I got a 2016 Camaro 2SS from Starling Chevrolet
I got a 2016 Camaro 2SS from Starling Chevrolet. The CARFAX said it never had an accident, but when I took it to a repair person, they said it had been hit in the front and back. Starling Chevrolet never told me about the accident when I bought it. They lied and covered it up so they could sell it to me for full price. I talked to the boss, Melissa, and showed her all the damage. She wouldn't give me my money back. She only offered to trade my car in for the same amount I paid. But I would have to pay $3300 to do that. That's not fair because I already paid for the tag, title, dealer, and registration. She even tried to tell me that the repair person was wrong. They lied to me and tried to sell me a car that had been in an accident. They're not trustworthy and they're very rude. Don't buy a car from them.
In 2019, I had some trouble with my 2008 Equinox windshield wipers that turned on by themselves and couldn't turn off
In 2019, I had some trouble with my 2008 Equinox windshield wipers that turned on by themselves and couldn't turn off. I went to Starling Chevrolet since I had gone there a few times for minor repairs and didn't have any issues. They had my vehicle for 3 months, and they said it was an issue they had never seen before. I went there a few times when they called and said it was fixed, but before I even made it off the lot, the wipers turned on. It was frustrating, and I had to take several Ubers for the repairs to not be done. Even after this issue, I gave them a second chance. Last week, my vehicle died, and all electrical systems shut down: a/c, radio, power steering, and my windows. I had AAA come out and look at it and tested the battery. They knew right away it was the alternator. I had it towed out to them on Thursday, Sep. 9, 2021. I didn't expect them to call me that day and had received one call from my advisor, Christina, just asking what's wrong. The next day, late in the afternoon, I still hadn't received any updates. I tried calling several times and was just sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and no return call. I finally got a hold of someone in the evening, just asking about the status and was told they hadn't looked at it yet and they would look at it tomorrow. Saturday came, still hadn't heard anything around 4 pm. Again, had to jump through hoops to talk to someone since it would just go to voicemail. When I talked to Christina, she told me "There was no one to tow it inside" so they couldn't look at it until Monday, the 13th. I was extremely frustrated, since I was having to pay for Ubers to and from work every day. I had asked to speak with the service manager, she put me on hold for a few and came back and said "Yeah he said there's nothing we can do" The manager wouldn't even take my call, which I didn't ask to have my message relayed, I wanted to speak with him personally. Monday came and surprise didn't receive any calls at all. Again, it wasn't until the evening when I was told that they couldn't look at it until Tuesday, the following morning. There were no apologies at all, just that there was nothing they could do. Tuesday morning passed and no phone call. It wasn't until around noon time when they finally called and said that they needed to order the alternator, which I told them from the very first day it was towed, and it would be another 2 weeks. It has now been a week, I finally got my vehicle back, and when I picked it up, there was a huge bubble in the tint on my driver's side window. The manager comes out and immediately said that was already there. The bubble was not there, but I did not have any proof. Again no apologies, nothing. This has been the worst customer service, and I will NEVER be going back to this location again. I don't even think my next vehicle will be a Chevy.

I sold my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS to Starling Chevy on 8/5
I sold my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS to Starling Chevy on 8/5. They said they'd give me my money in a week, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten it. Roberto Alvarez, the sales guy, keeps telling me different dates for when I'll get my check. Last week he said Tuesday for sure, but today he said they still don't have the title from GM Financial. I don't know if that's true or not, but they sold my car to someone else without the title. It's not cool.
I went to Starling Chevy on 04/05 to buy a 2019 Caddillac escalade with 3200 miles
I went to Starling Chevy on 04/05 to buy a 2019 Caddillac escalade with 3200 miles. I asked specific questions about the car and got sent photos, but I saw some problems with the seats and interior. They said it was just dust and they were cleaning it. On 04/13, I flew to Orlando with my 67-year-old mom (I'm pregnant with twins) to get the car. But it was wrecked! The hood was crooked and there were electrical problems. The top of the car was dented in! I took the car to a body shop with the salesman and they said the whole car was repainted because it had been wrecked. The wheels were corroded and the seats were messed up. I want my flight and hotel expenses reimbursed for me and my mom. The "managers" lied to me and tricked me.
I got a 2019 Chevy colorado from a different dealer in 2019
I got a 2019 Chevy colorado from a different dealer in 2019. It had 9,000 miles when I got it. The dealer sold me the truck with factory motor and drivetrain warranty up to 60,000 miles. My truck is at Starling Chevrolet's shop for 3 months now because it broke down and I had it towed to the dealership. They say the truck needs a new differential and rear axels because I broke it by pulling something heavy or going off-roading which I don't do. The truck now (2 years later) has 58,000 miles meaning that I put about 50,000 miles on a truck within two years all I do is drive on the highway. They wanted me to pay full price of the repairs at first and now they want me to pay 50% after I was promised that it would be covered under warranty by a GM representative named Rebeca. I feel like they just want to collect money no matter what.

I got a new car from Starling Chevrolet in December
I got a new car from Starling Chevrolet in December . A guy named Walter Extension 5 offered me some warranties from ***. I signed them because they seemed like a good deal. After a few days, I read the contract and it said I could cancel the warranties within 30 days. I went back and signed some papers to cancel them and they took the money off my car financing. It's been 3 months and I've called and visited Walter from financing a bunch of times. He doesn't seem to want to help me. I think he threw away the cancellation forms so he could keep the commission. I've heard this has happened before with him. I feel really embarrassed that a financing guy and a big company like Chevrolet care more about money than keeping their customers happy. I threw away the contract from *** after I signed the cancellation forms. I didn't think I'd need it.
Sunroof still leaks worse than before service
Sunroof still leaks worse than before service. Seat still broken and now seat warmer doesn't work due to leak. Bought car, rained, called dealership about small leak and seat tilt. Sean in service said no problem, waited 7 hours, everything fixed except seat. Noticed loud rattle, local shop fixed for $125. Week later, leak worse, called dealer, offered loaner car, but had appointments. Dealer said pay for repairs because bought car as is. Sean said he doesn't know what to tell me.
