uv sanitizing handheld lights advertised on mobilekeenc.com
Ordered $180 worth of products 3-months ago for handheld UV scan lights. Tried to contact seller several times with no response. I received a partial order today that included very cheap plug-in UV aquarium lights?
The packaging had no instructions on how to send the products back nor how to receive a refund. The products are nothing like what was advertised, are of extremely poor quality, very cheaply made and needless to say, not even close to what I ordered! I don't even have a fish!
In light of all of the world being locked down due to a global pandemic and everyone looking for products that may help keep our families safe and free from Covid-19, it is very, very sad to see companies like this take advantage of hard working people by misrepresenting their products and taking our money with no conscience whatsoever.
When I didn't receive my products after two months I asked for a refund. After two months and after several attempts to contact the company, I received nothing. Now I have 3-aquarium lights I don't need, and I'm out of pocket $180. Unbelievable.
These lights were advertised on a reputable site that is linked to my city mayor's daily Coronavirus update site.
I want my money back. $180 will go a long way on other items like hand sanitizer and masks for my family in this time of crisis.

Mobile klean & uv light sanitizers
I realize there are many difficulties in shipping now due to the Pandemic but there has been no contact or attempt to communicate with this purchaser about the products that have been paid for in good faith. 60 days is plenty of time for a least some assurance the items are coming or that the money is being refunded if the order can not be completed for some reason. I would like a refund!

I paid $58.94 on May 8, 2020. The transaction went through PayPal and it shows on my bank statement. However, after payment, I never received comformation or the transaction, a receipt or any other notice and certainly no watch at this point. Please help. I am on Social Security and that does not go far. I trusted that I would receive what I paid for. I have also been in touch with PayPal and have not heard back from them yet.

Vita hair laser hair brush
I purchased and received the VitaHair Laser Hair Brush on 5/20/2020. After reading the informational pamphlet, I realized that because of a medical condition relating to my health I would be unable to use the laser hairbrush. I wanted to return the laser hairbrush; however, there was no information included that provided a return address. I called the customer service number 3 times and after being on hold and answering questions regarding the service I received (an agent never came on the line; therefore, I never received any service) the call disconnected. I sent an 3 emails to customer service and I sent an email through the chat line. It has been 24 hours since my many correspondences to this company and I have yet to hear from them. I have not used the VitaHair laser hair brush and because of medical concerns I want a full refund of the $118.94 I paid for the hairbrush and the lifetime warranty. They advertised that they give you 30 days from receipt of the hairbrush to receive a refund. I believe they are trying to scam me and not provide me with the information I need to return the unused laser hairbrush and therefore keep my $118.94 that I paid to them in good faith. Your website says that orders will be delivered within 30 days.
When can I expect to see this order or is this just a scam? I notice that you are still taking orders although orders from 7 weeks ago have not been delivered.
I have been very patient and have tried called several times in the last week. I am put on hold, told you are receiving "an unusually high call volume" and after 10-15 minutes, have a message saying thanking me for my successful call and asking me to rate the service.

As of June 1st I have not received my product nor have I ever gotten a receipt or any tracking information not evena confirmation email. I needed these in a timely manner and ultimately purchased something else. I would like to cancel my order but can't find anywhere to do so. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they're waiting for a response from SCE ( which I'm sure they will never get). I would ultimately like a cancelation of my order and a full refund. Can you help?

Instead of receiving the product I received an email stating fraud.
I called my credit card company to cancel this charge. All they did was transfer the charge to another card in the amount of $46.23 on april 27, 2020.

On April 22, 2020, I ordered UV Light Sanitizer - 3 units for $158.43, Mobile Klean for $19.99, and Infared No Touch Thermometer for $19.99 from your company. I paid for these items through PayPal. As of this date, May 28, 2020, I haven't received a confirmation E-mail of the order, any of the products, or a refund. Because of COVID-19 and it's affect on our world's product preparation difficulties and overwhelmed shipping concerns, I have tried to be patient and understanding of your company's lack of communication and slow service but now after 36 days of no action on your part, it's time for me to speak up. Please credit my PayPal account with the total for these products, $198.41.
Today something happened that made me sad and disappointed. I noticed some items online that sounded wonderful but because they were from your company, I couldn't trust ordering them. It's disappointing to find a company with seemingly quality products that I and others won't be able experience because of my track record with them. I also ordered from them on 4/23/2020. I ordered Infrared No Touch Thermometer $19.99 and Mobile Klean for $68.94. I did receive a receipt for each order yet I still have not received the products. I called this morning and was told they are leaving NJ this Friday. Will keep you posted on if and when I receive it. I am hoping it will arrive some time next week.
