Strayer University review: What is going on with the financial aid?

Absolutely poor communication, non-responsive, or accountability. I am a single mother, full-time student, and I work full-time, so the financial aid that I receive for living expenses is extremely important. However, for the past year, there have multiple issues with my aid award showing incorrect/different information in iCampus, having to accept aid multiple times because the amounts keeps changing, unable to reach anyone by phone/email. I have emailed my coach and financial aid repeatedly, to no avail. I have submitted help tickets, then unable to find status information. I've called strayer's financial aid department everyday, for 2 weeks, on hold for 20mins, only to have the automated response say, "we are unable to assist you", and hang-up. I submitted an Award Adjustment last week, and still haven't received any response. Meanwhile, I'm stressed out about finances, but expected to focus and maintain my classes, THAT STRAYER HAS BEEN PAID FOR!
