the order a month ago, but still no news from the seller. He didn’t confirm the order and hasn’t sent the order at all. He started to ignore us and impossible to reach him, so we wanted to ask for any advice or assistance. We want our money back. I also ordered from Spilsbury on 12/18. The order screen said order by mid day 12/19 and receive for the holidays. Received my confirmation email.
Today is the 28th and no order. I called customer service and they said it had been canceled due to credit card denial. No way. So she asked if wanted to retry. I said I was going to call the credit card company first. She then said it could be something as simple as wrong expiration date on card and sure enough she gave me the wrong date. After following through with the order, I find it convenient that before I tried to straighten out with cc company, she offers that the date could be wrong. I'm suspicious by nature and have to believe that they couldn't fulfill their orders and are using this as an excuse. Even if this is not the case, I received a confirmation email but no cancellation email. She said that was not their policy. I am very disappointed.
