Welcome to the Japanese Tobacco Company. I am Mahmoud, the company’s agent in Sudan. I want to file a complaint against the manager/Mohamed Ali Al-Yaseer and the distribution manager/Ahmed Ismail. Because I found nothing but neglect and injustice from them and their failure to respond to me and respond to all my conversations and communications. I do not know the reason for this.
