The worst experience dealing with customer service in my whole life. Appointment made was cancelled without prior notification and spending more than 10 hours in waiting for technicians as well as their response. Customer is being toyed with and at the expense and disposal of Starhub as if they are the only service provider which you have to beg and kowtow to them. Complaints made were not given a reply and worse still I get the blame and accused falsely for the cause of appointment cancellation. Both the Head of technical support Fasha and customer service Roy were just two useless and good for nothing.
