To who ever is reading this. On Wednesday 10 April 2024 @18:45 i ordered 3 Wacky Wednesdays online so that i can just pick it up when i'm done at work @19:30
They processed my orders, even got a email claiming they are working on it.
when i got there at 19:45 they made me wait where all the other customers where waiting also getting angry when one of the staff members wanted to see my online slips which i provided just for her to tell me sorry we don't have beef or chicken patties. How do you run a Steers with no patties? How do you process orders if you know you do not have the patties for the orders. I had to leave there with 3 processed orders but no food.
Claimed loss: R179.99
Desired outcome: i would like a follow up on that steers so that it don't happen again. I would also like my wacky Wednesday burgers which i did not get.
