Blaux portable air conditioner
I purchased the Blaux portable air-condition device with an USB plug. The company put an incomplete address on the label and shipped it out. I never received it. I tracked it with UPS. The manager at UPS told me the driver delivered it with an incomplete address. I was in disbelief and livid as I thought UPS was a responsible company and hired workers who could read and drive. I paid $148.93. I could not obtain anyone on the phone number provided by Blaux. Blaux also goes by Strong Current Enterprises. I complained to PayPal and filed a dispute. They opened a case and quickly closed it without stating why. The PayPal representative said if they didn't get a response, they would refund the money. I linked PayPal to my Chase account. The money wasn't in either account and the PayPal resolution center closed the case. I just sent off a message saying I'm reporting both Strong Current Enterprises and PayPal to the Better Business Bureau but the Complaints Board is equally effective. Oshenwatches
After a long wait, I received 2 Oshenwatches. Fully charged one watch and tried to pair with my Galaxy A70 android phone. Phone says it was bluetooth paired. However, it did not sync no matter what I tried. Your instructions for start up are somewhat vague when it comes to pairing. It says to go to FitPro which I did. After clicking settings I did not get "bind" My watch showed LH719 and not LH726. However, my phone showed it as paired which it did not sync to the watch at all. I am not too happy with this.
What do you suggest?

My Oshen Watch was suspicious from the start when it operated after charging. The touch screen was very insensitive and the display slow to respond. Now after a very short time in trying to operate it to display 'time' it has become completely dead with only readings possible during charging. As a watch it is completely useless! I have complained to the web site 'buyoshenwatches.com' and their 'chat line' just asks for an email address to respond to me. Unfortunately the promised email to me has not yet appeared so I do not know how they intend to send me a replacement, failing that a 'refund'.
Blaux desktop ac unit
Ordered Blaux Portable AC on June 16, 2020 and finally received on August 17, 2020 but I did not receive the product I ordered. I was sent a Classic Desktop model which is not what I paid for. I ordered the portable one that charges so I could move it around easily without a cord. I paid 89.99 plus shipping for a total of 98.94. The unit I received is much cheaper. I printed my invoice and it says Blaux Portable AC. I have included pictures of the box and the unit I received. I want what I paid for. I want the chargeable unit.

Neck a/c units
I paid this company for two blaux neck air conditioners on June 8th. I have never received anything from them. I've tried to contact them on several levels and I get no response, nothing. I paid them thru paypal on June 8, 2020 $133.92. I've received nothing for that money. I filed a complaint thru paypal today because I had to do the research to find when and how I paid them.

Defective oshen watch ordered via paypal 4th july 2020
After a long delay in delivery, the seller finally delivered my two watches early this month. Regretfully one of them had evidence of a defective touch screen and that has now completely failed to turn on the power so that I can use it as a watch. Therefore I have asked the seller replace this watch being not 'marketable value' so far without result. Alternatively I have asked them for a refund for that part of my order. This seller is very slow in responding! Their tracking number LT228598730NL refers.

Personal air conditioning fan
I had bought 2 of the personal airconditioning fans for 100 British pounds plus 10 pounds shipping fee.
It was a long wait to receive and tracking links were not working.
I finally received the items only to be highly dissapointed. They were not doing even the minimum of what was described and rather worse than my hand held 10 pound fan!
Although they had mentioned a no hassle return policy, after several emails to the given email of '[protected]@buyblaux.com', there has been no response.
How can I get hold of them.

On June 6, 2020 I ordered two of the Blaux personal (around the neck) air conditioners. The company immediately charged my account for the items. They were selling these personal air conditioners every few seconds, so they were obviously making money hand over fist. I waited patiently for a month as suggested. To date I have not received a confirmation e-mail nor the product, although I have attempted to contact them on several occasions. Being told on one occasion that my order was being processed and that I would be receiving a tracking number by the end of the week. This is either a Ponzi scheme or a scam. They are advertising other products on the internet as well. This company should be investigated and sued and should NOT be allowed to blatantly advertise on the internet. A good lawyer could bring a class action law suit against this company. Ripping off the unsuspecting elderly is a crime.

I ordered the neck wrap around air conditioner on line. I had not heard anything for quite some time so I email them to cancel. I sent 3 cancellation notices via email, no response, then the product arrived. I figured let me try at least. So I did and do not like. Does not work effectively and very loud. I asked to return. I was charged $189.93 twice for the products I ordered. Should have been one payment. I ordered on june 23, 2020 and never received a confirmation or email from them.
I have sent them an email but not expecting a reply.
I have also put in a complaint to paypal see if they can help with cancelling the payments. I have put in a complaint with them for each transaction they charged for.

Same issue as all the other complaints. Ordered the Blaux Portable AC for $98.94 several weeks ago. They charged my credit card within 24 hours. Then nothing. After five weeks, I attempted to to call, email whatever I could do to contact them and was blocked every time. All telephone numbers responded with recordings saying COVID-19 is the reason they're not able to ship, respond or take a call. After five emails and no response, I've written off the hundred dollars due to a scam or a company going out of business.
