Steers review: pap and gravy. bacon cheeseburgers. service

Bacon and cheese burgers: patties were dry and tasteless. Buns were stale
Ordered the full chicken with pap and gravy and 1L. I atually took a picture ... there was one spoon of " gravy" served with a lot of pap and a full chicken? Who should eat and who should watch?
Service: the lady who helped us was helpfull but she forgot to give our 1l of Cola so whe had to turn back for it. When we got home we saw that the full chicken was not cut as was requested.
I paid R361 for this meal. I could have spend it else where. Very disappointed. The chicken combo was a first try for us so we have no past experience at Steers to compare it to. Compared to Nandos unfortunately Steers will have to up their game. The burgers NO GUYS! Steers have been our favourite burgers for many years. Unfortunately you have not met our expecations lately. Will definately take my money for another option in future unless you can convince us to do otherwise. The sad thing is that this all happened on a Saterday afternoon around 16h00 when it was not even busy.
