Extended car warrantee 2007 Honda odyssey
I bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey okay 15 years old so the CV joints in the front of the car were making noise really bad after Less Than 3 months took it into a dealer because they wouldn't accept the repair shop that I was going to go to and the dealer tried twice to get my CV joints approved but they said the boot was torn and it wouldn't be covered well it was that way when I bought it they didn't have they didn't have any problem accepting my money but they sure have problems fixing the covered parts that are supposed to be fixed I'm going to try to reduce my plan to 12 months 12000 miles or cancel the plan altogether and save myself the 1900 bucks and they can go screw themselves
Desired outcome: The the desired outcome would be to honor your warranty and cover the CV joints which is part of the drivetrain live up to my end of the deal and make my payments I just don't see it happening got a lot of running around
Aftermarket warranty they won’t fulfill nor have any repair shops that accept it
Since day one it leaked some kind of fluid and was told to disregard and say before my 2 months payment it broke down and when I call they tell me to find a garage and it has to be pre approved first but the problem is I can’t find a garage in Ohio to accept it. My car is running hot from day one.. Only to go through dealership stringing me along... Then finally sent me to another shop. I payed duductable for water pump replacement.. Still running hot.. Now they claim blower head gaskets... Only to be a old a assessment needed to be don't before i'm approved. This is bs.. I can't drive out of town for my family... I've never not had this car 3months... Dealership want me to reapply for a different car and charge me to xtra

I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and I've been having trouble with it from the day I bought it. I've called plenty of mechanics and no one takes this type of warranty plan. I even called the dealership I bought it from and they're no help at all.
Repairs not done correctly
I took my vehicle in to Val Cars in Kenner, LA to have the check engine light diagnosed. The shop said the engine cooling fan needed to be replaced. They did the repair after several weeks of giving me the runaround but when I went to pick my car up, the check engine light was still on. They said it must be a fuse and to bring it back. Two more months of the runaround, so I took it to the dealership who said the wrong part had been installed and that is why the check engine light was still on. I contacted Superior since they paid for the repair...they didn't care that they paid a shop $650 for a repair that was not done and they will not pay for the repair to actually BE REPAIRED at a different shop. Disgusted by the shop and by Superior.
Warranty
Ppl need to quit whinning and realize that sometimes things outside of a warranties companies power and/or contract limits can happen. And running and whinning about it isnt going to help.
We have had Superior for over 4 years and they have NEVER ONCE denied a worthy claim. They have helped us with thousands of dollars in work and are awesome to work with. So it all boils down to...if ur claim is legit and within the limits of the contract, then they will do their part. I hate seeing all these bad comments when every single time we deal with them, its 5 star service. Yes there will always b a few bad apples, but the way this company is painted is terrible.
I just noticed that this Review Nyckie of Johnsonburg has a very very similar Review on the Website Called ScamPulse using the name NyckieMarie and again is the ONLY Good Review, BUT on ScamPulse this same Review is listed as an Advertisement for Superior Protection Services. So, the 2 Comments are correct in guessing that it's a FAKE REVIEW This Company Superior Protection Services is a Complete Scam taking advantage of people with very little money that they can part with.

Unprofessional Staff,Scam,Liars,Racist,Unethical Behavior, Identity Scam&Theft
On November 17th I put my vehicle in the shop as i would be having my gall bladder removed November 19th, I was having a problem with my wheel getting stuck in turning motions. Weeks before even considering taking my car to the mechanic shop, and use my warranty which i was sure the problem was covered. After Researching about the warranty company I was alittle scared because they had nothing but BAD REVIEWS. I suffer from Anxiety, and nerve problems, nonetheless i like to be hand and hand when doing business concerning self or property. I even have proof of buying the parts needed to fix my vehicle thinking i would opt out on using them. however I took them back as i knew that later if something happen that would be a problem getting future repairs. So I called Superior before getting my vehicle towed(which i never even put a claim in for the tow fee)and asked for the procedure when getting work done to my vehicle using a warranty? All Reps Assured the process would go smooth and easy, that was the first lie because every major brand shop i called and asked if they in fact took the warranty company, they all made statements of no and multiple reasons of just An Unprofessional Company In Handling Business. This turned out to be seen First Hand, when my vehicle made it to the shop, there was a misunderstanding concerning the difference between The Rust Mentioned, the Shop was stating that their was cosmetic rust and that some bolts would need to be replaced due to the rust but was not an issue to the main problem. At this point i was communicating with both the shop and superior concerning my vehicle, calling superior was never a welcomed conversation they were rude and some were showing signs of racism. As i sat at the shop on speaker with superior and was asking why was we being taken through so much was it because its a blacked owned shop and you dont want to pay the price of labor being quoted the superior rep stated YES! Superior Further stated that they would send an inspector out, the shop stated that superior told them the car needed to be outside the shop. When the inspector did show it was 7pm at night and when i arrived he stated that he took pictures of every part and would send his report in. A day before anything of an inspector was mentioned i was informed that they were waiting on pricing from the shop. The next day i got a call from the shop stating that their was a coding problem and would need to start the process over, an a inspector will be sent out. I have recordings of the unprofessional ways of superior even when i seen that who i was speaking to was rude and needed higher attention. I have calls of them lying stating their was nobody higher then a manager and could not transfer me to anyone higher or a corporate office. Because they continued to not give me anyone higher superior lied and stated to credit acceptance that i verbally and knowledgeably agreed to canceling my vehicle service contract and closed the claim to fix my vehicle...I RECOMMEND AND I MEAN RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THOSE WHO ARE TIRED OF MISTREATMENT OF COMPANIES GOT TO FACEBOOK AND FOLLOW OUR PAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE... There also should be a way we can uplaod audio because theres alot of them

Auto warranty
I bought my car 2 weeks before it broke down. It went to the shop. Superior Protection said the transmission broke down because there was lousy maintenance history on the car and that it wasn't their fault. They said there is a leak in the seal. The mechanic says the leak shows the oil and how badly the transmission needs to be rebuilt. He said the leak is internal and only leaking from the seals, but even if he replaced the seals the transmission would need to be rebuilt. He says there is oil leaking from more than just the seals

Bought 2008 Ford escape in August 2021, in August 2021 driving down highway every light in cluster came on took to shop, superior protection plan did not cover it, said it was not mechanical, oct 2021 was making left turn and heard noise in front like a grinding, too it to shop diagnosis was left axel needed to be replaced, ring fell off so was not considered mechanical

Engine Repair
Sent my car to the dealership to get diagnosed . They called me a couple days later to let me know the problems with it . they than said they could not get ahold of the warranty company (superior protection plan) . after many attempts the dealership than called me again and said i would have to pay $1200 in labor before they would even approve the warranty . which at that point once my motor was torn down wasnt even a guarantee about it being fixed through the warranty company.

I had the car for not even four months they said they will be at the dealership in 1-2 days didn't go then said they were trying to get a hold of the dealership left messages why when you were supposed to be there because you told the dealership that they knew you were coming so why did the adjuster not show up and the warranty is covered for a year now they are playing the phone game they are scammers

Took my car in for service all parts that needed to be repaired are listed as covered, but they are trying to say the cause of the issue (mechanical failure) is not covered. When presented with the warranty they make it seem as if though all is well until you have to submit a claim

This company wants to put the absolute cheapest part on a customers car that paid a premium price for the warranty. You screw the customer and the repair facility. Most repair facilities want to take care of their customers and therefore refuse to put cheap parts on a customers car. When a customer pays $3, 500.00 for a warranty and hasn't used it yet. Then the first time they use it after several years they want to make them put a cheap part on their car. Or the customer has to pay the difference on a better part. CAC should be ashamed of themselves. I've never used another warranty company that has done this to their customers. Waste of money

When I bout a new car after 2 weeks I started having problems one guy told me after its viewed it would be covered if its a head gasket. I sent it too the shop to be taken apart for a inspection to be made. It had a blown head gasket. I got denied by a differnt guy because of low coolent when it had a internal coolant leak that could not be seen. After we told them about that they denied me saying it was a Pre existing issue. But when I bought the car it was perfectly fine for weeks. I had to spend all the money I was saving up for college.

Car Warranty
Superior Warranty Company has required me to have my vehicle diagnosed before any services, however, they are not accepting the diagnosis and claim further work is required before they authorize any repairs. But these further requirements would be paid by me if not approved by Superior.
So it is the warranty companies position that to get the repairs I need, I need to roll the dice on whether they accept the diagnosis and they determine the problem. This is [censored] as they know what's wrong and know individuals can not afford to roll the dice on repairs

Covered parts repair
I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox LT2 from a seller here in Illiinois, the motor blew during first 4 months of driving @ 175, 000 miles. Superior Protection Plan Warranty Co. initially tried to refuse to cover cost of replacement motor and just replace broken timing chain, gears and followers that was unacceptable as the entire motor was damaged and it took time for them to realize that they had no choice but to send a replacement which they did from their own supplier that had 78, 000 miles on it - this time frame was around October 2020 it took a whole month for them to take responsibility to cover the cost of a replacement motor instead of just covered components. this 2nd motor manifold system failed on 2/18/21 after being installed at end of Oct. 2020 that's 4 month's! the entire manifold sys is covered parts per Superior Protection Plan service contract, the manifold sys failed causing failure and damage to other existing covered parts listed in this service contract. I've called both the Warranty Co. and the selling Rep of the service contract which is the car dealership where I purchased the vehicle from.
the Warranty Co. blames the Repair shop by saying that the failure occurred due to the shop performing an improper repair due from the shop not taking apart the completed motor unit that was sent to them to install in to my vehicle - there's no wording nor were there any agreements between the Warranty Co. and the repair shop that this extra service would be necessary or required as part of the proper repair procedures performed by the repair shop. so basically the warranty co. is putting the blame on the repair shop though there were no requirements for those actions to be taken by the repair shop. it was the responsibility of the warranty co. to ensure that they supplied a working adequate replacement motor per their service contract.
Desired outcome: I will settle for nothing less that full coverage of repair for this current covered breakdown
Honoring your contract for repairs.
Lam writing this complaint due to the fact that your service to your customers is inferior, and misleading. The Reps have you waiting for someone to respond and nobody answers, they put you on hold for more than 30 min. I tried to reach them several times with no results. There needs to be an investigation done by the Attorney General this company is definitely a scam! Why should I have to wait before repairs are completed if no one is available to answer my concerns. Right now I have n trans deportation due to your failed contract policies.
Desired outcome: I want Superior Protection to honor their extended warranty contract. And being able to get this undesirable situation rectified wither the appropriate services its suppose to provide.
