non payment of pension arrears & revised pension
PPO no [protected] belongs to Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa ravi was revised vide diary no PR113025318 dated 21.05.2013. The musheerabad branch enquiry number 040-[protected] is not responding. I tried continuously for about 10 days for knowing the position of my above PPO arrears. The phone is being always engaged or they are not lifting in between 15.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs as allocated for enquiry. I humbly request you sir the suitable enquiry may please be made and early settlement of my revised pension case along with arrears to be deposit in my sbi a/c no [protected] at bazarghat branch hyderabad BSR code 0005893.

I was issued SBI Credit Card bearing No.[protected] during the year June 2005, immediately after 2 months in the statement dated 9th aug 2005, I found a debit amount of Rs.3518 against SBI Life Super Suraksha (prem and admin fee) which was not done with my authentication at all. In addition to this debit there were number of debits as follows. an amount of Rs 275.50 as over limit fee, an debit of Rs.58.15 as flexi pay processing fee, another debit of Rs.175 as flexi pay amount. In the same statement there was a wrong debit for an amount of Rs.3518 against date 23.7.2005 and immediately it was given a credit. ( this shows that there was no proper or authenticated entries made in the particular section of your department).
LETTERS TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT
I wrote letters to the concerned authorities, i wrote a letter DATED 2nd august 2005 to, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, SBI LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD AND SENT IT THROUGH COURIER explaining the situation clearly, asking for an explanation for the un authenticated debit using their name. There was no response. Then I wrote a letter dated 13th september 2005 to THE MANAGER, SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION and sent it through courier, again there was no response or there was no reversal of wrong debits .
I again started talking to the SBI call centre representatives, each time a new representative picked the phone I had to explain the whole situation to each one. Some representatives promised me that they would reverse all the wrong debits, but I was dissappointed to find that nothing was done when I received the next bill (bill dated 9th september 2005). Some representatives game me many other telephone numbers and asked me to talk to them in this regard.
I spoke to concerned people in all these numbers which were given by your representatives in the call centre [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (mr.anand reference number MOPS 310805). This was the only job i was doing the whole of the month of august and september 2005.
In the bill dated 9th october 2005 I again found a wrong debit of Rs.175 and Rs.3518, and then a credit of the same amounts Rs.175 and Rs.3518. This again shows that there were lot of discrepencies in the particular section of your division.
But this was not the end.I started getting calls from the recovery department, i explained them the whole situation but it was of no use. Their main intention was only to collect more money but no body came forth to solve the problem. Now i stopped using the card, broke the card and sent it to the SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION I calculated the amount used by me and made a payment of Rs.3500/- to the recovery agent MR.UDHAY on 20th October 2010 But againt i started getting calls from them, now they started abusing me, threatening me and harrasing me. They again sent their representative to my place, promised me that if I pay an amount ༯span>of Rs.400/- they will reverse all the wrong debits and close my account. i paid an amount of Rs.400/-to Mr.M.K.SHAH on 5th April 2006, who has also given me a receipt. After this payment we never received any calls or any statements
But, now suddenly from March 2013, that is after nearly 8 years, the recovery department have started calling me again and now they say that there is an amount of Rs.55, 000/- is still pending in my account. They want me to meet them in person to make negotations in this regard and make payment so that they will help to remove my name which is reflected in the CIBIL. I have explained them clearly all the details of the past. I also told them that we are not in any way responsible for all this happenings. we are not ready to spend our hard earned money to make any payment which was not used by us.But they are not ready to clear this problem, but instead they are calling me every day and talking to me very rudely. They have started harassing me again over phone

As I am about get home loan from SBI Bank after issue all documents they checked my CBIL report .
I was shocked by seeing the CBIL status . The report says in SBI credit card their is out standing amount of Rs 2807.20 and status Written off for which I did not even received credit card . Because of this issue my CIBL rating gone worst and thay are not issue loan . When I spoke to SBI card customer care they checked Card delivery status as not delivered . SBI bank charge amount for cards that are not even issue . SBi people check the delivery status before putting in CBIL or don't even check from the person that did you received SBI credit card that is default .why should I pay this amount Rs 2807 with out geting the credit card . This is just ridiculous. Because of your fault I could not get home loan . This is just robbery . I have posted this message to [protected]@ge.com, [protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com but No respons from any one . please help in escalating this to right way to correct one so that I can be out of this problem .

improper functioning of atms
25% of atms do not recognise my debit card no.[protected] of my s. b. a/c [protected] and therefore, many a time I have to leave the sbi atm and use the other one other than sbi. will sbi be able to maintain the card reader of their atms properly. for information, my above debit card smoothly works at remaining 75% of sbi atms and also at the atms other than the sbi one. for this type of sbi atms, many a time I have to run from pillar to post for withdrawing cash.

I sincerely request u sir to move the case with the SBI & DENA Bank to creddit my amunt which is dumped without interest with concerned bank. SBI hired some Agent to make fraud documents
In 2008 December an agent of SBI came to me to ask about if I need a car loan quickly. I said yes I am planning to buy a card pretty soon. He told me to give my pan card, my house valuation and a cheque for loan processing fees. I gave him everything, what he wanted, but everything was original. on 30th December 2008, he called me to sign the documents in SBI bank Ellisbridge branch, ahmedabad, gujarat India. I went in Manager's Cabin, and I signed all the documents in front of Bank Manager. after I came home on the same day, he called me and asked me to give him 35000 Rs. I asked him why, so he told me, I paid bank manager to pass your loan very early. so you will get your loan cheque on 4th January 2009. I said, No I can't give you money because u didn't tell me anything before i started application. Agent's name was Jitu, its been 4 years so I didn't remember his full name, nor his number. I even don't know bank Manager's name. So when he asked me 35000 rs. I told him that I don't need any bank loan, please cancel it. then He was swearing at me, and even try to call me from different numbers, and warned me to give him money. I gave all the numbers and his name in Ellisbridge Police Station, so he stopped calling me. after that i kicked out from my parents house because of some personal issues. I didn't even get any car loan cheque nor any money, or I never visited the bank to get the cheque. Now after 4 years, some people harassing my family members that they are from CBI. and I submitted fraud documents to SBI bank loan so they want to arrest me. I just wanted to ask that CBI, Police Department, SBI bank Managers, they are not making any efforts to catch them who already disbursed their millions of rupees. Just because they are unable to catch them, they are targeting. Lol they are really poor, they filed a case against me and telling the court that I didn't disbursed loan. so why they are catching me. I didn't even took a single rupees from bank. go catch those people who already took your hundreds of thousands rupees.

Cheque refused, new cheque book not issued.
I sent various requests to the bank for issue of cheque book but they never sent . I had old cheque book which was issued by the bank. I issued a cheque for Rs. 15000/- in favour of my friend in India but they refused to encash it on the ground that the cheque book is obsolete. I asked them to register my mobile phone number which they never did. I asked for change of address but they ignored my request. It has worst service for NRI. The complaints are never attended by them.
sbi atm - error in atm but money deducted from account
I tried to withdraw Rs 4000 on 10 Jan 2013 from SBI ATM in South Ext Part 2, however the money dint come out of ATM and Rs 4000 has been deducted from my account. I spoke with the bank branch manager at South Ext Part 2, he said that the server went down that's the reason you were not able to get money from ATM machine but you will get it back in next 48 hours. I launched the complaint in SBI contact center on the same day 10 Jan 2013 by calling [protected] and they provided me a Complaint # AT115637372769. I received a message yesterday that this complaint has been closed. I called the contact center again today which is 16 Jan 2013 and they informed me that the complaint has been closed because I provided wrong information. However, i gave all the correct details, as mentioned below:

My brother tried to withdraw cash Rs. 10, 000 from ATM State Bank of India(Modinagar) as on 21/07/2012 at 2:45pm but I did not received any cash & my a/c was debited by the amount given by me i.e Rs.10, 000/-. I have submitted complant in my bank Syndicate bank of Bhojpur, Ghaziabad as on 26/07/2012 but the application reject by State bank of India as on 27/07/2012 after few days I call general manager of Ghaziabad but no received my cash and I did not found any panilty. This is to inform you that i had purchased medicine from apollo pharmacy belghoria, kolkata - 56 on 21 / 11 / 2012 of rs 505 / - using sbi debit card ending 8388. On checking sbi online a / c i saw that my savings a / c has been debited twice with the same amount of rs 505 / - vide mid no [protected], tid [protected], auth code 340551, pref num [protected], batch 202 & inv 202. Pos 030422 [protected] kolkat was shown as transaction id in my online a / c. The transaction was done using axis bank terminal. I rang back the apollo at belghoria at [protected] next day but they told me that the amount will be credited to my a / c within 5 - 6 working days back to my savings a / c. Till date the amount of rs 505 / - has not been credited to my a / c. Now they are telling me to contact axis bank. I then contacted axis bank but they told me to contact sbi. I contacted sbi customercare via my online savings a / c. They provided me 2 email ids & following numbers

I lost my atm-cum debit card. I reapplied for the new one and i got it too.
I received the atm pin from my branch. Iam getting sms alerts wen i use my new card, but I cannot use my card for online transactions. when I go to the 3d secure service page for the setting my authentication password, and enter my card number it says "mobile number is not registered with your card.Kindly contact your branch".

I had applied for the Credit Card in the month May 2012 wide application no. [protected] but I have received a message many times sent by you that "Dear customer your application for credit card has been declined as it did not met our credit criteria" in the month May 2012, and I have not received yet the Credit Card.
Therefor I had to receive this service form the another Bank because there was no option left to me from your side. But now you sent me a message that "Dear customer your statement dated 15-Aug-2012 has dispatched. Total Amount due of Rs 560.68 or Min Amt of Rs 261.68 is payable by 04-Sep-12", due to which am a bit confused that If U was unable to issue the Credit Card to me then for what reason you have sent this message to me.
And it is to inform you that I have already taken the Credit Card form the another Bank, hence there is no need of your Credit Card to me right now.
So you are requested that kindly cancel this card right now.

cyber crime withdraw 120000 by another atm or by a another person
Last month 30/05/12, 31/05/12 and this month 1/06/12 was withdraw 120000 in my state bank of india A/c by another ATM but original ATM was in my pocket at that time. My A/C.
