On the 6th of June of 2024, I placed an order of 160,80€ on Stylevana. The order included a lot of skincare products for me, some friends and family members. I was warned that it could take up to 2 weeks to be processed and 10 days to be shipped to my country (Portugal).
I created an account associated with the following email ([protected]@gmail.com) from which I still receive the typical website "newsletter". When I was placing the order I thought I would receive at least 10% off the 160,80€, since that's the main advertising for new clients, and that was, in fact, my first order. When it was time to put my information (email, home address, bank account, etc), the 10% off code was not working, but I was in a rush to place the order, so I decided to do it anyway and send an email asking for a refund of that discount after.
The thing is, I never received an email confirming my order. So I checked the information and turns out I had written my email wrong when I placed the order. I wrote [protected]@gmail.com instead of [protected]@gmail.com and that was why the code was not working. That email was wrong and did not have an account associated with it.
So when I finally sent them an email I asked to transfer that order to my actual email (because I did not have access to the wrong one) and if possible, to refund me the 15% off.
I received an answer from them asking for more information, but they did not mention anything about the 15% off. I did not complain about that, I just wanted my order at that point. I gave the information they requested, they were able to identify my order and from then on I started to pay attention to updates. But it took them almost a month to answer me and my order was already late! I had placed it on the 6th of June and they answered on the 8th of July. They explained that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and the order was expected to be processed in the following days. And again, they did not mention what they were going to do about the discount for the first order.
Then on the 17th of July, I sent another email asking if the order had already been shipped and they said yes and sent me a tracking link, saying it should take between 5-9 days to arrive. Guess what? It didn't!
On August 1st I sent another email because I checked the tracking link and it said the home address was incorrect. It wasn't, but I decided to send them the information anyway so they could proceed with it. The thing is, I never received an email from anyone, the parcel or Stylevana informing me the home address information was incomplete. I was the one who always took the initiative to ask for updates because it was taking so long. They never answered that email so after some days I decided to check and called the parcel.
Here's where everything went wrong. When I called the parcel, I told them the link said it was already somewhere in Portugal, my country, but the guy who answered me told me it was never sent to Portugal, it was sent back to Stylevana headquarters and they didn't know exactly why, that's the order they received from their part, so they did. I was never informed of this by Stylevana!
So I decided to send another email to Stylevana complaining about the bad services. After all, it had been 2 months and my order was yet to be received!
They told me they would talk with the parcel, even though I already had, and they would update me. They never did.
So, this is my last resource for getting any results or answers. That order included not only products for me but also for some friends and family members, who had trusted their money with me, and who were told it would take a maximum of 1 month to arrive since that's what Stylevana told me.
I'm expecting a full refund (160,80€) for the inconvenience and my products. If I could I would send the list of products I ordered but since they never sent me the email confirming the order I don't have it. Again! Lack of professionalism on their part. Hope this gets solved with your help.

You're not letting Stylevana off easy, and you've got every reason to demand better service. It's ridiculous how they’ve fumbled at every step, from the missing discount to the botched delivery. Hopefully, this push will finally get them to sort things out and refund your money. You've certainly shown more patience than they deserve!
