This app doesn’t even include the Yogi Bear Jellystone Park in Petoskey!
App is not working
When I try to make the reservation app is not working need to be fixed!
Most frustrating app ever!
Constantly logs me out. Then says wrong credentials. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Same results. When the app appears to have worked, checking “my stays” promptly asks for me to login again. Worthless
Won’t pull up our reservations!
This app worked fine for a few months and now the past 2 months it doesn’t show any of our future reservations or even the past ones! Sun Outdoors need to take some of their $ and invest some time in their app. I mean for as much as y’all are charging people for campsites, this should not be an issue. But personally your rates are absurd!
Map doesn't work
When I try to make a reservation, clicking on a space doesn't fill the space number. So no way to find an actual spot. There is no refund or cancellation policy. No place to enter AAA or Good Sam Club for possible savings. $50 to lock in a space? Wow! Why not just give me the space I requested without charging me twice for it? Not very RV-friendly. Also, the phone goes to voicemail. I've been waiting an hour for a call back.

My husband and I are new to “big coach RVing. (Full Time) Not new to camping! We bought our coach in 21 and realized that to get a spot in Florida for Winter months is very hard. So we started calling every camp ground. Well we called compass, which is now Sun properties. The lady we talked to was Robin. She said oh we have a site for one month we can offer. We said great we will take it. A couple months later she called and said we have an opening for two more months. You have to move though. We said that was fine. Before going to Florida I sent an email requesting pictures of the site we were going to. Oh I can’t do that as we are not sure where your going yet! Really! You said you had a cancellation would it not be the site people cancelled? My husband and I have to make sure that these sites will accommodate a 40 foot DP. No more response. We get down there to begin our first month and my husband said where is our other site after one month. Oh that’s 3. We said okay. We went and looked at site and it was under tons of trees, unleveled lot. ( the motorhome on the lot when we walked to see site had its front wheels off the ground.). A BIG NO NO! Took photos!
So we went back to the office and tried to talk to them and we where met with sorry that’s the only site. We said it was unacceptable for a big rig. Pretty much said tough! I wrote a letter to corporate office about our concerns and nothing for quite some time. Then one afternoon. We get a call from “the big corporate guy saying he wants to talk to us”. We said great maybe they are taking our concerns seriously! Ha! When we go there, we said someone from corporate office wants to speak to us. They said oh yes he will be here in a minute if you want to wait outside.
So we go outside and big corporate man was sitting in his big truck right next to us, gets out with his ten gallon hat, cowboy boots and the attire to go with it! ( at first glance reminded me of Haus on Bonanza)

This man evidently has a power complex. Instead of saying we are sorry you are concerned about the site we have for you, he says and I quote” we can make you leave if you continue to make waves and threaten our workers “. WHAT! Is this guy for real! I told him he should be ashamed of coming here and threatening us! He said that’s the only spot we have. My husband said we asked for pictures ahead of time and Robin said they couldn’t send because not sure of site yet. Then he says you should have locked in your site! I said really! Lock in a site the Robin said we don’t have yet? That makes sense! Needless to say this “new Sun properties does not care about us or any other camper that comes through gates except the outrageous price they charge you! They are gouging people horribly! Over 2,000.00 a month. That’s in the ghetto side. The Oasis! They get 3,000.00. Then we found out they are going up 700.00 more a month next year!
Greedy, Greedy people. We had booked another 3 months for following year before all that happened, but cancelled! There is a whole lot more to this situation I can share, but because I have an attorney looking at this I will say no more. Although we made some good friends while there and they either experience these issues themselves or talked to others about their disgruntled time at this place. They aren’t staying at a Sun Property again either. I have all my documentation from Robin, and my documentation I sent. If I was a camper I would not stay at this place. We will boycott any Sun properties from here on out. Won’t give my hard earned money to thieves! I hope others heed this warning. This is a transient campground! Most people don’t stay there long. Stop over and out. Never saw so many people come and go. Not a relaxing place. No more, never again!
It was my understanding that Big Tree in Arcadia Florida was 55+ community. Is there a reason that you are now allowing younger people to live here now? I’m not going to mention names. But, they just moved in May 2024 with a fifth wheel trailer.

I had reservations for Oct 24 - 28, 2024 at Sun Outdoors Paso Robles, Cava Robles RV Resort. On Sept 4, 2024, I had to cancel the reservation. Due to credit card fraud the card I used to make the reservation was no longer in use so a check refund was required. They said it would be a little delayed due to that. Hello SUN Outdoors,
I am writing in regards to a Maintenance woman named Stephanie that works here at Rainbow Village in Zephyrhills, Florida. This woman has committed slander against me and others in our community by spreading untruths and rumors among the residents here.
This one person alone has caused me a great personal distress and anxiety and has also, severely damaged my reputation and my relationships with friends in my community. I have actually lost some good friends due to this woman's unprofessional behavior.
I have spoken to my attorney who has assured me that I have a legitimate case, unless this matter is resolved by SUN, Inc, in a timely manner.
