False commitment
With great disappointment I write this message that Qatar team of Square yards (Prem & Anjali) have made my life into more financial burden than it previously was. Even after I told them what all existing financial burdens I had of investments still they promised me they will take care of it through their in-house Resale, Azuro team, etc. Hence just on trust I proceeded to book a commercial unit with Square yards in April 2022. Till date after 5 months now, nothing has been done for selling of existing investments and moreover now I have burden of this new commercial unit payment & loan.
I need to say that connecting with Square yards has been one of the biggest mistake of my life for real estate matter.

This is regarding the service issue with squareyards. I had asked for few documents to process my loan from HDFC which is approved already but no one is even responding. It seems for NRI customers it's very difficult to get connected to the right person...if this will continue then I will post everything on social media.

I booked a flat in urban greek from antriksh builder in New delhi zone L in April 2015. As per the sales person from Square Yards (Deepanshu Chhabra) the flat was suppose to complete by end of 2017. Today its been more than 3 years and the builder has not even start the construction. I have been following up with Square Yards as I dont have direct contact to the builder, they are asking me to wait and invest with them in other project (thinking they can trick me again).
Basically Square Yards is a retail agent they are selling whatever is there in real estate market, they don't check the credibility of the builder, no due diligence from there end and they mostly target NRI customers because they can't check the ground situation immediately and the time when they travel to India and see the reality its totally different.
Please stay away from Square Yards guys because there is no point in buying through them the rates are cheaper if you directly buy from builder or local agent in India. You can get the updates from builder much easier. After doing the sales no one from Square Yards will update you, even week some new sales agent will call you and try to sell you some other bundle project at higher rates.
Will never deal with Square Yards again and will never recommend.

no body replying from square yards on my enquiries when i will get the position rent and Roi promised on my purchase of shop at Amenity Avior Navyangan Pune. Almost 2 years exceeded from the promised date of delivery. Had to seek the legal assistance 0f apexchargeback t0 r£cIaim my assets. Without apexchargeback I’d be stuck here. A bit of research should give you all the warning you need about square yards
I had a call today. The guy had an amazing gift of the gab. Spoke of high returns via the "Burjuman" concept. I let him do the talking as I had time to waste and was feeling bored . Lol .. thanks to the internet and people reviews, am wiser about such companies.
1. Booked 2 flats through Square yards in 2019 in Godrej.
2. Square Yard send me mails that they will give me commission of Rupees 1Lac per flat, totalling 2 lac rupees.
3. In fact not one but twice on mails they have committed the same and innumerable verbal commitments.
4. I am following up with them and Mr. Sachin Vyas (who is apparently the Big boss here) but there is no response.
5. Surprisingly there are so many people involved in trail mails including their CEO, but no response.

Do not deal with the Square Yards team in UAE. They are a big fraud. They provided me false information basis that I paid them certain amount with an assurance that I can get the refund any point in time as this was just an expression for interest. As soon as I realised that, they tried to sell me with all false information, I withdrew my expression of interest. Now they are not refunding my initial amount back. Not even responding to my calls.
They only sell to NRI customers, because they can sell at much higher prices for projects which are complete scams or will never be delivered, as we can't check the ground situation. They are not even registered as a real estate company, they are registered as an event management company or IT company so that they do not fall under the laws of real estate.
And after a point of time, they will say that projects are getting delayed or cancelled. Since they only hire contract staff, by that time the old team members have all moved to other companies and other countries.
The new team will say they have no idea about what was sold to us and why and instead they will try to request us to again invest in other projects which are safer investments. Do they really think they can fool the same people twice?
Obviously, the biggest scam (which they were hand-in-glove with) was the Barworks projects, which is now being investigated by the US government.
We lost in that too. Along with a Bangalore commercial property called Artha Emprasa.
Both projects were sold to us by Manasvi Mehrotra, who moved out of Singapore to PropTiger in India. Guess he's cheating people there now.
Did you complain to the local authorities in Dubai? As Square yards are brokering these transactions through their Dubai office.
I am also cheated by the Square yards team. Can you please let me know whom I should reach out to complaint here?
