personal loan not processing for more than 45 days
On date 23th dec 2017, I applied for personal loan in the sbi bank branch-high court complex, whose ifsc code is sbin0016013.. I applied it for an urgent problem but, till now it is still pending even if I has already taken 45 days..
I am a sbi customer since 2009 but, I do not expect you to take that much time for the personal loan.. I have some confusion regarding that matter, how much time is needed for providing personal loan? Here I am santhoshkumar, i have made transaction from A/C No.[protected] to AIIMS institute delhi on 17sep, 1000Rs amount 1 st transaction was failure so 2nd done completed transaction, then I call to AIIMS they said only 1 transition will be taken other will should be in bank, up to now month gone still no refund.

ATM transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was debited.
I tried withdrawing 5000 twice. In the first ATM it was unsuccessful so i proceeded to another ATM. At first only 5000 were debited but after a few days when i paid for fuel an extra 5000 was less than i expected.
I lodged a complaint and this is what I got.

I submitted an application for new address update to the SBI Manyata Bangalore Branch. For 6 month they have not taken any action. When I revisited the branch again they said that application is lost. I have to resubmit. I again resubmitted an address change application.
It's more than 2 months no action is taken. I received a message that my debit card is expired and they have couriered a new debit card. That debit card never reached me as it was sent to the old address. Now I am stuck as I cannot do any transaction.
Thankfully I had my internet banking activated so I transferred all funds and liquated fixed deposit and changed my salary account to Citibank.
Sale sab gadhe ke bacche hai SBI me, it is a third class company suitable for slow moving people. Employee are not trained and do not now customer etiquitte. No one take ownership and treat customer as we are their servent.Shame on SBI management and leadership team . Incompetent management still following the old school methods.
Stay away form SBI if you want agility and speed in Banking.

I have taken personal loan of 500000 in SBI.
Last month l opened and saw the amount of 377263 rupee that l should pay to clear my loan amount. Now It is showing 388207 rupee to clear my loan amount.
How is it?

nri service - unprofessional and incompetent
I am having my experience working with Mr. Dinesh Kumar who is account manager at SBI at Ghandhi Maidan, Patna, Bihar. The person cannot finish a complete line on cell phone without speaking to somebody else (if he even picks up his phone), does not have fax, and does not know how to respond to itemized questions in an email. His communication skill is that of a 2nd grader, and has a job with this title. I made a mistake following somebody's advise depositing money in SBI, PLEASE DO NOT EVER PUT ANY MONEY, NOT EVENT IF THEY GIVE 50% INTEREST.
I have FD and I am trying to get access and remitted the funds, but the guy can't make up his mind on what all documents he needs. He keeps changing in list and can't explain what he is asking. When I asked him to explain, see said to look it up on the SBI site. I don't know what he is collecting his salary for, certainly not for providing service to his customers.
And, complaining to SBI is useless, they just keep forwarding to other people to take care of it, until it the last person in chain will tell the same guy to "do the needful". Pathetic!
cash not disbursed but amount debited
I have gone to pnb ATM Banpur branch Odisha, on dated 08/07/2017 for withdrawal of rs.9300 but no amount disbursed and account debited by 9300 .So please take necessary steps for credit my amount at your end.Thanking you.A complain in this regard has been logged through pnb online complain .But a massage received through sms that, the complain no [protected] was resolved.but no amount was credited till date.

I have received call from [protected], and [protected] saying me "This is call from SBI debitcard department for verification. And asked 16 digit card numbers, expiry date. Later asked me to share CVV number(using verbal or key strike), which I have denied. he tried to generate pressure mentioning this is last date for verification. I told never mind. I shall verify from bank first then only .
I have verified from customer care and found it was fraud call. I have blocked my card too.
This time, I was fortunate to doubt it as fraud call. But, may not be every time. Every person may not identify. I think there should be serious actions to be taken against it to maintain customer trust in the bank.
