StrawberryNET.com Disappointing Service from Strawberrynet: Shipping Issues and Lost Parcels

with the service I received from Strawberrynet.

I have been a loyal customer of Strawberrynet for quite some time now. However, my recent experiences with them have been quite disappointing. The biggest issue I have faced is with the shipping of my items. They have started shipping my items from Hungary, which takes a long time to arrive.

To make matters worse, my last three purchases have gone quite wrong. One of them never arrived, and Strawberrynet considered it as lost and refunded me. The other two purchases were made about a month ago, and I have been trying to track them on every tracking website, but there is no record of them.

When I informed Strawberrynet about this issue, they told me that tracking takes at least 7 days, and I should wait. However, I am very disappointed with them because when I first informed them of the first parcel I didn't receive, they sent me an email telling me that the parcel was already in my country. I called the post office, giving them the tracking number, and there was never such a parcel.

I am very displeased with the service I received from Strawberrynet. They have been lying to me, and I have lost my trust in them. I hope they can improve their service and regain my trust in the future.

StrawberryNET.com Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation: My Disappointing Experience with Strawberrynet.com

I spent over 2 hours filling up my shopping cart on Strawberrynet.com. I was excited to purchase all the items I had selected, but then I was asked to provide proof that I was the credit card owner due to the large amount of my purchase. I provided the necessary information, but to my surprise, the next day, I received an email that my order was cancelled without any prior notice. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I immediately called their customer service to inquire about the delivery of my order, but they told me that they could not do anything about it. I was shocked that an online shopping website could be so unhelpful. I asked if there was any way to add the items back to my cart, but they said that I had to do it all over again by myself. I couldn't believe it! Why couldn't they just add the items back to my cart for me? It was such a hassle.

But the worst part was yet to come. I decided to complain about the situation via email, hoping that they would understand my frustration and offer some sort of solution. But instead, I received a reply that said, "We will not entertain any more orders from you in the future." I was so angry and disappointed. Is this the kind of customer service that they offer? It's unacceptable!

If you're planning to do online shopping, I strongly advise you NOT to shop from Strawberrynet.com. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

StrawberryNET.com Identity Verification Issues with Strawberrynet.com - Beware!

So, I had a bit of a problem with Strawberrynet.com. I placed a pretty big order for my first time shopping with them, about $150 worth of stuff. But then they put my order on hold! They said it was because it was such a big order for a first-timer, and they needed to make sure I was who I said I was. They asked for some extra documents, like utility bills from the past three months, to prove my name and address.

I was a little annoyed, but I figured it was probably just a security thing, so I sent them the first page of my credit card billing statement. I made sure to black out my account number and card number, though - I didn't want to give them any more information than they needed. But then they sent me an email saying that they still couldn't validate my info! They wanted me to send them my bank statement or a picture of my credit card. I was like, "Uh, no thanks."

I did some research and it turns out that other customers have had the same problem with Strawberrynet.com. Some people have even said that they think it's a scam and that their identity might be at risk. Yikes! I've never had a problem like this with any other online store before. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to getting my order. But now I don't think I'll ever shop with Strawberrynet.com again.

StrawberryNET.com Terrible Experience with Strawberrynet.com: Order Rejected and Refund Delayed

My experience with Strawberrynet.com was not a pleasant one. I placed an order with the order number Order No. ***595 and paid the full amount using my visa card. However, things quickly went downhill from there. The company asked me to provide my credit card statement to establish my credentials, which I promptly did. But then, they asked for a utility service bill to verify my residential address, which was already on my credit card statement. It was frustrating to have to go through the verification process all over again.

Despite my card being debited for the full amount, the company informed me that they couldn't process my order. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation. The worst part was that they told me my money would be refunded in 7 working days, but I am still waiting for it.

I have been shopping online for a long time and have never had such a terrible experience with any other online portal. I have purchased goods and services from all over the world, including travel, but this was the first time I had to go through such a horrifying experience. I would advise everyone to stay away from Strawberrynet.com as it is the worst site I have ever come across.

StrawberryNET.com StrawberryNET Review: Authentic Fragrances at Discounted Prices

I was really craving a tea-scented fragrance during one summer, and after a few unsuccessful attempts at finding one at Anthropologie, I stumbled upon a lesser-known brand called Jacomo. Unfortunately, the fragrance was only available at a store in NYC or online, and I didn't want to spend a fortune on shipping. So, I decided to wait until I had exhausted all other tea-scented options.

One day, I randomly searched for the fragrance on Google and came across strawberryNET. To my surprise, they had a huge discount of about 40% off the original price. I did some research and found that Fragrantica members listed strawberryNET as a trusted source, so I decided to take a chance and place an order. I figured that even if the fragrance wasn't what I was looking for, I would only be out about $35.

To sweeten the deal, strawberryNET offered a free gift that I could choose from a wide selection of options. I prefer having a limited number of choices, so I was happy to see that there were only three options to choose from. I ended up selecting a lipstick.

I received my package in about a week or so, and I was pleased to find that the fragrance was definitely authentic. However, the free gift was a bit of a disappointment. The lipstick was dried out and had no pigment, which made me think that it was probably expired or old. But, to be fair, I don't usually expect much from free gifts.

Overall, I had a great experience with strawberryNET. The price was right, the delivery was prompt, and I didn't need to contact customer service for any issues. I would definitely recommend strawberryNET for anyone looking to purchase fragrances.

StrawberryNET.com Reliable and Legit: My Experience with StrawberryNET

So, I gotta tell ya, I've been using StrawberryNET for a while now and I gotta say, it's pretty legit. I mean, I had a little trouble with my first order of Dermmatch (ya know, that hair stuff), but they didn't charge my card or nothin', so it was all good. But then, I tried again and it went pretty smooth. They even emailed me askin' for a copy of my utility bill to prove my address, which was kinda weird, but I guess it's for security or somethin'.

Anyway, the parcel came all the way from Sweden to Manila and then to the Customs Bureau for some fee assessment. But after a few days, it was sent to my local Post Office. I was waitin' for a claim notice, but it never came. So, I just printed out the email from PhilPost with the tracking number and went to the Post Office myself. It only cost me P100, which ain't too bad.

Overall, I gotta say, StrawberryNET is pretty reliable. I mean, maybe I just got lucky, but I'm gonna keep usin' it.

StrawberryNET.com Strawberrynet.com Review: Sweet Prices and Selection, but Shipping Takes a While

Yo, I gotta say, Strawberrynet.com ain't half bad. I don't get why so many people be hatin' on 'em. My experience was pretty dope, I ordered two things and one of 'em was late, but their customer service helped me out and turns out it was just chillin' at the post office. My bad for not checkin' there first, haha.

But there are a few things that ain't perfect, ya feel me? First off, they don't ship perfumes to my country for some reason, even though they ship to other places just fine. Like, what's up with that? And secondly, the delivery takes a hot minute. Don't expect to get your stuff in less than 2-3 weeks, but I guess it depends on where you at. Check their site for more deets.

Oh, and one more thing, free delivery only happens if you spend a certain amount. So if you just wanna grab somethin' small and cheap, it might not be worth it with the shipping charge and all.

But overall, their prices are pretty sweet and they always got discounts goin' on. Plus, they got a huge selection of stuff, so you can always find somethin' you like. I already got 'em bookmarked for my next haul.

StrawberryNET.com Disappointing Experience with Strawberrynet.com: Late Delivery, Missing Item, and Ignored Requests

I bought some stuff from Strawberrynet.com and I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle. I live in Bulgaria and the standard shipping was supposed to take 14 working days, which was fine with me. But then the tracking on their website was all messed up and kept saying my package hadn't arrived in Bulgaria yet, even though it actually had. I mean, come on, get it together, StrawbettyNET!

Now, I gotta admit, the postal service in my country wasn't exactly on top of things either. They didn't even bother to let me know when my package arrived so I could go pick it up. But that was partly because StrawbettyNET didn't include my phone number on the package. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to include a phone number? I wasn't even notified when my package was sent back. I had to call some international number and waste my precious time just to find out what was going on.

So I asked for a reshipment, which was a whole other ordeal. I had to confirm it three times and each time I specifically requested that my phone number be included on the shipment. And guess what? When the package finally arrived, one of the two items I ordered was missing! What the heck, StrawbettyNET? It should've been right there in the original package. At least they gave me a refund for it.

The one remaining item did eventually arrive, but it took 16 working days after my reshipment request. And of course, my phone number was still not included, even though I specifically requested it three times. Overall, it took well over 2 months to receive my shipment, with one item missing and my specific requests being ignored. I was really disappointed with the whole experience.

StrawberryNET.com Strawberrynet Review: Beware of Scams and Suspicious Practices

I've been using Strawberrynet for a while now and never had any issues until recently. I've placed orders with them about 5 times and considered myself a regular customer. However, my latest order was much larger than my previous ones and that's when the problems started.

I received an email from them requesting a copy of a letter from within the past 3 months for proof of my identity. They said if I didn't want to send it, I could cancel the order. I told them that I wouldn't be sending it as I'm a regular customer and asked them to cancel the order. But they ignored my request and responded that they would ship the order anyway.

I never received an email notification that the order had been shipped, but when I checked their site, it said that it had been shipped. This seemed suspicious to me, and after reading other comments, it seems like this is a scam they pull. They let you order a few times, and then suddenly they need proof of identification. Once they've received the proof of identification letter, you're done. You've already paid, and they are pulling the scam on you. They will beat around the bush and tell you that it's your fault that you ordered without a tracking number and that the product is lost.

It's really disappointing because I thought I had finally found my go-to cosmetics site, but they accept a large order and then simply don't ship it. I guess this is how they make money. I'm also not sure whether their products are even genuine. Some appeared old, which makes me question their authenticity.

Overall, I would advise staying far away from Strawberrynet. It's not worth the risk of getting scammed, and there are plenty of other reputable sites to order from.

StrawberryNET.com Delayed Delivery Due to Pandemic: My Experience with Strawberrynet.com

I recently made a purchase on Strawberrynet.com as a Father's Day present, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my delivery and was informed that due to the current pandemic, many parcels are being held at sorting facilities and awaiting final descent to the destination country. I was assured that my parcel is being processed for final delivery and kindly asked to wait until July 31st for it to arrive. While I understand the delays are out of the company's control, I am disappointed that I have not received my order yet.

In a previous email, I was informed that USPS and the shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, are experiencing record-breaking volume due to the pandemic, causing delays in their standard delivery service. I was advised to bear with the delivery a little longer and was assured that my order will arrive once the delivery process is sorted.

I have also seen negative reviews about Strawberrynet.com, but I believe that the delays are out of their control and they are doing their best to get orders to customers as soon as possible. I appreciate their efforts and hope to receive my order soon.

Overall, I think Strawberrynet.com is a reliable website to purchase from, but customers should be aware of potential delays due to the pandemic. I plan to continue shopping with them in the future and hope that my next order arrives on time.

StrawberryNET.com I didn't received my parcel

Hallo

the company's employees lied that my parcel had arrived. Within one day I received three different and completely contradictory messages from them regarding my parcel.They told me to go around my the neighbors and ask about the parcel and when I looked at the link they sent me, it turned out that they had sent it to a completely different town in the UK. When I looked at the link they added to me as confirmation of receipt, it turned out that instead of sending it to Chester, they sent it to Northampton.

And they didn't want to verify it or give me my money back.

I don't recommend That company. The service is totally a joke.

I regret I choose that Company but never ever again.

Claimed loss: 75 pounds

Desired outcome: my parcel or money back

StrawberryNET.com Overdue Refund For Cancelled Order

I’ve been loyal customer for more twenty years and have regularly purchased from Strawberrynet. I placed an order and queried my missing loyalty discount. I was told that it no longer applies and that the structure has changed. I told the customer service representative that I would cancel my order if that was the case. They confirmed that the order was cancelled and would get refunded within 2-3 days. 10 days later I haven’t received my refund and was told that I will need to wait another 5-7 days excluding weekends and public holidays.

It is very frustrating to deal with this company and I will not recommend this company

StrawberryNET.com Strawberrynet.com Review: Prices Too Good to Be True, Delivery Takes Forever, and Refunds Are Impossible to Get

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I stumbled upon Strawberrynet.com. The prices seemed too good to be true, and as it turns out, they were. First off, the prices you see on the site don't include VAT, which means they're actually 20% more expensive than they appear. And if you do end up getting charged VAT to receive your parcel, good luck getting a refund - they say they'll do it, but they won't.

But that's not even the worst part. Delivery takes forever. I mean, weeks longer than they say it will. And get this - the stuff is coming from China. Now, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, but it would have been nice to know upfront. And if something goes missing in transit, it's up to you to prove that it didn't arrive. Even though they're the ones who sent it in the first place.

And don't even get me started on refunds. They're basically impossible to get. So, if you're thinking about giving Strawberrynet.com a try, I'd say don't bother. Stick with the big names like beautybay.com, cultbeauty.com, and feelunique.com. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

StrawberryNET.com Disappointed with Strawberrynet.com's recent service - Review of a loyal customer

I've been a regular customer of Strawberrynet.com for over a decade now, and I've always been satisfied with their products and services. However, my recent experience with them has left me feeling quite disappointed.

I placed an order on August 30th, 2018, and according to my order status, it was supposed to be shipped out within one day. However, it took them 15 days to start shipping my order, which was quite unusual compared to my previous experiences with them.

I recently made a purchase on Strawberrynet.com for a Decleor serum. I was excited to find that the price was $20 less than other websites I had checked out. However, I soon realized that I should have done more research before placing my order.

As soon as I hit the order button, my credit card company notified me of an international transaction being charged. It turns out that Strawberrynet.com is based in Hong Kong. I became a bit worried and decided to search for reviews of the website. Unfortunately, I found many people claiming that the products they received were not authentic.

I quickly cancelled my order within an hour of placing it, but to my dismay, I found that they had still billed my card. It has now been 7 business days since I cancelled my order in May 2015, and I am still trying to get them to credit my account.

In my most recent correspondence with them, they told me to wait an additional 2-3 days and if I still don't receive a credit, they will check with accounting. This seems like a long and drawn-out process to me. Companies that I typically buy from online do not bill me until the shipment is made, and Amazon credits cancelled orders within a day.

I had heard about Strawberrynet.com from a friend who had ordered from them before, but I wish I had never listened to them. My experience with this website was a complete disaster. I waited for over 55 working days for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a mess. The parcel was all squeezed and damaged, and some items were missing. I couldn't believe it.

To make matters worse, I had to contact the post office several times to confirm the value of the goods and pay an extra 65 USD for local delivery and customs. And even though I had been told by Strawberrynet.com that all costs were covered, I didn't receive a refund for any of it. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. They were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns at all.

I would strongly advise anyone not to order anything from Strawberrynet.com. It's not worth the hassle and the disappointment. I don't know what's going on with this website, but it seems like they're trying to close it down and run away. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews you might see online. My experience was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

So, I tried calling them multiple times on different phones, but to my dismay, no one answered.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the courier to track down my order. However, this was not supposed to be my responsibility as the customer, as the courier was supposed to contact StrawberryNet directly. After some back and forth, I finally received my item on the 3rd day of ordering for same day shipment. But, I had to go through the hassle of arranging to PICK UP my order at the courier's office on a Sunday.

I spent all of Saturday working out the details with the courier because no one at StrawberryNet answered my calls or emails (on working days). This was extremely disappointing and made me question the reliability of their customer service. It's been 6 days since this incident occurred, and I still haven't received any reply or feedback from StrawberryNet.

Overall, my experience with StrawberryNet was far from satisfactory. The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating and made me feel like my order wasn't a priority. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar incidents from happening to other customers.

StrawberryNET.com Unreliable and Dishonest: My Experience with Strawberrynet.com

So, I decided to give Strawberrynet.com a try after reading some good reviews online. However, my experience with them was not so great. I ran a search on another engine and found this page, which confirmed what I had just experienced. If I had known about this company's problems, I would never have placed an order with them.

I had to pay over ?30 for a cream because of my skin problem, and I found out that this company is not based in the UK. To make matters worse, I received a card from the postman requesting an additional ?15.27 for a custom charge. Can you believe it?

This company is dishonest and scrupulous. I would not recommend ordering from them. It's better to order from a company that is based in the same country as you. At least then, you can drive down and tell them exactly what you think of them and request a full refund.

Overall, my experience with Strawberrynet.com was not a good one. I hope this review helps others avoid the same problems I had.

StrawberryNET.com WARNING: Do NOT Use Strawberrynet.com - Fake Products and Poor Customer Service

I'm telling you, don't even think about using Strawberrynet.com. I made the mistake of buying some La Prairie skin care products from them, spending a whopping 230 bucks on the stress cream and 170 on the serum. But guess what? They were both fake! I mean, come on, I know what the real stuff smells like and these had a totally different fragrance. I even took them to a store that sells the product and they confirmed my suspicions - they were fakes.

I'm so mad right now. I've been shopping with Strawberrynet for years and I always thought I was getting the real deal. But now I'm starting to wonder if they've changed hands or if they're just straight up cheating their customers. I'm telling you, I PROMISE YOU, these products weren't real. And to make matters worse, my credit card wouldn't even process the transaction because it said Strawberrynet wasn't a reputable site. But I forced it through because I thought I knew better. Boy, was I wrong.

I've been trying to return these fake products for ages now, but all I get are messages back from Strawberrynet that make it seem like they don't understand me. It's like they're not even trying to help me out. So please, please, please, BEWARE of Strawberrynet.com. Don't risk it.

StrawberryNET.com Shiseido sunscreen

I bought a Shiseido suncream and it was thicker than usual. When i was about to put it to my face i realise it smell like glue. I did not wear once cos i was scared to ruin my ski
I believe its really wromg and unfair sell productos saying it is original when is not and i am discusted as it can creat lot of problem to our skin.
You buys should be shame of doing it as it is a crime

StrawberryNET.com Delivery: delay

I made an order on 26th of April, According to the site content: estimated delivery period 14 days. My poor parcel stucks in Singapore for 2 months already! I exchanged countless mails with cs team, which is totally useless! They refuse to make a refund, and in the same time they cannot specify delivery date! And I'm not alone, just check their Instagram there're tons of complaints. In my opinion if you cannot handle "pandemic situation" stop the service, but don't make customers pay for your constants.

StrawberryNET.com non delivery of product

I had placed an order ( order no. [protected]) for perfume on 7th July 2019 by paying the amount in advance. As per the delivery terms, it was supposed to be delivered within 21 working days. Almost 26 working days have passed, but still, the product is not delivered. I have emailed them several times for refunding back the amount, but I get a standard reply that they require 14 more days to deliver.

I request you to please refund my amount in 7 days.

Hi! Did you get an answer from them? I had the same issue, my products are delayed for more than 3 weeks and i even moved from the country and can't receive it in the address. They always send me this coy/paste answer saying they are unable to refund it till it is delivered back to their address. I dont know what do to anymore =/

StrawberryNET.com overpaid for items and never received

I was charged £35 for a roc cream and discounted Dior primer down to £17
Vouchers were meant to be taken off costing whole amount down to £25
They e mailed to say the Dior primer was out of stock and still charged me for it
After asking for this to be looked into I was cut off and told the query was closed
Terrible behaviour. Thought they were reputable company but clearly not.
I would like my money refunded please. Especially as they charged me for something they didn't even have in stock. Shocking way to treat people.

StrawberryNET.com dont use for orders to south africa

Because what they dont tell you is that they make use of the South African Post Office delivery (which is a dysfunctional and non operational organisation) and you will never get your package. They only share with you that they use this organisation ones your order is shipped. By then off course you are not allowed to cancel the order.

I ordered perfume for my Mother's birthday. The order was 15 August 2018. Up to today 7 November she has not received the order. Strawberry.net's response is keep waiting. Maybe one day it will be delivered. They dont want to return my money even after all this time. I am out of pocket and they just say 'contact the SA Post Office". No one at the dysfunctional SA Post Office replies to email s and I am in Singapore. So all I can do is warn anyone interested in baying from Strawberry.net for South African delivery to NOT DO IT. It will never be received and they dont care.

StrawberryNET.com warning about unsatisfactory business services, or possible fraudulent transactions

The company's website is malfunctioning: charges were made via PayPal but the website did not allow me to log in to review and verify the purchase, charged amount, and delivery address. I immediately contacted the customer service via email, however, the representative was unable to address site problems within the appropriate time, resulting in further complications with the delivery (the package sent to a wrong address). Three days later, the management did not provide me with a reasonable explanation for occurred problems and did not remedy the financial loss. The last email I received stated:
"Dear XXX,
Thank you for your email and we are sorry about your unhappy experience.
I've forwarded this issue to our relevant team for detailed checking. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
For the meantime, if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us again.

StrawberryNET.com customer service - inadequate. company to confirm order# [protected]

I have just sent all my details.
I am a customer of StrawberryNet.
Have provided a few minutes ago all this issues regarding my order which I paid with my Mastercard, ending ...7164, expiry date 01/21.
I am so frustrated with the lack of customer care, after using this company over several years.

As I have cancer, and just had chemo today, I am too tired to re-write all over again.
I did respond to them as per their Order Template Confirmation to the Manager, [protected]@strawberrynet.com.
I would appreciate this sorted asap.
