Vodafone IE Disappointing Experience with Vodafone IE: Non-Existent Channels and No Signal for a Month

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Vodafone IE. I had some trouble with my upgrade when I added a TV bundle to my current plan. I was supposed to get a bunch of channels, but most of them never showed up. And to top it off, I had no signal for the entire month of December. Can you believe that? And yet, I still got billed for those non-existent channels.

When I called customer service, they were no help at all. They just kept telling me to turn things on and off, like that was going to magically fix everything. It was like they were reading from a script or something. I felt like a fool for even calling them in the first place.

Honestly, if I could give Vodafone IE a 0-star review, I would. They really dropped the ball on this one. I'm not sure if I'll stick with them after this experience. It's just not worth the hassle.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Experience with Vodafone IE Broadband Modem: Constant Lock-Ups and Poor Customer Service

I've been having some issues with my broadband modem from Vodafone IE for the past few months. It keeps locking up on and off, which is really frustrating. I've been on the phone with tech support and customer support all morning trying to get it sorted out. Last time I called, they agreed to replace the unit, but I never received it. Over the weekend, the problem happened again, so I called them back. This time, they told me that they decided not to send a new modem because they thought the issue was resolved. But when I told them that it was still happening, they suggested that I change my login and password to lock out everything in the house. They said that this would force me to reconnect, and then they could log the issues. I don't think this is a good solution, and I'm not happy about it. They also insisted that I've been using the modem too much, which I haven't. They're blaming my usage for the problem, and they're refusing to fix the modem. I'm really disappointed with Vodafone IE, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Vodafone IE Disappointed with Vodafone IE: Late Delivery & Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty disappointed with Vodafone IE. I ordered a Christmas present for my kid on the 14th of December 2020, and it still hasn't arrived as of January 14th, 2021. I've been ringing them up every day since then, trying to find out where the heck they sent the package. But they didn't have a clue! I had to call up the An Post centre myself and spend a good 10 minutes on the phone just to find out that they sent it to the completely wrong address! Can you believe that? And to top it all off, nobody has even bothered to get back to me about it.

Now, I've been a loyal customer of Vodafone IE for over 10 years, and I'm on their highest monthly plan. Plus, my company is also a customer of theirs as an SME. But after this experience, I'm seriously considering switching to a different provider. This is just the worst of the worst. Their customer service is absolute crap (and sorry for my language, but it's true). They haven't even offered me any kind of discount or compensation for this mess. And if they can't even send an order to the correct address (even when it had the Eir code on it!), how can I expect to get anything from them in the future?

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Vodafone IE. I hope they can step up their game and start providing better service to their customers. But until then, I'll be looking for a different provider.

Vodafone IE Nightmare Experience with Vodafone IE: High Prices, Poor Service, and Abysmal Customer Support

for their phone and internet provider needs.

My experience with Vodafone IE has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prices are exorbitant for the services provided, and I have been charged an outrageous ?76 per month for a phone that regularly goes over my data bundle. Despite using my phone data an average amount, I am constantly being hit with additional charges.

To make matters worse, there is a complete lack of communication and consistency among Vodafone staff members. I have received conflicting information about their upgrade policy from online representatives, phone representatives, and in-person representatives. This has led to a great deal of confusion and frustration on my part.

What's more, I was recently signed up for a second two-year contract without being informed of this beforehand. When I brought this issue to the attention of Vodafone customer service, I was met with hostility and threats of debt collectors and a fine of ?1000 for "breaking the terms" of the contract. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to value its customers.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering Vodafone IE as their phone and internet provider to look elsewhere. The prices are too high, the service is subpar, and the customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Service from Vodafone IE: Delayed Engineer Visits and Unapologetic Customer Service

I recently signed up for broadband and TV with Vodafone IE and was excited to get started. However, my experience with their service has been less than satisfactory. An 'engineer' came out to my house and quickly plugged in a box before leaving. Unfortunately, the service did not work and I was left to call Vodafone for assistance.

After speaking with their customer service team, I was told to wait for 48 hours for the service to start working. I patiently waited and called again, only to be told to wait longer. I followed their instructions and waited, but was then informed that someone had forgotten to close my order and that it would now take another 24 hours for the service to start working.

Unfortunately, even after waiting for the additional 24 hours, the service still did not work. I called Vodafone again and was told that an engineer would be out to my house within 24 hours. However, I waited for 48 hours and still no one came. I decided to reach out to their customer service team via email and their Twitter page, but all I received was a vague response that "someone should call you".

Finally, I received a call from Vodafone informing me that an engineer would be out to my house in four days. This was already 60+ hours after I was initially told an engineer would be out to me in 24 hours. To make matters worse, everyone I spoke with at Vodafone was completely unapologetic for the inconvenience I had experienced.

I really wish I had read these reviews before signing up with Vodafone IE. I will be cancelling my service with them as soon as possible.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Vodafone IE: Incompetent Representatives and Basic Mistakes

I recently had an experience with Vodafone IE that left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I had an issue with accessing my bills on their website and had to spend hours on the phone with their customer care service. Unfortunately, I found their customer care service to be extremely useless and unhelpful.

I spoke to at least three different representatives and none of them were able to figure out what the problem was. All they seemed to be good at was putting me on hold for ages! It was only when I insisted on speaking to one of their managers that the issue was finally resolved. I was so relieved to have the problem sorted out that I thanked the manager profusely before ending the lengthy phone call.

However, the worst part of the story was yet to come. It turns out that Vodafone had the wrong address on my bill and my name was also mistyped. This was a huge problem for me as I needed the bill as proof of address. I couldn't believe that such a basic mistake had been made.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Vodafone IE. I think they really need to set higher standards when it comes to hiring their employees. It's important that their representatives are competent and able to help customers with their issues. I hope that they take this feedback on board and make the necessary changes to improve their customer care service.

Vodafone IE Locked Samsung Galaxy II from Carphone Warehouse: A Frustrating Experience with Vodafone

So, I bought this mobile phone, the Samsung Galaxy II, for a whopping 431.99 euro from Carphone Warehouse. I didn't get any plan or anything, just the phone. And then, after more than a year, I found out that it was locked to Vodafone. Can you believe it? I mean, I paid full price for it and it's locked to a mobile company? What kind of nonsense is that?

So, I contacted the shop and they told me to contact Vodafone. Can you believe it? I mean, I bought the phone from Carphone Warehouse and they're telling me to contact Vodafone? It's like they're in cahoots or something.

Anyway, luckily I had a Vodafone account, so I requested an unlocking code from them. And you know what? They sent me the same code a few times and it didn't work. Can you believe it? I mean, what kind of service is that?

So, now my phone is still locked after more than two years and I don't even use it anymore. I switched to another mobile company because I don't want to deal with this kind of nonsense.

So, here's what I learned from this experience. First of all, I'm never going to buy a phone from any company in Ireland that sells locked phones. I mean, what's the point? And secondly, I'm never going to use Vodafone again. I mean, if they can't even unlock a phone properly, what kind of service are they providing?

Vodafone IE My Terrible Experience with Vodafone: Slow Connection, Lost Top Ups, and Terrible Customer Support

I'm gonna tell you about my experience with Vodafone. So, they offer mobile broadband with a stick modem for 20 euro per 30 days or 7.5GB data. Sounds good, right? Well, not really. After only 3 days, my top up was gone. I went to a Vodafone shop to ask what happened and they told me that I topped up the wrong way. Apparently, the top up was bought in another Vodafone shop and the staff did it online there. But the thing is, the distance between these two shops is about 100Km, so it's not really worth it to drive there and back just to top up. I mean, they have the same computer system, right?

Anyway, I bought another top up and the connection was really slow. But that's not the worst part. The second top up was gone in only 6 days and they told me that I had used up all the data limit, so I needed to top up again. But here's the thing: I have a good router (RB751G-2HnD) and all the data is coming through this router, so it counts the data used. If you want to use the internet connection, you need to connect through this router. I even changed the password on the USB stick, so nobody can bypass the router. The data counter said that I only used about 2.16GB.

But wait, there's more. I also bought a top up for my Samsung Galaxy 4S for 20 euro. The guy in the shop said that if I bought a top up for at least 20 euro, I would have free internet connection for the next 30 days. So I did. I went home and connected my Alienware laptop to the phone's Wi-Fi hotspot. And guess what? The top up was gone in about 80 minutes. I lost 20 euro just like that. The next day, I went back to the Vodafone shop to complain. They told me that there was a landline and I could call some $#*!ty support centre and tell them the story about the lost top up. So I did. And guess what? Nothing happened. That was the most expensive internet connection I've ever had in my life and it only lasted 80 minutes.

So, my advice to you is this: if you're in Ireland and you're thinking about a mobile network, avoid $#*!ing Vodafone. They will rip you off every day, for the rest of your life. Their customer support is $#*!, their network coverage is $#*!, and their prices for calls are even more $#*!. I switched to another network and I'm finally happy.

Vodafone IE Frustrating Experience with Vodafone IE: Poor Customer Service and Wrong Charges by Sales Agent

Vodafone IE is a company that provides home and mobile plans to customers. I have been a customer of Vodafone IE for the past one and a half months, and I must say that their service is extremely bad. Whenever I call them, it takes up to two hours before someone answers my call. And when they finally answer, all the calls are going to India, which is extremely frustrating.

My frustration with Vodafone IE is because of Ranjan Kundar, a Vodafone sales agent. He has sold me the wrong iPhone, and he has been charging me wrongly for the iPhone 12 Mini per month. I should only be charged $23.05 per month, but I am being charged $25.83. He is also charging me wrongly for our mobile companion plan. He should charge me only $90 per month as he has promised me a $20 discount on this plan, but he is charging me much more than that.

I have been trying to contact Vodafone IE for the past one and a half months, but it has been extremely difficult. Vodafone IE has told me several times that Ranjan Kundar will call me, but he has still not called me. I had also requested the manager of Vodafone IE to call me, but they have not called me yet.

Apart from these frustrations, my Vodafone TV system never works properly. Although I am on the maximum high-speed data home broadband plan, my internet is always very slow. My mobile data, in spite of being of a 40 GB plan for each of the two phones, is extremely slow all the time.

Vodafone IE really needs to improve their customer service as it is extremely frustrating dealing with this company. I hope they can rectify these issues soon.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Service: Vodafone IE Ported My Number Early & Caused 2-Day Outage

So, I was trying to switch to Vodafone IE and they said they would port my service over, but they did it before I even got my new sim card. I was like, "what the heck?" Then, I checked their website and it said my service would only be down for 10 minutes. But guess what? It was down for almost two whole days! I was so mad, I had to call them up and try to sort it out. I was on the phone for almost two hours, which is just ridiculous. Overall, I think their service is pretty poor.

Vodafone IE Terrible Experience with Vodafone IE: Poor Customer Service and Insurance Claim Process

I had a really bad experience with Vodafone IE. I got a mobile phone from them on a contract and at first, they were really nice to me. But when I needed to claim insurance for my phone, they made me wait for ages while they did an investigation. It was really frustrating because I needed my phone for work and I couldn't afford to be without it for too long.

When they finally finished their investigation, they told me that I wasn't eligible for a replacement phone. I was really disappointed because I had been paying my phone bill on time every month and I thought that I would be covered if anything happened to my phone.

Overall, I would say that Vodafone IE is not a good company to do business with. They might be nice to you at first, but when it comes to actually helping you out, they don't seem to care. If you're thinking about getting a phone from them, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Experience with Vodafone IE: Expensive Rates, Poor Customer Service, and Faulty Phone

Vodafone IE ain't the best, that's for sure. I signed up for a 12-month plan and paid on time, but still ended up paying the most expensive per minute rate because I didn't use it too much. And when I asked for the unlocking code for my phone, they kept postponing it endlessly. It was a real pain in the neck.

To make matters worse, the phone they gave me had factory problems and needed to be resoft. I had to make countless phone calls to customer service, but they weren't able to solve any of my issues. It was like talking to a brick wall.

Overall, I found Vodafone IE to be pretty ineffective. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I mean, seriously, how and why does this business even exist on the market? It's beyond me.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Experience with Vodafone IE: Lack of Support, Security Concerns, and Poor Technical Staff

I've been with Vodafone IE for about 9 months now and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I've had to call them almost every week and every time I ask for a supervisor to call me back, it never happens. It's frustrating because I feel like my concerns are not being heard.

Another thing that bothers me is that installs are done by third-party companies, which is kind of dangerous if you think about it. I mean, as a user, I can never change my username and password on the giggabox. That's a major security concern, in my opinion.

I've even sent a list of concerns to ComReg, but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's just disappointing because I really wanted to like Vodafone. But the technical staff just don't seem to know what they're doing half the time. It's like they're reading off a script and if you ask them anything outside of that, they're lost.

And don't even get me started on the lack of follow-up. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Overall, it's just a mess. I wouldn't recommend using Vodafone if you can help it.

Vodafone IE Terrible Customer Service and Confusing Billing: My Experience with Vodafone IE

I had a really bad experience with Vodafone IE. They cut off my business line today, just because I got a bill from them the day before. I called them to ask why they were charging me for September, when I had already paid a bill of 170 euros to Eir. But Vodafone gave me a bill of only 62.18 euros, which was confusing. I was just trying to clarify the situation, but the staff was so rude and unhelpful. It was really disappointing.

I have decided to cancel both my business account and my home account with Vodafone. I just can't tolerate this kind of treatment from a company. It's a shame that they have such dreadful service and staff. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but for now, I'm done with them.

Overall, I would not recommend Vodafone IE to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their billing system is confusing. It's just not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a reliable phone and internet provider, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Vodafone IE Poor Quality Products and Unhelpful Customer Service at Vodafone IE

I recently purchased a Sony phone from Vodafone IE and unfortunately, less than a year later, it stopped working. I was extremely disappointed as I had not dropped or mistreated the phone in any way. When I contacted Vodafone, they informed me that it would cost ?150 to repair and that I would have to wait three weeks while still paying for the service. I found their customer service to be unhelpful and they treated me like it was all too much trouble. It seemed like they were only interested in new customers and even walked away from me to serve them.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to purchase a new phone from Vodafone. However, less than four months later, this phone has also stopped working. I am now faced with the same issue again and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and service provided by Vodafone IE.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Vodafone's store. Their customer service is lacking and their products do not seem to be of good quality. It is frustrating to spend money on a product only to have it stop working shortly after. I hope that Vodafone will improve their customer service and product quality in the future.

Vodafone IE Terrible Experience with Vodafone IE's Home Move Team: No Communication, Forced to Switch Providers

I had a really bad time with Vodafone IE's home move team. I applied for a home move about a month ago, but I haven't heard anything back from them. They keep saying that there's still an active line at my new address, but when I contacted the old tenant, they told me that they cancelled their connection months ago. I've tried to get in touch with the home move team through email and phone, using both the customer care number (1907) and the direct number they gave me, but I haven't had any luck. It's really frustrating, and I've been forced to switch to another provider.

It's a shame, because I actually had a really good experience with Vodafone IE when I moved home about a year ago. But this time around, it's been a total nightmare. I just wish they would communicate with me and let me know what's going on. It's not fair to leave me in the dark like this.

Vodafone IE Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Disappointing Experience with Vodafone IE

I have been a customer of Vodafone IE for a few months now, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their service. I have been overcharged for the fifth consecutive month since I signed up for their broadband and home phone package. It is frustrating to have to spend nearly two hours on the phone with their customer service team every time this happens, only to be told that it will be fixed and that this is the last time I will have to deal with it. However, the issue persists, and I am still being overcharged.

In my opinion, Vodafone IE is a gangster company that does not care about its customers. I was given a claim reference number to put in a formal claim, but when I tried to use it, I found out that it was not a correct reference number. This is unacceptable, and it shows that their staff and duty managers, or whatever they call themselves, are awful. They hire dumb and clueless staff who do not know how to do their jobs properly.

It is frustrating to deal with Vodafone IE, and I am still not sorted yet. I hope that they will take my complaint seriously and fix the issue once and for all. In conclusion, I would not recommend Vodafone IE to anyone, as they are unreliable and unprofessional.

Vodafone IE Vodafone IE Review: Poor Customer Service and Frustrating Processes

Vodafone IE is a company that has a lot of room for improvement. Their customer service is really bad, and it's not uncommon to have to talk to them a lot just to get an issue resolved. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 support people don't seem to know how to fix problems, which can be really frustrating.

If you're looking to purchase a business phone, be prepared for an unbelievable hassle. Changing plans can also be a troublesome process, and buying new phones can be a long and painful process. Accessing online apps and the web portal can be unreliable, which can be really frustrating when you're trying to get work done.

If you need to repair your mobile phone, forget it. It's just not worth the hassle. It's really unfortunate that these issues exist, and it's not fair to blame the customer service representatives. These are all issues that should be addressed by the Vodafone Ireland CEO and COO. Unfortunately, it seems like they are outright incompetent.

Overall, I would not recommend Vodafone IE to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable phone company, there are definitely better options out there.

Vodafone IE Disappointing Service from Vodafone IE: Intermittent Phone Line Faults and Poor Customer Service

I have been a Vodafone IE customer for a while now, and I must say that I am quite disappointed with the service I have been receiving lately. My phone line has been experiencing intermittent faults for the past few weeks, and it has been quite frustrating. Sometimes, the line would be buzzing so badly that I can barely hear the person on the other end, and other times, there would be no dialing tone at all.

As a business customer, this is particularly concerning for me as I rely on my phone line to run my business. I have logged numerous faults with Vodafone IE, but it takes between 2 to 5 days for a technician to even call out to us. This is unacceptable, especially since I am paying for a service that is not being delivered.

Just today, I called Vodafone IE again as we had no dialing tone for the past 5 days, and I had logged a fault about it 3 days ago. To my surprise, I was told that someone had closed my fault without sending an engineer. This is outrageous! I still have no dialing tone, and I am left wondering when this issue will be resolved.

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there was no manager available to talk to. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a company like Vodafone IE. As a loyal customer, I deserve better treatment than this.

Overall, I am quite disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Vodafone IE. The intermittent faults on my phone line have been causing me a lot of stress and frustration, and the fact that it takes so long for a technician to even call out to me is unacceptable. I hope that Vodafone IE can improve their customer service and resolve this issue soon.
