Steepologie I bought tea from Steepologie online on 8/24

I bought tea from Steepologie online on 8/24. It didn't come for a couple of weeks, so I reached out to them. They said they sent an email telling people that orders were delayed because they opened a new warehouse, but I never got that email. I finally got most of my order in the middle of September, but it's now 10/8 and three items are still preparing for shipment. That's $45 worth of tea. I've tried to contact them a few times over the past two weeks, but I haven't heard back. I even called their phone number, but no one answered. I just want my tea or my money back. I won't be buying from them again.

Bad custmr servce and overall experince! Don't buy from this compny. I did a very expnsive online purchse and never got a confirmatn. After 3 weeks, I contacted the vendor and they said they couldn't find my order. They charged my credit card and it took days of emails for them to find my order. I asked to cancel but they won't, even though it hasn't shipped and won't ship this month. They don't have a phone number so it's hard to get answers and it takes days to hear back from the email customer service. It's not right that they make you keep an order that hasn't shipped. After I wrote a review, I shared it with the Steepologie customer service. The response I got was so rude that I won't talk to them anymore. The agent called me a liar and said I have to deal with it. It's a waste of $250 but I learned not to do business with them. They said they can treat me badly because they'll just remove my review. Don't order from this company, it's not worth it.

Steepologie I ordered from Steepologie, LLC more than 3 months ago, but my order still hasn't been filled

I ordered from Steepologie, LLC more than 3 months ago, but my order still hasn't been filled. It's been a real hassle trying to get in touch with them. They only have email, but they never respond. They even cheated me out of a $40 off coupon that I earned. I placed an order on 12/29, but it hasn't been processed or fulfilled yet. I can't even contact them because they don't answer emails.

Steepologie Got a broken mug from Steepologie, LLC

Got a broken mug from Steepologie, LLC. Emailed them on 1/6/22 for a new one, but they didn't reply until 2/8/22. We went back and forth with emails, and I had to pay for shipping to send back the broken mug. They said they'd send a replacement, but I never got it. I emailed them again on 6/30/22 for an update, but they haven't replied yet.

Steepologie I ordered some tea blends from Steepologie on December 7th for my sister and daughter-in-law

I ordered some tea blends from Steepologie on December 7th for my sister and daughter-in-law. Each order had two different blends. My daughter-in-law got one blend on December 16th, but my sister only got one blend on December 19th. They still haven't received the second blend. I emailed Steepologie twice about this, but they haven't responded. They need to either deliver the tea or give me a refund.

I bought some tea from Steepologie, but it got sent back 'cause the post office said it was undeliverable. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but the phone says to email. I've emailed them like five times, but they keep sending me ads instead of responding to my problem. I asked them to call me, but they keep saying I'm not responding to their emails. I checked my spam and junk mail, but there's nothing there except more ads. I just want my money back for the tea they got back, but they're not responding to me.

I bought some stuff from Steepologie online on Monday 12/12/2022. They said they'd let me know when it shipped, but by Friday 12/16, I still hadn't heard anything. So, I emailed them to ask if it was gonna ship soon and if it'd get here by Christmas. They emailed me back later that night saying it hadn't shipped yet and wouldn't get here by Christmas. So, I asked for my money back. It's been a whole week now, and I still haven't gotten my refund or even a response saying they got my request. Their customer service is a real pain to get a hold of. There's no phone number to call, and they don't answer emails. I just want my money back, man. My order number is ***.

I ordered some tea from Steepologie on 8/24 for $184.05. The website said it would ship in 1 business day. I contacted them on 9/3 to ask about my order, but didn't hear back until 9/7. They said they had a delay due to a new warehouse and would ship soon. I never got an email about this. On 9/11, I got a partial order missing 3 teas worth $45. I emailed them on 9/23 about the missing teas, but got no response. I submitted a note on their website on 9/27, but still no response. I tried calling on 9/30, but no one answered. I emailed again on 10/1, but still no response. On 10/16, I finally got 2 of the missing teas, but no word on the last one worth $12.95. It's been 7.5 weeks since I ordered and the website still says it's in stock. I want my tea or a refund, please.

I bought 3 teas from Steepologie on December 3 (#***). The website said they were all in stock. On December 11, they sent me an email saying they were behind on orders. I got 2 of the teas before Christmas, but they never said anything about the 3rd tea. They kept sending me emails about free shipping for Christmas, and the website still said the tea was in stock. I asked them about it on December 21, but they never replied. They charged me for all 3 teas on December 3. I want them to tell me if they have the tea or not. If they don't, they should refund me. If they do, they should tell me when it will arrive. It's after Christmas now, so it's disappointing. The other 2 teas are more expensive now too. Steepologie needs to communicate better.

Steepologie I bought tea worth $200 from this company and got a coupon code

I bought tea worth $200 from this company and got a coupon code. Their website said to contact customer service if you already placed an order, so I did. But I didn't get any response, and two weeks later, I received the bundles I ordered. The problem was that half of both bundles had three teas missing from what I ordered (6 altogether) and were replaced with different teas. Some of them I couldn't drink because of an allergy to an ingredient, and others I just didn't want. I reached out to customer service on Sep 11, letting them know what teas I got and what I was supposed to get. They told me that the bundles were supposed to be taken off the website and that I could return them and be provided a label and that the other issue with the coupon code. After that, I sent a screenshot three weeks after my order showing the tea bundles were still up for sale, and I would happily send back the teas I didn't want. They could just send the ones that needed to be in the bundle. (which are still being sold on the site as separate teas) A week goes by, and I ask if this is being handled and was told that I could send everything back if I wanted to. I then asked again if I could send the one set back and that I should not have to be dealing with this anymore. The customer service manager called me belligerent, and I told them I would go through corporate for a complaint. Then, apparently a partner or co-owner told me that I was threatening by going to the ComplaintsBoard.com and that they didn't need me as a customer. I still didn't get a return label after asking, so again today, I asked for one, or I would go to my bank for a chargeback. I was again told I was threatening, and they would give me a label, but it would be taken out of my refund. Don't buy from this company. Horrible experience.
