Steers review: product chicken wacky wednesday

I bought a chicken wacky wednesday and a beef one. The beef patty was not flame grilled enough and the garnish was 1 peace lettuce and 1 peace tomato. The chicken was the worse. The size of the peace of chicken on the bun was sooo small, it was 5cm by 6cm a square. Very dry and again very little garnish. The chicken was not flame grilled at all. Are they not surpose to place a one ful breast peace that are on these burgers. Where did the rest of the chicken peace go.
I just feel I did not get what I paid for, the rave and other small burgers taste better. Then your chips are so bitter because of old oil. Please use new oil for your chips. I hope this reach the owner and manager of that store, , as I will tell all people I know thank you
