I was real disappointed with Subcooling Services, LLC. They was not professional and their work was poor quality. They didn't even know which unit belonged upstairs and which one worked downstairs. They charged me over 700 bucks for a warranty job for a new unit for upstairs, but instead they worked on the downstairs unit and replaced a unit that was already working. Upstairs still never got AC after they changed downstairs unit, repaired downstairs duct work that now has to be fixed 'cause they messed it up, replaced a working thermostat and said it was a control panel that wasn't even to the upstairs unit. I want my dough back 'cause now I gotta get duct work fixed and the actual upstairs unit repaired that they didn't even fix. They tried to claim it was my fault but when I sent before and after pictures, all they said was "you can open another claim, we're done". Product or Service: AC unit.

Subcooling Services came to my house on October 4 'cause of the A/C being a mess. *** and a newbie dude came super early. *** is so big that the unit was tough to reach. But he eventually leaned over to see the filter when his buzzed guy screamed, "back off bro don't touch it!" Once they looked and the filter was A-okay, they looked at the outside unit. *** said my unit was filled with muck and it wasn't covered by the warranty company. He said he could clean both my inside and outside units for $331.94 and that would make everything better. His friend stayed out and *** went in to work his magic. After what felt like a short time, *** said it was all done and I was good for six months. I paid by check. I had a house check on March 17, 2022 to see what I needed to fix. I saw the outside unit and saw that it wasn't cleaned and the duct work got messed up where *** tried to reach. I texted Subcooling on March 31 asking for a check. On April 6, I called when they didn't reply. *** asked for pics, so I sent them. I texted again on April 18 and called on April 25 when I spoke to ***. He said the unit was cleaned 'cause he took pics, which he sent to me on April 7. He promised to come by and clean it. I texted again on May 6 'cause they never came. They said they charged me for the cleaning and never spoke with me again.

My fam was told to use these guys by our homeowners insur. We're in super hot temps rn and we started the process with Subcooling on 05/12/2022. They came to our house and told us what was wrong. They said the owner would submit the paperwork and order the part ASAP. We checked with our insurance a few days later and found out that the paperwork hadn't even been submitted yet. Finally, when the paperwork got submitted, our insurance ordered the part. It arrived on 06/2/2022, but when we tried to schedule a repair date with Subcooling, they said the part hadn't been delivered. We checked with the parts house and they said it had. We rescheduled for 6/13/2022 but got the same result. Subcooling didn't contact us at all to say there was a delay. My husband went to pick up the part himself and we called to schedule a service date. The dispatcher got mad and hung up on my husband when he inquired. We called the owner and he said the dispatcher was his wife. They refused to do the job and now we have to find another contractor. We have 2 kids with asthma and nosebleeds and we have nowhere to go. I'm writing this from the ER, feeling very sick.
