nars satin lip pencils
Ordered 2Nars Satin lip pencils in Timanfaya on 24/01/18, number [protected]. The shade is not correct and they have a very unpleasant feel and rancid taste on the lips which is unbearable, I cannot use this product and would like a full refund. I have recommended you and ordered from StrawberryNet before and have been happy with my purchases . I recently made a purchase for sunscreen for sensitive skin. I researched the prices in various sites, strawberry net coming out as best. I have used strawberrynet in the past and was satisfied with the experience.
However on this occasion I was charged a fee of 13.87 to have the sunscreen delivered. There was no mention of hidden costs when I purchased the sunscreen, and when comparing prices I would have factored this in and likely chosen a different company.

I'm absolutely disgusted with StrawberryNET!
I have ordered something from this scam website back in July. There was no sign of my order for a long time so one day I contacted StrawberryNET support and demanded some explanation. Their rep said that it will take some time because my product was not in stock. In July I cancelled my order and was promised a refund. Here we are, it is almost November and still no money. Recently I contacted these scammers and reminded about my existence. Their rep said that they refunded me a long time ago! I'm absolutely disgusted with StrawberryNET! Stay away from this scam site!
Scam!
Ordered some creams from StrawberryNET and never received anything. When I contacted them it was really hard to understand them because they barely spoke English. I tried to find out where my order was and when will it arrive but they never told me anything. I also tried to cancel my order and get a refund but it was absolutely impossible to do that! Keep away from this fraudulent scam site and save your hard earned money!
The seller told to pay in order to get order from post depot
I purchased three bottles of cream from the company www.strawberrynet.com. The total sum was about $50 and I waited 5 weeks, but the order hasn’t been delivered. Finally, the seller replied and told me that I needed to pay additional $20 in order to pick from the post depot. Awful, because no one warned me about such problems, delays and additional fees. This information might be very helpful for other people.

Placed my order On 20/06/2014 . The order has still not been delivered until today this is not reasonable time and not logically .I checked several times them .
They dent know where is the shipment exactly ! And they do not want to admit it!

Fake perfume
A couple of years ago, I bought a perfume, the 'Madame Rochas' by Rochas. The perfume I received smelled like nothing like the real Madame Rochas. It must had been FAKE. The price was lower than the retail price. But I thought that was because it was sold online. I complained twice, but never received an answer. So beware of this company!

My product did not deliver to me
I bought a cosmetic product from strawberrrynet.But they did not deliver to me. Their warning message(We are temporarily not accepting orders shipped to Turkey) on website inserted in a few days after my shopping. I want to take my money back. Authorized staff of strawberrynet say that when they take their product from post service, they will give my money back. I have not taken my money back for two months.

I went to order a product and pay through paypal but did not click submit the first time, the second time I did pay for the product, unbeknown to me I placed 2 orders and had paid for 1. I got an invoice asking for payment for the 1st order. I asked Strawberry net to cancel that order as I had place another. I waited over a week for the paid order to arrive...still waiting. I've waited 2 weeks and am still getting invoices for the cancelled? order. I have asked for a refund and filed a claim through paypal. Strawberry net dont' even reply to paypal mail! They have my money and are now telling me it takes time to refund money! Loosers

Faulty Product / Out of Date
This is by far the most dodgy online company that is getting away with selling out of date products for years. They sell skincare and make up at a discounted price - claiming they are genuine. Yes i believe these products are genuine. But the products are OUT OF DATE.
I had purchased a cleanser from this company and was so surprised when i went to use it. The product was discolored and smelt rather off.
I had written to the customer service department and reported what they had sent me.
They immediately apologised and said they would refund me as long as i express post it back to them. They also claimed to reimburse me for the shipping cost.
After weeks of not hearing from them, i checked my statement and noticed they had not refunded me.
So this is where the ongoing drama begins...
I write to them again, asking if they had received the product - along with consignment numbers etc. The would reply and say yes... and would say it needs to be sent to another department...
After another week of emails of back and forth of where this product was? and if it was in the correct department. I had to wait a few more days for the "right person" from their warehouse to check the actual product.
I finally get a response - saying that the product is in perfect condition?
I was in absolute disbelief. How can they say that the bottle of cleanser was in good healthy condition.
I have been using this cleanser - being the Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel for years. I actually had some left over (which i had purchased from a beautician) I compared both the products and both of them are stark differences. The one that came from them, was yellow and milky. The one i had left over was clear (completely clear!)
In the end they continue to say the product is fine (Which frightened me, as it just showed that these people have no idea what they are claiming) They have refused to refund me - instead they went ahead and shipped out the faulty product back to me (which i will never use)...
I have been incredibly civil and patient - expecting them to do the right thing.
But they couldn't care less.
I know i am not the only person out there who HATES STRAWBERRYNET.
I know now that i will never get my refund and have learnt to not deal with them ever again.
I hope this post will be a warning to others who wish to purchase from them.

Yeah, I went against my gut and placed an order from them, but I found a better deal on ebay so I canceled it less than an hour later... LESS THAN AN HOUR! They said the order was canceled and I should get a refund in two weeks, but something tells me that Ill be waiting a hella lot longer and be writing many more emails. I didn't know they were in Hong Kong until after I placed the order, and I was like uh oh. I'm never ordering from an Asian country. They sell fakes too and nearly outdated products. This company specifically. I would never want to buy fake Lancome...it wont work! Plus the duties on the stuff you order is exorbitant and you wont be saving money (Not even I am stupid enough to expect a refund on that. ) I have learned to judge a website by how it looks not by how many search engines recommend it.

RETURNS SCAM. Customers expected to pay for Registered Post returns on StrawberryNet mistakes!
Having ordered a particular face moisturiser clearly marked on their website as containing SPF25, StrawberryNet sent me a version of that moisturiser minus the SPF...not once but twice!
The first time they said "keep the product", the second time they wanted me to send them photographs of the jar (?), and instructing me to return the product by Registered Post back to them in Hong Kong. Which I did.
Weeks later, after badgering them via numerous emails to try and get a refund for the product I'd ordered and paid for in advance plus the AUD$18.30 Registered Post charges...they finally paid up. BUT, not for the postal charges. In reply to yet another email regarding this they asked me to send a receipt for the postage paid and in any case they would not issue a refund but some kind of credit note. I NEVER WANT TO USE STRAWBERRYNET AGAIN!
I am furious! They sent me the wrong product in the first place. I had paid in advance for their mistake, and they had the audacity to keep hold of my money for 6 weeks until I wrung it out of them. And, having requested me to return their incorrect product by Registered Post, they expected me to simply foot the bill.

This too has happened to me, which is why I now only shop on Australian websites such as fresh fragrances and cosmetics and the beauty club.
Whilst no store is exempt from mistakes such as sending the incorrect product, I feel better that I am buying from Australian companies and therefore if anything does go wrong, all I have to do is pick up a phone and make a call.
I have had to return an item to fresh fragrances and cosmetics, as I ordered the incorrect item, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I have been burnt too many times by strawberry net, so saving $10- $15 just isn't worth it for me.
