We have Sunnova Solar Panels on our roof; we do not own them. Sunnova installed the panels too close to the edge of the roof and it has caused damage to the edge of the roof and the gutters. I have had an open case since July of 2024; they sent out on of their technicians who confirmed that Sunnova made a mistake when they installed them and they are in fact too close to the edge of the roof and that has caused the noted damage.
After months of calling for updates; they have told me I am responsible for the damage AND they will not move the solar panels. I can never speak to anyone other than a Customer Service Rep.

Claimed loss: $2,000

Desired outcome: Fix the gutters and move the panels so they cannot cause more damage in the future.
