I have written to them customer service and by mail more than 10 times! They are ignoring me!
I have three complaints about StyleVana!
1. I made a purchase on January 19 (order number BWSVESA190190541). Two tems were out of stock, and they refunded me for them, but the refund amount was less than what I paid for these products.
2. I have contacted them customer service and emailed them more than 10 times, but they completely ignore me and haven’t explained the situation.
3.The entire order history has disappeared from my account. I placed two orders — one on January 19 and another on January 29. Both were delivered, but now there is no information about them on the site, as if I never made any purchases.
Recommendation: Be vigilant, record all your order history, as it may disappear from their site.Be prepared for the fact that their warehouse will not have the items you ordered and they will simply cross these items out of your order, return your money, but the refund amount will not correspond to what you paid them. It will be significantly less.
