Poor Quality of Delivery of Food by UBER AND MR DELIVERY
This is the second time now that we have placed a Mr Delivery / Uber Eats Order from Steers The Square Boksburg.
On both occasions the Driver has delivered the food cold. He does not call to indicate that he is lost. We have clearly stated the address.
He simply hands cold food and says "Enjoy your Food". Cold T Away is not a pleasant occurrence.
Desired outcome: We would like our money refunded for both occassions. Steers has not even attempted to resolve the First Order issue.0794614548Lynda
Steers poor service
I have tried to purchase at Steers Chris Hani mall(12/05/2023 13:48 pm)using Tuyu incentive app, and I experienced a problem whereby I paid using my code from tuyu(which the code can be used once). Somehow steers' system gemmed and restarted their system but my transaction went through for R49.90 but on their system they have not received my transaction.
What solution can be advised in order to refund the R50 I had on my wallet?
Also its now 14/05/2023 steers have not called me back and they promised to get back to me on the day of the incident.
Desired outcome: I would like a response from them or reverse my money or an apology from them. I would actually want my R50 to be reversed because I didn't get anything and yet my R50 transaction went through.
Steers chips and bad service
I Have been buying at Steers at the engen Gerage in Rivonia road There service is very bad I've have been buying from Steers and has never had a complaint ,However the one in Rivonia road their chips are always half row and today i waited for over a hour for my order only to get to the front and be told there was a mix up with my order,Please can something be done more,with the raw chips
Wacky Wednesday burgers
I am not happy with the service I got last night from the sebele branch. I placed an order around 8pm to my work place General packing Botswana and at past 9 there was still nothing. I called them as my lunch hour was approaching its end , to my surprise they pretended like I didn’t call they never got an order from me. They called me back to take my order I told them there is no need of placing the oder again cause my break was finishing at 2145. But still placed the order. The unfortunate thing is they did bring the order finally but it was not fresh. The lettuce and pickles were not fresh. There was no cheese and I didn’t enjoy it.
Please keep your customer service in check. When there is an overflow of orders inform us. And make sure when the order is prepared it’s the best burger with fresh ingredients.
Desired outcome: I would like the team to be retrained. And the quality control team to make sure the food serviced is quality food.
Wacky Wednesday in Nairobi
Please note I visited south c branch in Nairobi for the the wacky Wednesday deal at steers Kenya. To my suprise it applies to people who eat beef. Question is why is there is no buy one get one free for vegetarians?
I am a loyal customer for years yet deals are put up for a population who consume beef products. I feel vegetarians also should have access to offers and deals.
Desired outcome: Deals should be same on all types of burgers. I need steers to review there offer and make it applicable to vegetarians burgers

I have a ABSA voucher for R50.00 and have been 2 times to Steers at Masorini in Phalaborwa to get a meal using the voucher.
The first time your system did not except the voucher.
Today I went again to get a meal. This time I have been told that due to loadshedding the card machine is not working(1 hour after the power is restored) and the person who can fix the problem is only available at 16h00!
Thus I have to wait for 2 hours to get a meal! This is bad customer service at its best after doing 2 trips of 8km each to be turned away!
Poor services for the second time by the Steers staff member of Columbine Square...
I entered Steers Columbine Square South JHB to collect the order as I entered the shop 22nd February 2023 time 1950hrs.. The shop was fully packed I waited outside the restaurant to give space to those who came first... Thus where I met hail of insults from Steers staff member by the name Jabulile... I tried to reason with her I know where to stand I'm just waiting for those who came first to leave then will enter she continued unprinted words and this is the second time doing this to me... I have never seen such rude and abusive staff at Steers like her... I'm not happy about her service he rendered to me today it's discusting... No customer experience at all.. I wonder why she is in front of the house with such attitude
Desired outcome: She must returned to train procedures of customer experience... Or moved to the back of the house
Customer service Steelpoort Steers Limpopo
On 25/01/2023 around 19:00 pm an order was to be made at Steelpoort Steers R555 road Limpopo Province. Firstly, a short cue was in the restaurant and as the order is about to be placed, another customer walks straight to the cashier and order food and the cashier failed to ask the customer to get inline as the rest of the costumers do and then, to place an order. Secondly as it was Wednesday and Steers have a special Wakey-Wednesday promotion, The order we placed was for 4x Wackey- Wednesday burgers. It came to my intention that after the complained was raised to the cashier about the earlier incident, it took the staff a full hour to get the order done. Every customer that came after us, was surfed with their orders before us and only when they closed the restaurant doors at 20:00 pm, did a staff member bring our order to us. This is unexpectable on all levels.

Didnt receive all of my order that i paid for
I placed a order at Steers Margate online and paid for it, but didnt receive a meal. Its like R106 worth of food that wasnt delivered. I placed the order on 22nd of December at 20:13 at steers Margate KZN. I need a refund for the food that was not delivered. I paid online with my card. How do we resolve this. This has happened before as well. I am really disapointed in the non service. The Big Bacon king steer meal WAS NOT delivered. I HAVE taken photos of what was delivered.

I'm complaining about the quality of grilled chicken, I ordered from steers pinetown
I ordered flamed grilled chicken from steers Pinecrest on 11/12/2022 @ 15:41, it not the first time ordering this, but this time itv was the worst, chicken was not grilled at all, it looked as if it was dumped in boiling water and coated with sauce, even the taste is very bad, tasted like it was out of fridge for more than a day before it was dumped in boiling water.

Bought a wacky Wednesday x3 at your Wetton, branch in Cape town, Western Cape order no 103, on the 16th of November 2022
I was so disgusted with the quality of the beef patty,
It was tasteless, more like a cardboard, not the usual taste of a STEER patty
I think they run out of patties and bought the cheap ones at PnP or something
It not the first time I got poor quality food from your Wetton branch
Last time it was the chips, and when I mentioned to the lady, she asked the serving guy to swap my chips for fresh chips,
I am disgusted that they can serve such poor-quality tasteless burgers under the STEERS brand, which I always had a high regard for delivery good quality burgers
I don’t buy food to complain about it afterwards, but in this case, I feel that it is not fair to sell me a cardboard tasting beef patty, dressed up as a steer's beef burger 😑😫😮😒😕☹🙁

Sharing box
On the 25th November I ordered a sharing box from steers Maponya Mall Soweto at 9am my order only arrived after 11am and upon arrival there was no patty on one of my burgers there was no sauce no lettuce the chips was dry and old it was horrible I then proceeded to call them and the manager advised he would supply me with a new sharing box by the end of the day and I'm still waiting it's the next day and one cannot get a hold of the store what is steers a franchise or a small take away shop what a pathetic service to receive I'm so annoyed...
Taking money and not giving order
On the 23rd November 2022, I went to Steers parklands at 17:00. I placed my order in the drive-through after waiting for about 20 minutes. The amount went off my account. I showed them the proof and they said it didn't go off on their side so they can't give me the order. They were rude, the manager continued to refuse to give me the order. She phoned the owner as she wouldn't give me any of his details and he said I must just pay again. This is absolutely shocking! It is theft! I will never ever again support this place. They have my money and I left with nothing. What a pathetic place.
Steers Vryburg bad service
I called steers vryburg today at 13:28pm and that was my third time calling to place an order and finally I managed to place an order of king steer Milkshake combo and I also added small chips so that my order can be enough to be delivered to Me. I have since been waiting for my order it has NOT been delivered, it's 18:00pm now No call No message No nothing on what happened to my order. I'm so disappointed at steers service shame
Steers Benmore Gardens
I placed an order with steers benmore gardens on the 25th of October 2022 at 14:55 and the order was not delivered, I called an hour later to check on the order and a lady by the name of Pretty confirmed that the order was out with the driver however I did not receive the order she then called me to ask about the order at 16:15 and I told Her I still haven't the order and I was knocking off soon she told me she would get back to me and did not I'm terribly disgusted by the service and would not recommend anyone to shop at Steers benmore Gardens.

I will to lay a complaint with regard to the manager at Steers Setsing in phuthaditjhaba.
I placed an online order at around 18:00 this evenning and requested to collect at 18:45.
Upon arrival i was assist by the lady called Molefe who is the manager of the store.
At 19:10 i asked about my order and i was told by her that they do not entertain online orders and that online orders are prepared when the customer has just paid in store.
I told her reason to place online order was to save time as i was rushing to see my wife in hospital ( visiting hours 19:00 to 20:00).
Her response was that at the end of the day i am going to leave store with my order so i should wait.
I feel like i wasnt treated properly and at 19:25 i requested to be refunded as i was losing time and the very same manager requested i be given my money back without her even checking if my order was out or near.

Steers Double rack ribs 600g
I bought x5 boxes of double rack rib and chips combos, 600g each from Steers in Table Bay Mall Western Cape. When i got home to the family it looked much less that where i purchase usualy. The family usualy buys the ribs so when looking at what was in the boxes we knew it is not correct. I asked my wife to get me her scale so that i can check, we, after placing a bowl on the scale calibrated it to zero. I then started weighing some of the ribs/combos and the weight varied from 10.35Oz to 13.70Oz, this is of course weigh below the 600g advertised and paid for. My question is, as a consumer, how do Steers expect consumers to trust them if they are not delivering what we pay for. You cannot take advantage of people like this it is not fair, the profits go up but at what cost.? Consumers should know to rather going forward ask to see what the exact weight of the product is prior to accepting the ribs as clearly we are being taken for a ride. My family loves your products but i will never buy from you again just because of one store. Please excuse the one fowl word in the video but i was really upset as you do not expect after a long stressfull day and the family is hungry that time of the evening to get ripped off by a reptable and well known franchise.
Desired outcome: Ensure the people get exactly what they pay for, coach the staff to know be honest and trustworthy as any business is just as strong as their support from the consumer/client.
Late Delivery of Online Puchrses.
We made an online Purchase today (08/08/2022) at 18:47pm from STEERS WELKOM and we only received our Order at 20:30pm which is almost two hours later. The Food was cold and not in good condition anymore.
This is not the firs time this is happening. on the 30 July 2022 we made the same Purchase and it also took more than two hours.
Please look at the attached Photos, its unfair to us as the customer to receive such a BAD service from STEERS.
Desired outcome: Please improve the Services as we no longer enjoy the Food we bought with our hard earned money.

I already put in a complaint on the 9 july and nothing. I bought some food at our new steers meiringpark klerksdorp on the 8 of july order 74 for R459. 60 for 3 of my family and we were so unhappy about the Patty's it was full of hard pieces in it we could not eat it i did put in a complaint on you email customer care on the 9 july 2022. There will as a lady caling me but she said that she was from potchefstroom and wil let the people call me and nothing this is not acceptable really it was a lot of money. Please let me know what is going on i want answers.
