Welcome to the Japanese Tobacco Company. I am Mahmoud, the company’s agent in Sudan. I want to file a complaint against the manager/Mohamed Ali Al-Yaseer and the distribution manager/Ahmed Ismail. Because I found nothing but neglect and injustice from them and their failure to respond to me and respond to all my conversations and communications. I do not know the reason for this. Not giving me goods. The company did not give me your product in Sudan in full, even though they promised me to solve the problem and get the product.
