Hello, so I received a $59.99 charge from you all. First off i cant seem to login. Also ill just be honest, i am new to e commerce and im pretty sure the only was this happened was by the shopify store i set up. I received an offer for $1 dollar a month for 3 months..anyways you arent shopify and i know that now..but when i realized i wasnt ready to start a shopify store i canceled with them.. now again new to eveything while logged into shopify i started looking at apps or something. I think or must have clicked on spocket which i had no clue what it was..again realizing im in over my head and had $70 in my bank account i just canceled shopify to come back a later date. I didnt even know i signed up for spocket but figured whatever i did was stopped when canceling shopify.. even looked and it said id have to choose a plan to even get started..since spocket was like an app or add on to shopify then i would think it was stopped as well, but with that said i disnt know it existed..ontop of that this 14 day trial thing i dont even know about since all i wanted to do was see where i can get dropshipping products from like browse , ( thats all i was trying to do) but once this trial was over, which figured stopped if i wasnt using shopify and was just trying to browse products, you all put me on the 59.99 plan and charged for that..why not the cheaper ones..i just want a refund .. i hope to one day still set up a store and would hope to still have a good relationship with yall.. plus i have no use right now as im not ready financially and honestly health wise..i do not want a pity party , i just want it known at this time i need to take care of a serious health issue thats taking all my time and money..thank you
