Harassment and bullying
This company, will NOT leave me alone, I have paid them the money I owed them, after being bullied by some woman on the phone, I took a loan out with the bank to pay them. I now keep getting phone calls all different times of day and today have received a text on my mobile number requesting I get in touch with them regarding my PPI, I have already dealt with this and they have been paid, now messing in my personal other business to which I have NOT given them permission. This needs to stop! I have serious heath issues and need a major operation and have been told not to get stressed. This company is causing me great stress and they need to be told to stop pestering people who have paid there bill.

Nuisance Calls
I've had over 70 calls from this Company trying to get me to contact them. Originally I was going to use them after seeing an advert for PPI last year but as I filled in the online form I became suspicious and googled them to find all the disreputable reports. I stopped the application but it's evident it's still recorded. They have LOADS of 0161 phone numbers but I don't answer and I ignore their constant emails.
I have no contract with them but they sense I have a claim. I'm not interested and have no faith in them. They are a plague and a nuisance.
Desired outcome: I just wish they would be stopped!
PPI - Court Action.
Received a cold-call from these unscrupulous cash thirsty liars.
Bombarded with calls and txt messages from rude fast talking call-handlers. Forced to provide financial information.
WT sent documents and contracts to sign in the post.
A mate signed the contracts as a joke and posted them back.
Within the cooling-off period we cancelled the contract by letter with proof of postage.
These liars continue to work on my behalf without authorisation, without my express permission, without any legal entitlement.
WT do not play by any rules, their staff are rude and obnoxious.
They are now taking me to court to claim their massive 48% fees.
If anyone has any experience of these guys that could write to me as I intend to wipe the floor with these guys in court.

I have never agreed to engage Wilson Tarquin to recover any monies owing to me neither on the phone or in writing. They have written to me asking for £179.96 for work they have done on my behalf. They are claim l was either send a cheque or it was put in my bank…..

owens2222 please update as to how you are fairing with these crooks, i have never heard of this company until a few months ago when out of the blue i get an email and text saying 'good news lloyds bank have upheld my claim and are making me an offer' - poppycock! actually i received a clam from Lloyds in 2019 which i had filed myself online. since their first contact I have been bombarded with calls and text chasing payment for their invoice, which i have never received i have never answered or responded to any calls or text because i have never given them authority to claim this also i had done it myself. Now 3-4 days ago they have sent me an invoice for their so called services £1500 along with a copy of the letter that i received from Lloyds addressed to me with the settlement figure and now say that as i refuse to correspond with them they have passed this debt to a collection agency. these people are absolute scum of the earth, absolute crooks and i will pay them Nothing
I have made a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, ICO & Ofcom about this awful company! Last week the FO called me & informed me they were calling WT to speak to them about my complaints. I have put in subject to access requests (SARS) the last one they did not comply and the ICO have had to intervene. These people broke their T&C, harassed me by calling over 15 times with silent voice messages or calls and should be struck off!

In 2019 I signed in agreement with Wilson Tarquin, giving them authority to act on my behalf, to reclaim my miss soldPPI, they claim that they can get this miss sold PPI back with out me doing a thing, (let us take the stress out of it for you)or without any paperwork.and that the initial investigation, (where they contact the company, giving my name, address and that I claim they sold me PPI)is FREE.They got a payment from Egg, as I did not do anything, I assumed they had.The truth is, they hadn't, do a thing, except make the initial contact with the company.which they claim is free.after this first payment-which I payed them for, I started be connected by the other company's, I have spent hours and months searching through my archives, getting payment dates, details what it was for, when it was taken out, etc etc.this is what I am paying Wilson Tarquin for.surly!? Otherwise there is no point to it.I am not paying them, for work I have had to do on their behalf.

Seems like a breach of contract on their side. Be very careful of these — they don’t play by the rules. They operate as if the law does not apply to them.
charging for work they didn't do and continuous harassment
Wilson Tarquin were constantly calling me to apply for PPi, I did but after about two years they still hadnt got me my money. On the very last night to claim my daughter followed Martins money advice from TV and made a claim on my behalf. For the next six months she was in constant contact with the bank and finally got me the PPI.The bank then phoned me for more information. On the 7th of February 2020 my bank wrote to me to tell me that I would be getting a PPi refund.
In April 2020 out of the blue I got a letter from Wilson Tarquin telling me that 'they' had secured my money and I would be receiving it in the next few weeks and that I owed them £500. The money had been paid weeks before Wilson Tarquin didnt know this. I phoned them and explained as advised by my solicitor that clause 5 in the agreement letter stated that they can only charge me if they had done the work..they hadnt! and that was the las I heard from them until February 18th when I received a letter from a Baliffs. I tried to call the Baliffs but everytime I called I was always 90th in the queue. I called Wilson Tarquin and an employee called |Mylo advised I send my proof in an email and told me every client was complaining about DCBL that people couldnt get through. I sent an email to Wilson Tarquin they never replied so two weeks later I emailed again, still they didnt reply.
I am now taking this to the Financial Ombudsman.
I live with my son and his family, I have no assets apart from my clothes and most of them are second hand.

PPI claim
This company contacted me a few years back and said they were looking into PPI claims for me.
I already been in contact with another company and my own bank and I was successful in recovering a claim with my bank.
I got no letter from Wilson Tarquin to say it was through them only a letter from my bank and the money was Paid direct into my account from my bank.
Again no mention that Wilson Tarquin had anything to do with this.
A few weeks later I got calls demanding around 40 per cent of the claim, I asked for proof to why they are Owed this money.
I have never received this and now I am being threatened with debt collectors.
Desired outcome: Stop them harassing me for money i don’t owe them
The same with me. I received a payment directly from a previous bank. Now, Wilson Tarquin are claiming that they made the claim on my behalf. I contacted the bank and they have sent me a copy of the form from Wilson Tarquin, which does not have my signature on it, , just a very wobbly NO and the date is most definitely not in my hand. W T have now sent a replacement form for me to fill in, which I will not complete. I have not been threatened with debt collectors. Has anyone been taken to court by this dodgy company?
Poor working ethics - suffered harassment
Please do no deal or work for this company as their working practice is deemed to be very poor.
Had a very bad experience of harassment a few years back as an employee and have suffered the consequences.
I complained about a manager or believed himself to be training us for the short time I was there for when he took the liberty of causing an assault.
My complaint was dismissed even though it was acknowledged he had committed an offense but terminated my employment contract. It was the assault and harassment that I complained of because they took me into the basement saying they were going to go over the issue but I was harassed by 3/4 people saying my contract was ended. It was a bullying tactic to dismiss me in the way they did. Clearly, this was distressing and caused concern as the company should not be involved in dealing with customers for reason of health and safety.
Please do not trust this company as they are misleading and misrepresentation for what they may tell you for PPI's. The time I was there was wholly unprofessional behavior but also criminal related.
Desired outcome: Need compensation for the assault and harassment suffered

They did a ppi for me and with a ish out come but there cost I thought was a bit to much so I didn't pay them, it went to a debt collection company in which I paid no problem just wanted to make a point and make TW to wait for there money.
So they (WT) have been paid ive checked it with the debt collection company and I have all paperwork saying I have and I'm getting 2 to 3 phone calls a week saying I own them money at first ive sent them all the paperwork from dcti confirming all is paid but its getting a joke now there saying there going to take me to court and charge me 20% on top of what I own them.
So if I get anymore phone calls I'm going to take them to court for harassment
Ok, so for a few weeks now I have received silent messages on my mobile. Strange because my mobile never rings. So I checked the number and its from Wiksi Tarquin. So as just ignore. Eventually after about 7 silent message I call it find out who they are and the guy immediately wants to know my name which I refuse to give. I make a complaint to OFCOM. Yesterday, 14/01/2021 I receive a letter from an old catalogue company informing me I am entitled to a PPI refund. It is year since I did any business with them and am justified.Today I get an email from Wilson Tarquin saying I owe them money regarding this refund. Again Iam mytstified. I have never heard or engaged with this company or signed any permission to authorise fora PPI Clams company to pursue. I did however last year show an interest in a company in looking into making a claim but when I found out they wanted 35-40% fee I took it no further. I received phone calls and told them I wasn't taking it further and to stop harrassing me. I have not, as did not at any time enter into any agreement or contract with Wilson Tarquin.
PPI Claim Harassment
We had this company pursue a PPI claim for us and they say they have got us money back and we have a letter that claims to from the TSB saying they will send money. We have not received the cheque and therefore are not in a position to pay their fees. They call sometimes four times a day to ' update their files ' The calls may be from different people but all at the same company. They state they have to update their files! Three or four times a day! We have told them that until the restrictions on movement are lifted (we are classed by the government as very vulnerable and are not supposed to go out or meet anyone) and we have received the cheque (that is allegedly on it's way for over a month) we cannot do ANYTHING! Why do they need to update this information several times a day when they know the situation. This is pure harassment.

They have been calling my elderly auntie repeatedly for nearly two years despite being told the calls are unwanted and could they please stop.
The company seems to go by the name of Samuel Brooks, though they are very reluctant to give any details and there are several threads on the internet about the same company using the same unwanted behaviour but with a different mobile number...how do we stop these people contacting us and also selling on details to other similar companies?

I can't believe I let these people deal with my PPI they non stop call me and ask the same questions over and over again I took another call last week again from Alex who I was informed previously by a manager apparently that he was still training. They are asking me if I have received my compensation which I have told them no and have queried why they are asking me when I thought part of their job was to get it back to me. I have requested several times for a breakdown of their charges this is because they are trying to charge me £800.00 every time they ring I ask the same thing but to date I have nothing. I have been chasing the compensation myself and I want to know what I am paying £800 for

Had a letter from Wilson Tarquin ltd. asking for payment for the work they did getting my PPI payment . They sent me a invoice to the amount £4.16 which i paid.
They gave me 14 days to pay.
In the letter they told me i would receive a letter from the bank telling me how much i was awarded.
The bank, Lloyd's Bank told me they don't write the letters for people like Wilson Tarquin ltd. that the company sends the letter with the cheque telling you how much your claim amount is.
This doesn't seem to ring true to me. When i had a claim 2 years ago, i was sent a cheque and a letter explaining the details of my claim.
The scanned letters i have sent you are the only ones i have received from them, Also there is writing on the first page which i put there phone numbers & web sites.
Also there is the phone number of the Lloyd Bank for the PPI department on the top left of the first page.
I was told to get in touch with you for my complaint, It does seem to me I am being pushed from pillar to post.
This is supposed to be their customer services for customer complaints department?

Have been phoned, out of the blue, by Wilson Tarquin, about a PPI claim. I listened to what the person had to say and I have now received a text asking me to phone them urgently about my PPI refund. Besides the fact that I have already had a payment, through another source, after reading your complaints, I am loathe to get in touch. Why ask me to get in touch, rather than them contact me again.

I would like to express my anger at how I've been treated by yourselves and a person called Shaun carter.
He called me today 28/10/19 while I was at work I explained that I wasn't able to talk and that I would discuss on Friday as I am off he was absolutely rude and raising his voice threatening which is unacceptable behaviour.
I would like this matter dealt with ASAP and I would like a response to this email.
I have paid the invoice of £15.05.
I do not want anything else to do with this company as I don't like been threatened and how I've been treated.

Made a claim for PPI and have not had much verbal communication but have sent me letters which I did sign but they have been sending text messages to sign saying need to sign before deadline unknown to me when I checked their web site the reviews was horrible and now that I wanted to cancel my claim I phoned Them 20 times today 28/8/19 but no reply I think Iv just been ripped off by Wilson Tarquine LTD hope you can help me and give me good advise . constant harassment of an old lady to fill in ppi forms
They keep phoning my 87yr old mother and harassing her to complete a ppi form, even though she has informed them that she has never had a loan, mortgage or credit card. She finds this very intimidating and threatening.
I phoned and complained to their customer service department on Thursday, 15th August and was promised they would remove her name from their database. In the two days since then she has received 5 texts and 4 phone calls.
She just wants it to stop

Last year had a call about ppi, they sent letter about ppi and claims I can make. I sent letter but got nothing at all. After reading reviews I decided that I don't want anything to do with them.
They kept harassing me for months and months calling every 3/4 hrs a day I blocked the numbers but they still managed to call on other numbers yet kept blocking them. And today I got a letter stating I owe them £140.30 and to pay the company via bnk transfer, cheque or over the phone. And also I am expecting some money and the banks will be touch...

My father has had numerous calls regarding this company saying he can claim PPI after his IVA. Upon looking into this they are the only company set to gain from this. They would get 24% of the PPI then the outstanding monies would be paid back to the IVA company!
They made the mistake in talking to me tonight, I told them this and they just laughed down the phone and spoke over me!
I told them that I will be reporting them to the police and watchdog, they just laughed again down the phone! I told the to F&*k off and hung up!
Please let all your vulnerable relatives know to hang up if they get a call from these con artists!

I have asked these people to remove me from their data base and I was told that they could but I will still be contacted in the future. I demanded to speak to a manager as the agent clearly needs more education and training in how to speak to customers and deal with customers requests. The manager assured me all of my details will be removed and I will never be contacted again. I reminded her of the GDPR laws from 2017 and said I will take this further should they decide to ignore my reasonable request. This will be in their best interests as if I do continue to hear from them, I will not only seek assistance on the matter of them keeping and using my details without my consent I will also begin harassing them by phone every spare minute I have and I will not get bored.

I received a letter from wilson and tarquin saying I m in the money just ring the number provided, this was after my IVA had finished. They ring me up to five times a day and I get texts As well. I have them from Manchester and Leeds. They leave voicemails on a daily basis saying they want my signature. Absalout nuisance is not the word for this company. I have asked so many times for them to take my name off their list and computer systems but it is to no avail.
